Claims (1)

  1. a) D가 산소이고, n이 1인 경우, 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물을 25―130℃에서 일반식 H2NR4의 아민과 함께 반응시켜 고리화시키고,
    식중, X는 염소 또는 브롬이고, R과 R11은 각각 같거나 다른 알킬기임.
    b) D가 산소인 경우, 일반식(ⅩⅦ)의 화합물을 일반식 H2NR4의 아민과 함께 반응시키고,
    c) R4가 수소인 경우, 일반식(ⅩⅤ)의 화합물을 150―250℃에서 내부 고리화시키고:
    d) D가 NR6인 경우, D가 산소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 일반식 H2NR4의 아민과 함께 반응시키고,
    e) D가 NR6이고 R6는 수소가 아닌 경우, D가 NH인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 강염기 존재하에서 일반식 R6―LG(여기서 LG는 이탈기임)와 함께 바응시키고, f) R4가 알카노일, 아로일, 아랄알카노일 또는 (치환아릴) 알카노일기인 경우, R4가 수소인 화합물(Ⅰ)을 적당한 아실할라이드 또는 산무수물과 함께 아실화 시키고, g) D가 산소이고, n이 2인 경우, 일반식(ⅩⅥ)의 화합물을 일반식 H2NR4의 아민과 함께 반응하여 고리화시키고,
    식중, R15는 알킬이고, R16은 ―CR7R8OH이 h) D는 산소, R4는 수소가 아니고, R7과 R8중 최소한 하나는 수소가 아닌 경우, R4가 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 250―300℃에서 가수소가 아닌 일반식 H2NR4의 아민과 함께 반응시키고, i) R4가 수소가 아닌 경우, R4가 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 강염기 존재하에서 R4는 수소가 아니고 LG인 이탈기인 일반식 R4―LG의 화합물과 함께 반응시켜서, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피리졸로피리딘 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    식중, R1은 알킬기, 치환알킬기, 사이클로알킬기, 사이클로알킬알킬가, 알케닐닐기, 알키닐기, 아릴기, 치환아릴기, 아일알킬기 또는 (치환아릴)알킬기, R3는 수소 또는 알킬기, R4는 수소, 알킬기, 수산기치환알킬기, 옥소치환알킬기, 아미노에 의해 치환된 옥소―치환알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 아릴기, 치환아릴기, 아릴알킬기, (치환아릴)알킬기, 아릴(옥소―치환)알킬기 또는)치환아릴)옥소―치환 알킬기, D는 산소 또는 NR6, R6는 수소, 알킬기, 치환알킬기, 사이클로알킬기, 사이클로알킬, 알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 아릴기, 치환아릴기, 아릴알킬기, (치환아릴)알킬기 또는 아릴(옥소-치환) 알킬기;n은 1 또는2; R7은 수소, 알킬기, 아릴기, 치환아릴기, 아릴알킬기 또는 (치환 아릴)알킬기;이며, R8은 수소, 알킬기, 아릴기, 치환아릴기, 아릴알킬기 또는 (치환 아릴)알킬기이다.
