제2도는 본 발명의 로타리형 유체기계에 관한 평형실 압력조절장치의 한 구체형에 따른 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 고압부(27) 및 저압부(33) 사이에서 작동유체를 작용시키게 되는 로타리형 유체기계에 있어서, (A) 고정된 하우징(30)과 , (B) (i) 상기 하우징내에 고정가능하게 축상 배열된 축(11)과, (ii) 상기 축상에 전착되며, 본질적으로는 반경상 방향구멍과 축방향 구멍간의 유체통로를 형성하는 있는 적어도 하나의 휠(25)(26)과 (iii) 축에서부터 상기 축방향 구멍까지의 반경상 거리보다 짧은 반경상 위치에 설치한 상기 휠의 후면을 관통하는 작동유체의 누설을 방지하게 되는 환형씨일(47) (49)(70)(71)로서 구성되는 로토와 (C) 상기 로토와 하우징(30)사이로 축방향 추력을 전달시키는 적어도 하나의 축력 베어링(14)(15)와, (D) 상기 추력을 결정하는 장치와, (E) 상기 로터와 하우징에 의하여 형성되는 평형실(50)(52)와, (F) 한쪽 끝단은 상기 평형실에 연결되며, 다른쪽 끝단은 밸브장치(55)(56) (57)를 지나서 적어도 상기 고압과 같은 압력을 가지는 적어도 하나의 압력원(39) 및 기껏해야 상기 저압과 동등한 압력을 가진 적어도 하나의 압력공(180)(161) (162)와 연결되며, 상기 밸브장치는 상기 추력베어링 상에 작용하는 유효추력이 영이 되도록 하는 상기 추력 결정장치에 부응하게 되는 유체도관장치(53)(54)(58) (59)(60)(61)(62)로서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  2. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 환형씨일(47)(49)는 상기 휠(25)(26)과 접촉하며, 상기 축(11)과 평행하게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  3. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 환형씨일은 상기 휠과 접촉하고 상기 축에는 수직하게 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  4. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 환형씨일(70)(71)은 상기 축(11)과 접촉하게 됨을 특징으로하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  5. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 휠(25)를 터어빈 휠임을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  6. 제5항의 기계에 있어서, 압축기 휠(26)은 상기 터어빈 휠(25)의 반대쪽 끝단에서 축상에 배열되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  7. 제6항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 평형실(52)는 상기 하우징(30)과 압축기 휠(26)에 의하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  8. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 로터와 상기 하우징 사이에 일차추력 베어링(14,15중 한쪽) 상의 축방향 추력과는 반대방향인 축방향 추력을 전달시킬 수 있는 이차 추력베어링(14,15중 다른 한쪽)을 가짐을 특징으로하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  9. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 축방향 추력결정 장치는 압력 구동피스톤(63)형태임을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  10. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 압력원(39)는 상기 고압부 보다는 높은 압략임을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
  11. 제1항의 기계에 있어서, 상기 압력공(160)(161)(162)는 상기 저압부보다 낮은 압력임을 특징으로 하는 유체누설을 감소시킨 로타리형 유체기계.
