Claims (5)

  1. 총신, 총신내의 탄환실, 총신후측의 리시버, 왕복운동하는 노리쇠, 탄환실의 전후에서 노리쇠와 계합토록 왕복운동하여 노리쇠에 탄환을 공급하기 위한 종동부를 포함하는 노리쇠운동진로하의 탄창과 노리쇠정지구를 갖는 자동장전 또는 반자동소총에 있어서, 노리쇠에 종방향 요구가 형성되어 있고, 이 요구내로 핑거가 연장되어 노리쇠의 정상사격작동중에는 노리쇠의 왕복이동에 장애를 주지 아니하며, 탄창에 탄환이 모두 소비되었을 때에 핑거를 상승시키기 위한 핑거 이동수단이 탄창의 중동부에 의하여 작동하여 노리쇠가 전진하는 것을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 자동장전소총의 노리쇠정지장치 및 탄피방출장치.
  2. 총신, 총신내의 탄환실, 총신후측의 리시버, 리시버내에서 종방향으로 이동되도록 착설된 노리쇠, 노리쇠의 운동진로내로 탄환을 공급하기 위한 종동부를 포함하는 노리쇠운동진로하측의 탄창, 전방진로로 탄환을 이송하고 후방진로로 이동중 탄환실로 부터 탄피를 방출하는 노리쇠의 탄환이송 및 방출수단과, 노리쇠정지구를 갖는 소총에 있어서, 탄환의 단면적진료와는 다른 단면적진로를 형성토록 배열된 노리쇠수단, 노리쇠와 탄환의 진로에 인접하여 착설된 핑거수단과, 노리쇠를 고정하고 탄피를 방출하기 위하여 노리쇠의 진로와 탄환의 진로에 간섭하는 제1 위치와 탄환의 진로에만 간섭하는 제2 위치로 핑거수단을 이동시키는 가동수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동장전소총의 노리쇠정지장치 및 탄피방출장치.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 가동수단이 탄창의 중동부에 의하여 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치로 순차적으로 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 자동장전소총의 노리쇠정지장치 및 탄피방출장치.
  4. 리시버, 리시버내에서 종방향으로 이동가능하게 착설된 노리쇠, 탄환진로를 따라 리시버내에서 종방향으로 리시버에 탄환을 공급하기 위한 탄창과 노리쇠정지구를 갖는 소총에 있어서, 노리쇠의 단면적 진로와 탄환의 단면적 진로가 상이하고, 핑거가 노리쇠진로와 탄환진로에 인접하게 착설되어 노리쇠진로와 탄환진로모두에 위치하는 제1 위치로부터 탄환진로에만 위치하는 제2 위치로 이동함을 특징으로 하는 자동장전소총의 노리쇠정지장치 및 탄피방출장치.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 탄창종동부가 부가적으로 구성되어 이 종동부가 그 최상부 위치인 제1 위치로 핑거를 이동시키고 종동부가 그 최상부위치의 아래에 있을 때는 제2 위치로 핑거를 이동시킴을 특징으로 하는 자동장전소총의 노리쇠정지장치 및 탄피방출장치.
