Claims (23)

  1. 일반식(Ⅲ)의 실리콘 조성물중에서 선택된 교차결합성 실리콘 중간체 및 일반식(Ⅳ)의 실란을 그룹중에서 선택된 실란올로 이루어진 실리콘 혼합물을 기질에 적용시킨후, 기질상에서 실리콘 혼합물을 촉매화시키고 경화시켜 탄성중합성 가공제를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 기질을 탄성중합성 가공제로 가공처리하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 각각 수소, CR′ 또는 탄소수 1내지 12의 치환되거나 비치환된 탄화수소라디칼이고, R′는 각각 탄소수 1내지 6의 탄화수소 라디칼이며, X는 R, OR′ 또는 일반식(CnH2n)-Si(R)a(OR′)3-a의 그룹(여기에서, n은 1,2 또는 3이고 a는 0,1 또는 2이다)이며, z는 10내지 500이고, R″는 각각 치환 또는 비치환되고 포화 또는 불포화될 수 있는 탄소수 1내지 12의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 환상 또는 비환상 탄화수소라디칼이며, R″는 각각 치환 또는 비치환되고 포화 또는 불포화 될 수 있는 탄소수 1내지 12의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 환상 또는 비환상 탄화수소라디칼이고, y는 185내지 3500이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기질을 섬유, 종이, 셀룰로즈, 유리섬유, 및 광물섬유로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기질이 섬유인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 미반응기질 100중량부당 0.1내지 10중량부의 양으로 실리콘 혼합물을 기질에 적용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소 또는 메틸라디칼인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R이 메틸라디칼인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R′가 탄소수 1내지 3인탄화수소라디칼인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, R′가 메틸인 방법.

  17. 일반식(V)의 실리콘 조성물중에서 선택된 교차결합성 실리콘 중간체 및 일반식(Ⅵ)의 실란올그룹 중에서 선택된 실란올로 이루어진 실리콘 혼합물은 기질에 적용시킨 후, 실리콘 혼합물을 기질상에서 촉매화시키고 경화시켜 탄성중합성 가공제를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 기질을 탄성 중합성 가공제로 가공처리하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 각각수소, OR″또는 탄소수 1내지 12의 치환되거나 탄화수소라디칼이며, R′는 각각 탄소수 1내지 6의 탄솨수소라디칼이고, X는 R, OR, 또는 일반실(CnH2n)-Si(R)a(OR′)3-a의 그룹 여기에서, n은 1,2 또는 3이고 a는 0,1 또는 2 이며, y는 185내지 3500이고, R″는 각각 치환 또는 비치환되고 포화 또는 불포화될 수 있는 탄소수 1내지 12의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 환상 또는 비환상 탄화수소라디칼이고, R″′는 각각 치환 또는 비치환되고 포화 또는 불포화될 수 있는 탄소수 1내지 12의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 환상 또는 비환상 탄화수소라디칼이며, z는 10내지 500이다.
  18. 제1항의 방법에 의해서 생성된 탄성중합성 가공제.
  19. 제17항의 방법에 의해서 생성된 탄성중합성 가공제.
  20. 제1항의 방법에 의해 처리된 섬유.
  21. 제17항의 방법에 의해 처리된 섬유.
  22. 제1항의 방법에 의해 처리된, 내구성 가압수지를 함유하는 섬유.
  23. 제17항의 방법에 의해 처리된, 내구성 가압수지를 함유하는 섬유.
