Abstract
Description
본 발명은 소수성 에어로겔 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hydrophobic airgel and a method for preparing the same.
Airgel is a highly porous material with the highest porosity among solids known to date. Silica airgel, a typical inorganic airgel, is made by sol-gel polymerization of a silica precursor solution, and then dried under supercritical conditions or normal pressure conditions. Thus, an airgel with a pore structure filled with air can be obtained. Therefore, due to the unique pore structure in which most of the internal space is empty, airgel is attracting attention as a next-generation new material because of its properties such as heat insulation, low weight, sound absorption, and low dielectric constant.
그러나, 위와 같은 에어로겔의 독특한 기공구조로 인하여 발현되는 우수한 물성에도 불구하고 다음과 같은 문제가 있어서 다양한 분야로의 활용에 제한이 있었다.However, despite the excellent physical properties expressed due to the unique pore structure of airgel as described above, there are limitations in its application to various fields due to the following problems.
First, in general, airgel and other materials are mixed and used in order to use the above-mentioned physical/chemical properties such as thermal insulation and low dielectric constant. At this time, in order to fully utilize the physical properties of airgel and prepare a uniform mixture, the particle size of airgel should be small and uniform. However, the airgel manufactured according to the prior art has very large and non-uniform characteristics because the airgel particle size ranges from 5 to 100 μm. indicates Accordingly, there is a problem in that the above-described excellent physical properties of the airgel cannot be sufficiently used or the non-uniformity of the physical properties due to the uniformity of the particle size is caused, so that it cannot be applied in the actual industrial field.
Second, in order to solve the problem caused by the above non-uniform particle size, a micronization post-treatment method was introduced. However, since the post-processing process such as pulverization for micronization is performed at high mechanical pressure and temperature, apart from making the airgel particles uniform in size, the pores of the airgel collapse and the excellent physical properties of the airgel exhibited from the pores cannot be used at all. There were problems, and furthermore, the process was complicated, and productivity was low due to noise and capacity limitations due to equipment operation, so the economics in the process of using airgel had to be greatly reduced.
Thirdly, conventionally, airgel prepared using the sol-gel method forms pores having a random network structure, so that the size of the pores is not uniform, such as the particle size of the airgel described above. occurred with Moreover, such non-uniformity of pores does not have a method to homogeneously post-process through micronization like airgel particles, which not only lowers the insulation properties, which is a typical physical property of airgel, but also causes airgel to be mixed with a liquid matrix. There was a problem with absorbing the material.
이에 따라, 에어로겔의 입자의 크기를 균일하게 제조할 수 있고, 이와 동시에 에어로겔을 형성하는 기공의 크기 또한 균일하게 제조할 수 있으며, 나아가 추가적인 후처리 공정을 생략가능하여 에어로겔이 가진 우수한 물성을 충분히 이용하여 다양한 산업분야로 활용도를 제고할 수 있는 에어로겔에 대한 연구가 시급한 실정이다. Accordingly, the size of the airgel particles can be made uniform, and at the same time, the size of the pores forming the airgel can be made uniform, and furthermore, an additional post-processing process can be omitted to fully utilize the excellent physical properties of the airgel. Therefore, research on airgel that can improve its utilization in various industrial fields is urgently needed.

It is to provide a manufacturing method thereof.

이하 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. This invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
종래 에어로겔을 제조하는 기술에 따르면 에어로겔 입자 크기를 미세하게 제어하지 못하고, 미세하게 제어하더라도 기계적 물성의 저하가 있으며 기공 또한 균일하게 제어하지 못하는 등 생산성이 낮고 다양한 산업으로의 적용에 어려움이 있었다.According to the conventional technology for manufacturing airgel, the size of the airgel particles cannot be finely controlled, and even when finely controlled, mechanical properties are deteriorated and pores are not uniformly controlled, resulting in low productivity and difficulties in application to various industries.
