Claims (2)
- 적어도 한개의 기판이 빛을 통과시킬 수 있는 평행기판(1,2)과 액정이 차있는 층(3)과 기판(1,2) 사이의 봉합장치(4) 등으로 되어 있으며 또한 층(3)의 예정된 한정된 층에 작용하도록 전기장을 형성하기 위해서 기판위의 콘딧 배치(Conduit Donfiguration)에 전기적 연결이 되어있는 액정 광(光) 표시전지에 있어서, 기판 (1,2)은 봉합장치로 연결되며 다수의 작은 둥근 분산입자(5)를 양기판에 맞대어 인접되도록 함으로서 평행을 유지하도록 하고 입자(5)들은 기판(1,2)의 전영역에 균질하게 분포되어 있으며 액정층(3)의 간격길이는 작은 둥근 분산입자들의 직경으로 결정된 것 등을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광표시 전지.
- 대단히 짧은 간격으로 된 두 평행판, 특히 적어도 한 개의 빛을 통과시키는 두 평행기판과 액정층(3)과 기판 사이의 봉합장치(4) 등으로 되어 있으며 또한 예정된 영역을 활성화하도록 전기장을 형성하기 위해서 기판 위의 콘딧 배치에 전기적 연결이 되어있는 액정타입의 광표시 전지에 있어서의 평행기판 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 먼지나 외부입자를 밀폐한 공간(6)에 적당한 첫번째 기판(1)을 배열하고, 가압된 가스에 의하여 공간에서 작은 둥근 분산입자(5)들로서 먼지 무리 모양의 터블런트(turbulent)한 여건을 만들며 그렇게 함으로서 입자들은 적당한 기간에 기판의 전영역에 균질하게 분포되며 공간(6)에 가압된 가스를 불어넣음으로서 기판(1) 위의 입자들의 분포나 밀도를 제어하며 두번째 기판(2)을 첫번째 기판(1)위에 작은 둥근 분산입자를 맞대어 배열하고 적당한 봉합장치로 두 기판 사이의 주변을 봉합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광(光) 표시 전지의 두 기판을 평행하게 하도록 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
