Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(2)의 7-히드록시-1-인다는 유도체를 히드록실아민(3), NH2OH와 반응시켜 하기 일반식 (1a)의 7-히드록시-1인다는 옥심을 수득하고, 생성된 인다는 옥심을 환원시켜 생성물(1b)를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(1b)의 인단 유도체의 제조방법.상기식중R2는 수소원자, 저급 일킬기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 아미노기, 아미노-저급 알킬기, 저급 알카노일아미노기, 치환체로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 저급 알카노일아미노-저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬티오기, 1-피페리딘 술포닐기 또는 저급 알케닐기이며;R3는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 할로겐원자이고;R4및 R5는 같거나 서로 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이다.
- 하기 일반식(1c)의 인단 유도체를 할로겐화함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(1d)의 인단 유도체의 제조 방법.상기식중,R1은 치환체로서 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 아미노기, 히드록실아미노기, 치환제로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 1~10 탄소원자의 알카노일 아미노기, 저급 알킬슬포닐 아미노기, 치환제로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 페닐술포닐 아미노기, 치환제로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 갖는 벤조일 아미노기, 또는 치환체로서 페닐환에 히드록실기 또는 저급 알킬기를 갖는 페닐-저급알킬아미노기이며,R2″는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 아미노기, 아미노-저급 아킬기, 저급 알카노일 아미노기, 치환체로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 저급 알카노일 아미노-저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬 티오기, 1피페리딘 술포닐기 또는 저급 알케닐기이고,R3″는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이며,R3″및 R3″중 하나 이상은 할로겐 원자이고;R4및 R5는 같거나 서로 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이며;R2′및 R3는 할로겐원자가 아니라는 것을 제회하고 R2″및 R3″에 정의한 바와 같다.
- 하기 일반식(5)의 인단 유도체를 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(1e)의 인단 유도체의 제조 방법.상기식중R2는 수소원자,저급 알킬기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 아미노기, 아미노-저급 아킬기, 저급 알카노일 아미노기, 치환체로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 저급 알카노일 아미노-저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬 티오기, 1피페리딘 술포닐기 또는 저급 알케닐기이고;R3는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이며,R4및 R5는 같거나 서로 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이고;R6는 치환체로서 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 아미노기, 저급 알킬 술포닐기, 치환제로서 페닐환에 히드록실기 또는 저급 알킬기를 갖는 페닐-저급 알킬기, 또는 치환체로서 피닐환에 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 페닐술포닐기이다.
- 하기 일반식(1b)의 인단 유도체를 하기 일반식(7)의 화합물과 반을시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(1g)의 인단 유도체의 제조방법.상기식중R2는 수소원자,저급 알킬기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 아미노기, 아미노-저급 아킬기, 저급 알카노일 아미노기, 치환체로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 저급 알카노일 아미노-저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬티오기, 1-피페리딘 술포닐기, 또는 저급 알케닐기이고;R3는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이며,R4및 R5는 같거나 서로 다르고, 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이며;R8은 치환체로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 1~10 탄소원자의 알카노일기, 또는 치환체로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 갖는 벤조일 아미노기이다.
- 하기 일반식(1b)의 인단 유도체를 하기 일반식(8)의 화합물과 반을시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(1h)의 인단 유도체의 제조방법.상기식중,R9는 수소원자,저급 알킬기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 아미노기, 아미노-저급 아킬기, 저급 알카노일 아미노기, 치환체로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 저급 알카노일 아미노-저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬 티오기, 1-피페리딘 술포닐기, 또는 저급 알케닐기이고;X1는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이며;R4및 R5는 같거나 서로 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이며;R9는 저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬 술포닐기, 치환체로서 페닐환에 히드록실기 또는 저급 알킬기를 갖는 페닐-저급 알킬기, 또는 치환체로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 페닐 술포닐기이며;X'은 할로겐 원자이다.
- 하기 일반식(b)의 인단 유도체를 니트로화 하여 일반식(c)의 니트로 화합물을 수득하고, 수득된 니트로 화합물을 환원하여 아미노 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(a)의 인단 유도체의 제조방법.상기식중R1은 치환체로서 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 아미노기, 히드록실아미노기, 치환제로서 할로겐 원자를 가질 수 있는 1~10 탄소원자의 알카노일 아미노기, 저급 알킬슬포닐 아미노기, 치환제로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 페닐술포닐 아미노기, 치환제로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 가질 수 있는 페닐 술포닐 아미노기, 치환체로서 페닐환에 저급 알킬기를 갖는 벤조일아미노기, 또는 치환체로서 페닐환에 히드록실기 또는 저급 알킬기를 갖는 페닐-저급알킬아미노기이며,R3는 수소원자, 저급 알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자이고;R4및 R5는 같거나 서로 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