Accordingly, the present invention provides (1) preparing a mixed solution of a silicate-based compound, an organosilane-based compound, and a surfactant (2) preparing a hydrogel by adding an acid and a non-polar solvent to the mixed solution and stirring, and (3) ) Solving the above-mentioned problems was sought by providing a hydrophobic airgel and a method for preparing the same, which include drying the hydrogel to prepare a hydrophobic airgel containing a plurality of fine airgel powder particles.
Through this, it is possible to form fine airgel powder particles in the micelles (or reverse micelles) formed in the emulsion, so that the size of the particles can be finely and uniformly manufactured, and through this, the size of the pores forming the airgel is also uniform. Furthermore, since it does not require an additional post-processing process, mechanical strain is not applied to the airgel or deterioration of physical properties such as pore collapse is not caused, so it can be used in various industrial fields by fully utilizing the excellent properties of airgel. It is possible to manufacture an airgel capable of improving
한편, 본 발명에서 사용되는 '미세 에어로겔 분말 입자'란 도 1에 도시된 것과 같은 복수 개의 나노 에어로겔 입자가 응집하여 기공을 형성하는 구조를 의미하는 것이고 나노 에어로겔 입자를 의미하는 것이 아니다. 또한 '에어로겔'이란 상기 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자들도 구성된 집합체를 의미한다.On the other hand, 'fine airgel powder particles' used in the present invention means a structure in which a plurality of nano airgel particles aggregate to form pores as shown in FIG. 1, and does not mean nano airgel particles. In addition, 'airgel' means an aggregate composed of the fine airgel powder particles.
이하 도 2 내지 6을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 소수성 에어로겔의 제조방법에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the hydrophobic airgel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6.
In general, airgel according to the prior art is prepared by reacting a silicate-based compound with an inorganic acid to form silicic acid, and then reacting with an alkaline material to form a surface-modified or gelled hydrogel, and then drying the airgel. However, in this case, the size of the fine airgel powder particles included in the airgel was 10 to 100 μm, and large and small particles were inevitably formed by mixing very unevenly. For the same reason, the pores included in the airgel were also very large and the size uniformity could not control.
The excellent physical properties of airgel, such as heat insulation, low weight, sound absorption and low dielectric properties, are expressed due to the fine particles of airgel or the unique pore structure included in airgel. Due to this, the physical properties of the airgel are also expressed non-uniformly, so that the excellent physical properties of the airgel cannot be sufficiently used. Due to this, there was a problem in that the filling amount of the airgel was relatively small, so that it was difficult to sufficiently exhibit the desired physical properties.
이에 따라 본 발명에 따른 소수성 에어로겔(100)의 제조방법에 의하면 도 2에 도시된 것과 같이 본 발명은 실리케이트계 화합물(10), 오르가노실란계 화합물(20) 및 계면활성제(30) 혼합용액을 제조하는 (1) 단계를 통해 현격히 작은 크기의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)를 균일하게 제조할 수 있다. Accordingly, according to the manufacturing method of the
보다 구체적으로 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자는 계면활성제에 의하여 형성된 마이셀(40) 내부에서 형성되어 그 크기가 1 내지 5 μm, 보다 바람직하게는 1 내지 3 μm로 미세한 크기로 형성될 수 있다. More specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the fine airgel powder particles according to the present invention are formed inside the
That is, step (1) of the present invention is a step of preparing a mixed solution in which the silicate-based
As described above, according to the present invention, fine airgel powder particles are formed in the
However, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain fine airgel powder particles having a very uniform size even without performing an additional post-processing step of mechanically refining the airgel particles, so that the desired physical properties of the airgel can be fully utilized. In addition, it is possible to manufacture fine airgel powder particles with a size of up to 10% of the size of airgel particles according to the prior art, so that it is possible to design applications with up to 10 times more airgel filling amount, thereby significantly improving its utilization. .
