Claims (3)
- 코일과, 상기 코일의 중심부에 설치된 코어와, 코일을 둘러싸고 배치되는 동시에 코어와 접속되는 요우크와, 일단이 코어의 선단에 대향하여 축방향으로 왕복가능하게 설치된 플런저와 플런저의 타단에 고정된 구상판(球狀瓣)과 요우크에 고정된 밸브하우징과, 내부를 상기 구상판이 접동하여, 구상판에 대향해서 설치된 밸브시이트부로 이루어지 전자식 연료분사판에 있어서, 상기 밸브하우징 외면과, 밸브하우징 내면의 밸브시이트부의 바로 상류를 연통하며, 그것에 의해서 밸브시이트부 상류에서의 연료의 선회류의 형성을 저지하는 연료입구통로와, 상기 밸브사이트부의 하류에 설치되어, 연료의 유출방향에 직각방향의 선회성분을 발생시키는 수단과, 상기 선회류 발생수단 하류에 설치된 연료계량 올리피스로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 연료분사판.
- 상기 밸브하우징이 상기 구성판을 가이드하도록 밸브하우징 내경과 구상판 외경이 대충 동일하며, 상기 연료입구 통로의 밸브하우징 내면 측개구가 상기 구상판과 밸브하우징 내면과의 간극의 최협부(最狹部)와 밸브시이트부의 중간에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 전자식 연료분사판.
- 상기 선회류 형성수단은 연료통로내에 설치되며, 나선상의 연료통로 홈을 구비한 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 및 2 기재의 전자식 연료분사판.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
