제 1도는 본 발명에 의해 구성된 개방상태의 밸브를 나타내며,
제 2도는 본 발명에 의해 구성된 폐쇄상태의 밸브를 나타낸다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유체(물, 공기 및 가스등)의 유출을 새지 않게하는 2중 폐쇄장치를 가진 나비형상의 판에 있어서, 동일한 중심을 가진 두 밸브 3및 4에 의해 구성되어 각각의 밸브가 폐쇄밸브의 형상을 가지며 그 폐쇄밸브의 선단주위에는 각각 보조장치 5및 6이 설치된 곳으로 향할수 있게 공형상으로된 빵모자의 형상을 가지며, 내부밸브 3의 폐쇄는 탄력성이 강한 주름으로 접혀진 부분 7에 의해 조정되는 부재를 조정장치와 밀접한 관계를 가진 외부밸브 4가 원위치 6에 위치하기전에 원위치 5로 향하게 하며, 또 탄력성이 강한 주름으로 접혀진 부분7은 폐쇄장위치에서 배열에서 발생되는 행정길이를 서로 다르게 하고, 이들의 밸브 3과 4는 보조적인 볼록한 부분8과 9를 구성하며, 개방을 조절할때 원위치 6에서 떨어지게 한다음 외부밸브 4의 운동은 내부밸브가 열리는 동작을 발생하도록 하며, 유체의 압력과 부식의 영향 및 내압(耐壓)에 필요한 원동력이 되는 응력에 의해 발생되는 결과로 금속의 이음새가 점진적으로 벌어지게 하는 현상등에서 유체가 유출되지 않도록 하기에 앞서 외부 밸브 4를 분리하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유체가 유출되지 않는 2중 폐쇄장치를 한 나비형상의 판.
