Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ship having a rudder bulb, and more particularly, a rudder capable of increasing the propulsion efficiency of the hull by reducing the axial loss occurring in the wake of the propeller even when the length of the rudder bulb is not sufficiently secured. It relates to a ship having a bulb.
A ship (A ship) uses a rudder (rudder) as a means for adjusting the traveling direction.
When the rudder has an angle of attack according to the flow of water, it operates on the principle of adjusting the ship's moving direction by using the vertical component of the lift force acting on it as a turning force.
Among the performance required for a rudder, it is known that it is important to be able to generate a large lift force, to not stall well even if the angle of attack is large, and to have a small change in the position of the lift force even if the angle of attack is greatly changed. there is.
The rudder applied to the first ship was a single-plate type rudder with a simple configuration in which a single plate-shaped key plate was mounted on the stern.
However, this single-plate type rudder has caused various problems such as loss of the effect of direction adjustment due to fluid separation from the rear surface, as well as a small stall angle and a very large resistance.
Accordingly, various types of rudder have been continuously developed to solve these problems and optimize the performance of the rudder.
For example, in the rudder being developed to increase the lift, an accelerated fluid passing through the gap between the movable part and the fixed part of the rudder increases the flow rate at the rear of the rudder to increase the lift force (hydro gap rudder), the rudder Beca rudder, which increases lift by changing the camber of the cross-section of the rudder according to the use condition by configuring the rear part to be movable ), etc.
And in the rudder to increase the propulsion efficiency, a reaction rudder (reaction rudder) and a bulb are combined to reduce resistance and generate thrust by using the angle of attack of the wake of the propeller. ) or Costa (COSTA rudder bulb).
Among these types of rudder, in particular, the rudder bulb is applied as a means to increase the propulsion efficiency of the hull by reducing the axial loss occurring in the wake of the propeller.
However, in order for these rudder bulbs to perform their functions, it is premised that the length of the rudder bulb must be sufficiently secured. Considering that the bulb acts as a resistance and the effect of applying the rudder bulb is inevitably reduced a lot, technology development is needed to solve this problem.
Therefore, the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to reduce the axial loss occurring in the wake of the propeller even when the length of the rudder bulb is not sufficiently secured to increase the propulsion efficiency of the hull It is to provide a ship having a rudder bulb. .

This bulb-

However, if the length of the
Accordingly, in this embodiment, the fluid flow

Various types of fluid flow
The fluid flow
In particular, in the present embodiment, the fluid flow
Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention will be described.
Therefore, by rectifying the flow of the fluid behind the
According to this embodiment, which acts in the structure as described above, even when the length of the

In addition, the bulb-

In this embodiment, the curved fluid flow

Specifically, the fluid flow
In addition, the fluid flow
In the case of this embodiment, it is not formed directly on the
