Claims (5)
- 흡착된 칼슘 및 마그네슘이온을 함유한 양이온교환수지비이드에서 선택적으로 칼슘을 제거시키는 방법에 있어서, 수지비이드(resin beads)의 층상(bed)을 통하여 황산(H2SO4) 수용액을 통과시켜 이 용액이 20~50wt%의 H2SO4농도를 가지며 황산칼슘(CaSO4)으로 포화되고 거의 비포화농도에서 황산마그네슘을(MgSO4)포함하며, 흡착된 마그네슘이 용액중의 마그네슘과 이온교환평형상태에 있도록 함과 동시에 용액중의 수소이온을 흡착된 칼슘이온과 치환될때까지 수지층상을 통하여 용액을 계속 통과시켜 용액이 황산칼슘으로 과포화되게 하고, 과포화용액을 결정장치에 이송시켜 결정장치내에 CaSO4를 침전 시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지에 흡착된 칼슘을 선택적으로 제거시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액을 25~40wt%의 H2SO4농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지에서 흡착된 칼슘을 선택적으로 제거시키는 방법.
- 제1 및 2항에 있어서, 적어도 50%의 흡착된 칼슘이 수지에서 제거될때까지 처리공정을 계속시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지에서 흡착된 칼슘을 선택적으로 제거시키는 방법.
- 제1, 2 및 3항에 있어서, 결정장치에서 CaSO4를 침전시킨 다음 결정장치의 H2SO4용액을 수지층상에 다시 순환시켜 이 수지층상을 통과시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지에서 흡착된 칼슘을 선택적으로 제거시키는 방법.
- 제1, 2 및 3항에 있어서, 결정장치에서 CaSO4를 침전시킨 다음 그 결정장치의 H2SO4용액은 흡착된 칼슘을 더 제거시키기 위해 수지층상을 통하여 재순환시키고, 적어도 75%의 흡착칼슘을 제거시킴과 동시에 수지비이드의 흡수마그네슘을 제거할때까지 재순환을 계속 시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지에 흡착된 칼슘을 제거시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
