Claims (1)
- 일반식(IV)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 수소화시키고, 하이드록실 보호그룹을 제거시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 N-알킬화 아미노알콜 및 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식중Ar은 치환되지 않거나 하이드록실로 치환된 방향족기이고,n은 0 또는 1이며,Alk는 탄소수 2 내지 5개의 알킬렌기이며,질소원자는 산소원자 또는 n이 0인 경우에는 페닐기와 적어도 2개의 탄소원자에 의해 서로 분리되어 있고,Ar1은 Ar기에서 정의된 바와 같거나 또는 하이드록실 기로 전환될 수 없는 그룹 1 내지 2개로 치환된 Ar기이고, x2, x3및 x4는 각각 수소이거나 수소로 치환될 수 있는 치환기이고 x5는 수소이거나, x2및 x3및/또는 x4및 x5가 함께 두개의 수소원자로 치환될 수 있는 2가(價)기이며, 단, 이때 x2, x3및 x4기중의 적어도 하나는 수소가 아니거나 적어도 Ar1이 히드록실기로 전환될 수 있는 그룹 1 내지 2개로 치환된 Ar기이거나 적어도 x2및 x3가 함께 또는 x4및 x5가 함께 두개의 수소원자로 치환될 수 있는 2가기이다.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
