제 8 도는 용융금속이 배수로에 모여 주기적으로 제거되는 본 발명에 따른 다른 행태의 전지의 부분종단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 용융 생성물 금속보다 밀도가 적은 용융전해질을 전기분해하여 용융금속을 제조하는 재해환원전지에서 상기 전지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 양극을 위로하고 음극을 바닥으로 하며 상기 바닥에 단일층의 형상들이 설비되어 있으며 상기 형상들은 상기 용융생성물 금속 및 상기 용융전해질의 공격에 저항성이며 상기생성물 금속보다 밀도가 높고 상기생성물금속에 습윤성이나 전해질에는 비습윤성인 물질로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 형상들은 그 안기-또는 그 사이에 형성된 틈을 가지며 이들은 전해질 도포 슬러지 입자가 그 틈새로 유입되는 것을 막을 수 있는 크기임을 그 개선점으로 하는 전해환원전지.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 형상이 구(球)상인 전해환원전지.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 형상이 원통형인 전해환원전지.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서 상기 형상이 관상형인 전해 환원전지.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 형상이 타일형인 전해 환원전지.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서 상기 타일이 그 안에 수직방향의 구멍을 가지고 있는 벌집형인 전해환원전지.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서 상기 타일이 그 안에 수평방평방향의 구멍을 가지고 있는 벌집형인 전해환원전지.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서 상기 전지의 전해실로부터 생성물금속을 연속적으로 제거하는 장치를 더 포함하는 전해환원전지.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서 용융금속의 유입은 허용하나 용융전해질은 억제하는 선택여과기가 더 배치되어 있으며 상기 여과기는 생성초과속도로 용융금속의 통과를 허용하여 금속례벨조정장치와 함께 조작되도록 배치되는 것으로 구성된 전해환원전지.