That is, referring to FIG. 3 , it can be seen that the fine airgel powder particles 50 constituting the
On the other hand, it can be seen that the airgel according to the prior art has a very large pore size shown in FIG. 4 due to the above-described heterogeneous airgel particle size, and the size is not uniform. This not only deteriorates the thermal insulation properties, which is a typical physical property of airgel, but also causes a problem of absorbing the matrix material when the airgel is mixed with the liquid matrix. However, since the fine airgel powder particles 50 constituting the
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the silicate-based
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when water glass (Na 2 SiO 3 ) is used as the silicate-based
In this case, water glass diluted with a solvent at 2-10 wt% may be used as the water glass. As the solvent, organic and inorganic solvents that dilute conventional water glass in the technical field to which the present invention pertains may be used, and water may be used as an example thereof. At this time, if the concentration of the water glass is less than 2 wt%, the silica content in the finally manufactured
Next, the organosilane-based
다음, 상기 계면활성제(30)는 에멀전 내 마이셀(40)을 형성하여 마이셀(40) 내부에 친수성인 실리케이트계 화합물(10)이 분산되고, 마이셀(40) 외부에서는 소수성인 오가노실란계 화합물(20) 분산되도록 하여, 이후 무기산의 첨가에 의하여 본 발명에 따른 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)를 형성하도록 하는 역할을 한다.Next, the surfactant 30
At this time, the surfactant 30 should be able to form
In addition, the surfactant may be a hydrophobic surfactant. The
Accordingly, the surfactant may have a hydrophile lipophile balance (HLB) value of 1 to 8, and preferably has an HLB value of 3 to 8. At this time, if the surfactant having the HLB value of more than 8 is used, the desired hydrophobicity is not obtained, and the hydrophilic silicate-based compound (10) and the hydrophobic organosilane-based compound (20) are not completely dispersed, or the water-in-oil type emulsion can be detrimental to formation. In particular, when using a surfactant having an HLB value of 3 to 8 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it may be most advantageous to form a water-in-oil type emulsion.
To this end, a known conventional surfactant having the HLB value may be used as the surfactant, and a non-limiting example thereof may be any one selected from sorbitan stearate, glycerol stearate, and lecithin, preferably glycerol. It may be stearate (GMS), and in this case, it may be more advantageous in terms of forming an airgel having a uniform size particle diameter by inducing the formation of a water-in-oil type emulsion of a uniform size.
Meanwhile, the weight ratio of the surfactant and the organosilane-based compound may be mixed at 1: 0.1 to 10, preferably 1: 0.5 to 8, and most preferably 1: 4 to 6. At this time, if the weight ratio of the surfactant and the organosilane-based compound exceeds 1:10, an emulsion may not be formed because the amount of the surfactant is small, and also, if the weight ratio of the surfactant and the organosilane-based compound is 1:10. If it is less than 0.1, it is difficult to remove the surfactant during the washing process, and there may be a problem in that the pore structure collapses during drying. In particular, when the surfactant and the organosilane-based compound are mixed at a weight ratio of 1:4 to 6 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fine airgel powder particles 50 having the smallest size can be formed and at the same time The size is also very uniform, and furthermore, the size and uniformity of pores may be the best.
