Claims (3)

  1. 열간압연단계, 중간어닐링을 거친 냉간압연단계와, 최종 텍스처어닐링단계로 구성되며 저감왓트손실을 갖도록하는 큐브-온-엣지 배향성 규소강의 제조방법에 있어서, 텍스처어닐링전에 강철표면에 망간함유물질을 코팅하고 코팅과 함께 강철을 텍스처어닐링하여 텍스처어닐링중 2차 그레인성장이 억제되도록함을 특징으로 하는 큐브-온-엣지 배향성 규소강의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 망간함유물질이 Mn(NO3)2인 바의 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 강철이 텍스처어닐링전에 세레이링처리되는 바의 방법.
