제3도는 본 발명에 관한 글로우 플러그 전압 제어장치를 사용한 글로우 플러그 온도 특성을 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 발열체를 갖는 글로우 플러그에 인가된 전원에 의해 발생된 전압을 제어하기 위한 글로우 플러그 전압 제어 회로에 있어서, 상기 플러그 전압제어 회로는 직렬로 연결된 전압 강하 저항기와 정상적으로 개방하는 릴레이 접점과 병렬로 연결된 정상적으로 폐쇄하는 릴레이 접점으로 구성되고 상기 글로우 플러그의 발열소자와 전원이 직렬로 연결된 회로망과, 전원에 연결된 타이머로 구성되고, 상기 정상적으로 폐쇄하는 릴레이 접점은 발열체의 온도가 안정된 상태의 가열온도 이하에 있는 프리세트치를 초과할 때 개방되고, 상기 정상적으로 개방하는 릴레이 접점은 전압이 상기 글로우 플러그에 인가된 후 규정된 시간동안 상기 타이머에 의하여 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그 전압 제어회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회로망의 한단자에 글로우 플러그의 가열체를 가지는 상기 브리지 회로의 균형상태를 감지하기 위한 비교기가 구성되는데, 이 비교기는 상기 발열체의 온도가 상기 프리세트치를 초과하는 것을 감지하여 출력신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그 전압제어 회로.
  3. 발열체를 가지는 글로우 플러그에 인가되는 전원에 의해 발생된 전압을 제어하기 위한 플러그 전압 제어회로에 있어서, 상기 제어회로는 전원 전압이 규정치를 초과할때 신호를 발생시키는 감지회로와, 직렬로 연결된 전압 강하 저항기와 정상적으로 개방하는 릴레이 접점과 병렬로 연결된 정규적으로 개방하는 릴레이 접점으로 구성되고, 상기 글로우 플러그의 가열체와 전원에 직렬로 연결된 상기 회로망과, 상기 전원에 연결된 타이머로 구성되는데, 상기 정상적으로 폐쇄하는 릴레이 접점은 상기 감지회로가 상기 신호를 발생시킬때나 또는 상기 가열체의 온도가 안정된 상태의 가열온도치 이하에 있는 프리세트치를 초과할때에 개방되고, 상기 정상적으로 개방되는 릴레이 접점은 전압이 글로우 플러그에 인가된 후 규정된 시간동안 타이머에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그 전압 제어회로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 회로망의 한단자에 글로우 플러그의 가열체를 가지는 상기 브리지 회로의 균형상태를 감지하기 위한 비교기가 구성되어 있는데, 이 비교기는 상기 발열체의 온도가 상기 프리세트치를 초과하는 것을 감지하여 출력신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그 전압 제어 회로.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제어 다이어오드에 의해 전원 전압을 안정시키는 전압 세팅 유니트에 의해 발생된 출력과 전원 전압을 비교하기 위한 제2비교기로 구성되어, 상기 정규적으로 폐쇄되는 릴레이 접점은 상기 제2비교기로부터의 출력에 의해 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그 전압 제어 회로.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, OR 게이트의 두 입력단자는 상기 제1, 제2 비교기의 출력 단자와 연결되어 상기 정규적으로 폐쇄되는 릴렐이 접점은 상기 OR 게이트로 부터의 출력에 의해 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그 전압 제로 회로.