다음, 본 발명에 따른 소수성 에어로겔(100)의 제조방법은 상기 혼합용액에 산 및 비극성 용매를 투입하고 교반하여 복수 개의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)를 포함하는 하이드로겔을 제조하는 (2) 단계를 포함한다. Next, the method for producing a
상기 (1) 단계에서 형성된 에멀전 마이셀(40) 내부로 분리된 실리케이트계 화합물(10)은 (2) 단계에서 투입되는 산과 반응하여 규산(silicic acid, Si-O-Si-O)을 형성하고 규산은 다시 오르가노실란계 화합물(20)과 반응하여 하이드로겔을 형성한다.The silicate-based
이때 상기 산은 실리케이트계 화합물(10)과 반응하여 규산을 형성할 수 있는 공지의 통상적인 산을 사용할 수 있으며 바람직하게는 질산, 황산 및 염산 등의 무기산을 사용할 수 있으며 이 경우 반응속도 조절 면에서 보다 유리할 수 있다.At this time, the acid may be a known common acid capable of reacting with the silicate-based compound (10) to form silicic acid, and preferably inorganic acids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid may be used. can be advantageous
On the other hand, the formed hydrogel reacts with the non-polar solvent to cause solvent exchange between the water and the non-polar solvent located in the hydrogel and to cause layer separation in the solution. To this end, the non-polar solvent is added in a volume of 2 to 10 times the volume of the hydrogel 30 to 600 seconds after the addition of the inorganic acid, and stirred at a temperature of 30 to 80 ° C. for 1 to 5 hours to simultaneously perform surface modification and solvent exchange. can
이때 상기 비극성 용매는 본 발명의 목적에 부합하는 한 통상적인 비극성 용매가 사용될 수 있으며 이에 대한 비제한적인 예로 헥산, 펜탄, 톨루엔 등이 사용될 수 있으며 바람직하게는 헥산이 사용될 수 있으며 이 경우 모세관압이 낮아 건조 중 구조를 유지하면서 용매가 증발되어 기공구조 유지 측면에서 유리할 수 있다.At this time, as long as the non-polar solvent meets the purpose of the present invention, a conventional non-polar solvent may be used. As a non-limiting example thereof, hexane, pentane, toluene, etc. may be used. Preferably, hexane may be used. In this case, the capillary pressure is Since the solvent is evaporated while maintaining the structure during drying, it may be advantageous in terms of maintaining the pore structure.
다음, 본 발명은 상기 (2) 단계에서 수득한 하이드로겔을 건조하여 소수성 에어로겔을 제조하는 (3) 단계를 포함한다.Next, the present invention includes step (3) of preparing a hydrophobic airgel by drying the hydrogel obtained in step (2).
In step (3), the hydrogel formed in step (2), reaction by-products, and the remaining amount of surfactant are washed with a non-polar solvent, and then dried at 50 to 150 ° C. for 1 to 3 hours to micronize / homogenize Mie airgel. A hydrophobic airgel containing the powder particles 50 can be obtained. In particular, when drying under normal pressure, it may be advantageous in terms of safe conditions and economic efficiency compared to other drying methods.
다음 본 발명에 따른 소수성 에어로겔(100)을 설명한다. 다만 중복을 피해 전술한 소수성 에어로겔(100)의 제조방법과 기술적 사상이 동일한 부분에 대한 설명은 생략한다.Next, the
본 발명은 복수 개의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)를 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)들의 평균 입경은 1 내지 5 μm 인 소수성 에어로겔(100)을 제공한다. The present invention provides a
이때 상기 복수 개의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)들의 입경에 대한 CV(coefficient of variation)값이 1 이하일 수 있다.At this time, a coefficient of variation (CV) value for the particle diameter of the plurality of fine airgel powder particles 50 may be 1 or less.
CV값이란 상기 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)들의 입경에 대한 변동 계수(상대 표준편차)를 의미하는데, 이 값은 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)들의 입경 분포의 편차가 평균값(산술 평균 입경)에 대해서 어느 정도 되는지를 나타낸 것으로 통상적으로 CV값(단위 없음)=(표준편차/평균값)으로 구해진다. CV값은 이것이 작을수록 입경 분포는 좁아지고(샤프), 이것이 클수록 입경 분포는 넓어진다(브로드).The CV value means the coefficient of variation (relative standard deviation) for the particle diameter of the fine airgel powder particles 50. It shows how much it is, and it is usually obtained as CV value (no unit) = (standard deviation / average value). The smaller the CV value, the narrower the particle size distribution (sharp), and the larger the CV value, the wider the particle size distribution (broad).
In other words, since the plurality of fine airgel powder particles 50 according to the present invention have a CV value of 1 or less, uniform size fine airgel powder particles 50 having a very small size deviation with respect to particle diameter can be implemented. Due to such uniformly sized fine airgel powder particles 50, it is possible to omit an additional post-processing pulverization (miniaturization) process in which conventional mechanical deformation is caused, so productivity and economic efficiency are remarkably improved, and airgel has excellent electrical/chemical/chemical properties. Mechanical properties can be fully utilized.
