Claims (2)

  1. 마이크로컴퓨터를 포함한 소형전자 컴퓨터 그래픽 표시 RAM 및 텍스트 표시 RAM을 내장하고 있다. 이들 RAM으로 부터 나온 데이타가 칼로텔레비젼 회로를 통해 라스터 주사형 음극선관 위에 표시되는 RAM 데이타 표시용 시스템의 RAM 데이타 선택회로에 있어서, 스크린인 데이타가 그래픽 표시 RAM 및 텍스트 표시 RAM으로부터 동시에 독출되고 데이타 선택수단의 설치에 따라 2개의 스크리인 데이타를 도트 단위로 선호적이고도 스위칭적으로 출력하게 되어 있는 특징을 지닌 RAM 데이타 선택회로.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 데이타 선택수단이 어드레스 입력으로서, 그래픽 표시 RAM으로부터 나온 출력데이타를 갖고 데이타 입력으로서 데이타 버스를 통해 마이크로 컴퓨터로부터 입력된 데이타를 갖는 RAM으로 구성된 특징을 지닌 RAM 데이타 선택회로.
