Claims (4)
- 구조식 (2)(식중 R1은 할로겐이나 니트로기이고 ; R2는 C1-4알킬기이고 ; R3은 C1-3알킬렌 그룹이고 ; R4는 3-피리딜, N-옥소-3-피리딜, 6-메틸-3-피리딜, N-옥소-6-메틸-3-피리딜, 6-하이드록시메틸-3-피리딜, 4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜, N-옥소-4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜, 6-하이드록시메틸-4-메틸-3-피리딜, 5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜, N-옥소-5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜, 6-하이드록시메틸-5-메틸-3-피리딜, 4-피리딜이나 N-옥소-4-피리딜)으로 표시되는 신규화합물 및 이의 제약상으로 허용되는 염을 제조함에 있어,구조식 (3)(여기서 R1, R2및 R3은 위에서 정의한 것 같음)으로 표시되는 화합물이나 이의 염을 구조식 (4)(여기서 R4는 위에서 정의한 것과 같고, R5은 아민과 대치시킬 수 있는 그룹임)을 반응시키고, 생성된 구조식 (2)의 화합물 중 R4가 N-옥소-6-메틸-3-피리딜, N-옥소-4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜 또는 N-옥소-5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜인 화합물을 상응하는 6-하이드록시메틸-3-피리딜, 6-하이드록시메틸-4-메틸-3-피리딜 또는 6-하이드록시메틸-5-메틸-3-피리딜인 화합물로 전환시키고, 임의로 이들 화합물을 제약적으로 허용되는 염으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하기 구조식 (2)의 화합물 및 이의 제약상으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 취소인 구조식 (2)의 화합물 및 이의 제약상으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항이나 2항에 있어서, R2가 메틸인 구조식 (2) 및 이의 제약상으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.
- 제 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서 R4가 피리드-3-일, 6-메틸피리드-3-일, 6-하이드록시메틸피리드-3-일 또는 5,6-디메틸피리드-3-일인 구조식 (2)의 화합물 및 이의 제약상으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