이에 따라 상기 복수 개의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자(50)들의 CV 값이 1을 초과하는 경우 입경의 편차가 커서 균일한 에어로겔의 물성을 얻을 수 없고 다른 물질과의 혼합 사용시 에어로겔의 충전량을 적절히 설계할 수 없어서 에어로겔의 활용도가 크게 저하될 수 있다.Accordingly, when the CV value of the plurality of fine airgel powder particles 50 exceeds 1, uniform properties of the airgel cannot be obtained due to large particle size deviation, and the filling amount of the airgel cannot be properly designed when mixed with other materials. The usability of airgel can be greatly reduced.
In addition, the
On the other hand, in general, airgel prepared using the sol-gel method forms pores having a random network structure, so that the size of the pores is not uniform, such as the particle size of the airgel described above. occurred with Moreover, there is no method to homogeneously post-process such pores through micronization as in the case of airgel particles, which not only deteriorates the insulation properties, which are representative physical properties of airgel, but also causes airgel to be mixed with a liquid matrix. There was a problem with absorbing the material.
Therefore, the
As described above, according to the
이하에서는 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기로 하지만, 하기 실시예가 본 발명의 범위를 제한하는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail through examples, but the following examples are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, which should be interpreted to aid understanding of the present invention.
실시예 1Example 1
(1) (One) 실리케이트계 화합물, 오르가노실란계 화합물 및 계면활성제 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계Preparing a mixed solution of a silicate-based compound, an organosilane-based compound, and a surfactant
5 Wt%의 물유리 수용액 50 ml에 오가노실란(HMDS) 7 g 및 GMS 1.75 g을 1 : 0.25의 중량비로 혼합하여 4분간 교반하여 에멀전을 형성하였다.7 g of organosilane (HMDS) and 1.75 g of GMS were mixed in 50 ml of a 5 wt% water glass aqueous solution in a weight ratio of 1:0.25 and stirred for 4 minutes to form an emulsion.
(2) 상기 혼합용액에 산 및 비극성 용매를 투입하고 교반하여 복수 개의 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자를 포함하는 하이드로겔을 제조하는 단계;(2) preparing a hydrogel containing a plurality of fine airgel powder particles by adding an acid and a non-polar solvent to the mixed solution and stirring;
상기 (1) 단계에서 제조된 에멀전에 20 %의 황산 15 g을 30초간 투입하여 pH 7 미만이 유지되는 조건에서 하이드로겔을 형성한다. 이후 n-Hexane 용액 150 ml를 하이드로겔 양의 3배가 되도록 투입하여 1.5 시간 동안 50℃의 온도에서 3시간 교반하였다. 이때 하이드로겔 기공 내 함유된 물과 Hexane의 용매교환 및 층분리가 발생하였다.15 g of 20% sulfuric acid is added to the emulsion prepared in step (1) for 30 seconds to form a hydrogel under the condition that the pH is maintained below 7. Thereafter, 150 ml of the n-Hexane solution was added so as to triple the amount of the hydrogel, and stirred for 3 hours at a temperature of 50° C. for 1.5 hours. At this time, solvent exchange and layer separation between water and hexane contained in the pores of the hydrogel occurred.
(3) 상기 하이드로겔을 건조하여 소수성 에어로겔을 제조하는 단계(3) drying the hydrogel to prepare a hydrophobic airgel
상기 (2) 단계에서 층분리된 하이드로겔을 헥세인을 이용하여 반응 부산물 및 비이온성 계면활성제를 제거한 후 3시간 동안 다시 교반을 수행하고 세척하였다. 이후 50 ℃에서 1시간, 150 ℃에서 2시간 상압건조를 수행하여 5 μm이하의 particle 사이즈로 입자가 미세화/균일화된 에어로겔을 제조하였다.After removing reaction by-products and nonionic surfactants from the layer-separated hydrogel in step (2) using hexane, the hydrogel was stirred again for 3 hours and washed. Thereafter, atmospheric drying was performed at 50 ° C. for 1 hour and at 150 ° C. for 2 hours to prepare an airgel with micronized / uniform particles with a particle size of 5 μm or less.
