Claims (7)

  1. a) 고체-용매 분산액을 얻기위해, 적어도 약40중량%의 물을 함유하는 미세하게 분리되고 건조되지 않은 코코넛 원료 및 옥수수 배아로 부터 선정되는 9 하나를 용매에 분산하고;
    b) 기름 용매를 첨가하여 고체-용매 분산액으로 부터 기름을 추출하고;
    c) 불용성 물질로부터 기름 용매와 기름을 분리하고
    d) 기름과 기름용매로 부터 기름을 회수하는 단계로 구성된 식물성 원료로부터 기름을 추출하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 기름이 추출되기 전에 고체-용매 분산액이 분쇄단계에 다시 도입되는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 기름-함유 용매가 하이드로사이클론에 의해 불용성 물질로부터 분리되는 방법.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서 미세하게 분리된 고체가 균질기에 의해 고체 용매에 분산되는 방법.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 기름 용매가 헥산인 방법.
  6. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세하게 분리된 옥수수 배아가 옥수수 습식-분쇄방법으로 부터 얻어지고 약 40-60중량%의 물을 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세하게 분리된 옥수수 배아가 옥수수 배아로부터 기름이 수용성 추출에 의해 얻어진 슬러지와 경사분리기 잔류물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 적어도 하나가 선정되는 방법.
