Description

A non-face-to-face treatment service system}A non-face-to-face treatment service system

In the present invention, a doctor treats a patient through an image, receives regular medical treatment or provides medical treatment over the phone for periodic prescription such as a returning patient, provides a statement received from a medical staff of another medical institution, and when the medication time arrives, the patient It relates to a non-face-to-face medical service system that notifies an alarm and supports monitoring of medication status.

In general, face-to-face medical service is a process in which a patient directly visits a hospital for reception, treatment, prescription, and receipt, and a general medical appointment is made by telephone, online, or directly visiting the hospital and waiting for the order of treatment.

However, in the case of elderly patients who cannot receive face-to-face treatment due to their weak mobility, or when a nationwide infectious disease such as COVID-19 occurs recently, the need for non-face-to-face treatment is greatly increasing, and methods to minimize physical contact are being sought during treatment.

Of course, face-to-face treatment is unavoidable for patients with a disease group that requires physical contact with medical staff for medical treatment or for patients with severe emergencies. .

With the existing face-to-face treatment, communication with the doctor stops as soon as the patient leaves the treatment room, and you cannot receive feedback and management of your condition until your next appointment. Therefore, until now, to compensate for the shortcomings of stool treatment, the only way was to explain the test results to nurses and medical assistants, or to allow the patient to independently collect information about his or her own health.

Therefore, in order to overcome the above limitations of face-to-face treatment, non-face-to-face based treatment service technology is required.