비교예 1Comparative Example 1
상기 실시예 1과 동일하게 제조하되, 하기 표 1과 같이 계면활성제를 포함하지 않고 제조하였다.It was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, but was prepared without containing a surfactant as shown in Table 1 below.

상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에서 제조한 소수성 에어로겔에 대하여 CV값을 측정하여 이를 표 2에 나타내었다.CV values were measured for the hydrophobic airgels prepared in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 and are shown in Table 2.
Referring to Table 2, in the case of Example 1, which uses a hydrophobic surfactant showing the most desirable HLB value and the weight ratio with organosilane is also included in the numerical range of the present invention, compared to Comparative Example 1 without using a surfactant, about It can be seen that fine airgel powder particles can be produced with a remarkably fine size corresponding to 1/13. Furthermore, it can be seen that even though the size is remarkably fine, the CV value is only 0.14, so that it can be formed in a very uniform size.
실험예 2- SEM 분석Experimental Example 2- SEM analysis
상기 실시예 1 내지 8 및 비교예 1에서 제조한 소수성 에어로겔을 SEM분석을 통해 미세 에어로겔 분말 입자의 크기 및 기공의 크기를 측정하고 이를 표 2에 나타내었고 특히 실시예 1 및 비교예 1의 SEM 사진을 도 3 및 4에 각각 나타내었다.The hydrophobic airgels prepared in Examples 1 to 8 and Comparative Example 1 were measured through SEM analysis to measure the size and pore size of fine airgel powder particles, and these are shown in Table 2, especially SEM pictures of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 are shown in Figures 3 and 4, respectively.
Referring to Table 2 and FIGS. 4 and 5, in the case of Example 1, which uses a hydrophobic surfactant showing the most desirable HLB value and whose weight ratio with organosilane is also included in the numerical range of the present invention, no surfactant is used. It can be seen that the average size of the pores can be manufactured to be about 3 times smaller than that of Comparative Example 1, and the uniformity of the pore size is also greatly improved through the standard deviation value.
실험예 3 - 표면특정 분석Experimental Example 3 - Surface Specific Analysis
실시예 1에서 제조된 소수성 에어로겔을 FT-IR 장비를 통하여 표면 특성을 분석하여 이를 도 5에 나타내었다.Surface characteristics of the hydrophobic airgel prepared in Example 1 were analyzed using FT-IR equipment, and these are shown in FIG. 5 .

In addition, a contact angle of 140 ° or more was observed, confirming that it had high hydrophobicity.
실험예 4- 기공 특성 분석Experimental Example 4 - Analysis of Pore Characteristics
상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에서 제조한 소수성 에어로겔을 SEM분석을 BET 분석을 수행하고 이를 표 2에 나타내었고 특히 실시예 1의 결과를 도 6에 나타내었다.The hydrophobic airgel prepared in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was subjected to SEM analysis and BET analysis, which are shown in Table 2, and in particular, the results of Example 1 are shown in FIG. 6.
상기 표 2 및 도 6을 참조하면 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1의 소수성 에어로겔의 경우 비교예 1에 따라 제조한 에어로겔에서 나타나는 비표면적 634 m2/g보다 현격히 높은 1200 m2/g 이상의 비표면적을 보유함을 확인할 수 있다.Referring to Table 2 and FIG. 6, in the case of the hydrophobic airgel of Example 1 according to the present invention, the specific surface area of 1200 m 2 /g or more is significantly higher than the specific surface area of 634 m 2 /g shown in the airgel prepared according to Comparative Example 1 You can check that you have it.
In summary of Experimental Examples 1 to 4, the present invention can form airgel inside the micelles formed in the emulsion, so that the particle size can be finely and uniformly manufactured, and through this, the size of the pores forming the airgel In addition, it can be manufactured uniformly, and furthermore, since it does not require an additional post-processing process, mechanical strain is not applied to the airgel or deterioration of physical properties such as collapse of the pores is not caused. It is possible to manufacture airgel that can improve utilization in the field.
