Description

하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인{POWERTRAIN FOR HYBRID VEHICLE}
본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인 구조에 관한 것이다.
하이브리드 차량은 엔진의 동력과 전기 모터의 동력을 적절히 조합하는 파워트레인을 탑재하여, 차량에서 요구되는 동력성능을 발휘하면서도, 연비를 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.
상기와 같은 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인은 가급적 소요되는 부품수가 적고, 간단한 구성으로 이루어지면서도 가급적 다수의 변속단을 구현하여 엔진의 연비를 향상시키면서 차량에서 요구하는 동력성능을 구현할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.

상기 유성기어장치의 제1회전요소는 제1선기어, 제2회전요소는 제2선기어, 제3회전요소는 공통캐리어, 제4회전요소는 제1링기어, 제5회전요소는 제2링기어로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 입력축은 상기 유성기어장치의 제1선기어에 제1클러치를 통해 연결되고, 상기 유성기어장치의 제1링기어에 제2클러치를 통해 연결될 수 있다.
상기 모터제너레이터는 제3클러치를 통해 상기 유성기어장치의 제1선기어에 선택적으로 연결될 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인은,
엔진과 연결된 입력축인 제1회전축;
유성기어장치의 제1회전요소에 연결된 제2회전축;
상기 유성기어장치의 제2회전요소와 모터제너레이터를 연결하는 제3회전축;
상기 유성기어장치의 제3회전요소에 연결된 출력축인 제4회전축;
상기 유성기어장치의 제4회전요소에 연결된 제5회전축;
상기 유성기어장치의 제5회전요소에 연결된 제6회전축;
상기 제1회전축과 제2회전축을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제1클러치;
상기 제1회전축과 제5회전축을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제2클러치;
상기 제6회전축을 변속기케이스에 연결시킬 수 있도록 설치된 브레이크;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제2회전축과 제3회전축을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제3클러치를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 유성기어장치의 제1회전요소는 제1선기어, 제2회전요소는 제2선기어, 제3회전요소는 공통캐리어, 제4회전요소는 제1링기어, 제5회전요소는 제2링기어로 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명은 가급적 소요되는 부품수가 적고, 간단한 구성으로 이루어져 소요비용이 저감되고 차량 탑재성이 우수하면서도, 가급적 다수의 변속단을 구현하여 엔진의 연비를 향상시키면서 차량에서 요구하는 동력성능을 충분히 구현할 수 있도록 한다.

도 1과 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인의 실시예들은 공통적으로, 5개의 회전요소를 구비한 유성기어장치(PG); 엔진과 연결되며, 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제1회전요소와 제4회전요소에 각각 선택적으로 연결될 수 있도록 설치된 입력축(IN); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제2회전요소에 연결된 모터제너레이터(MG); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제3회전요소에 연결된 출력축(OUT); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제5회전요소를 고정시킬 수 있도록 설치된 브레이크(B1)를 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명에서 상기 유성기어장치(PG)는 도시된 바와 같이 레비뉴 타입(Ravigneaux Type) 유성기어장치(PG)로 구성된다.
또한, 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제1회전요소는 제1선기어(S1), 제2회전요소는 제2선기어(S2), 제3회전요소는 공통캐리어(CM), 제4회전요소는 제1링기어(R1), 제5회전요소는 제2링기어(R2)로 구성된다.
상기 입력축(IN)은 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제1선기어(S1)에 제1클러치(CL1)를 통해 연결되고, 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제1링기어(R1)에 제2클러치(CL2)를 통해 연결된 구성이다.
따라서, 상기 입력축(IN)은 엔진의 동력을 전달받아, 상기 제1클러치(CL1)가 체결된 상태에서는 상기 제1선기어(S1)에 엔진의 동력을 전달하고, 상기 제2클러치(CL2)가 체결된 상태에서는 상기 제1링기어(R1)에 엔진의 동력을 전달하게 된다.
도 2의 제2실시예는 도 1에 비하여, 제3클러치(CL3)를 더 구비한 것으로서, 상기 모터제너레이터(MG)는 상기 제3클러치(CL3)를 통해 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제1선기어(S1)에 선택적으로 연결될 수 있도록 구성된다.
따라서, 상기 제3클러치(CL3)를 체결하면, 상기 제1선기어(S1)와 제2선기어(S2)는 상기 모터제너레이터(MG)와 함께 연동되는 상태가 구현된다.
상기 브레이크(B1)는 상기 제2링기어(R2)를 변속기케이스(CS)에 고정하거나 해제할 수 있도록 설치된다.
한편, 상기한 바와 같은 본 발명 실시예들은 다음과 같이 표현할 수도 있다.
즉, 본 발명 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인의 실시예들은 공통적으로, 엔진과 연결된 입력축(IN)인 제1회전축(SH1); 유성기어장치(PG)의 제1회전요소에 연결된 제2회전축(SH2); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제2회전요소와 모터제너레이터(MG)를 연결하는 제3회전축(SH3); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제3회전요소에 연결된 출력축(OUT)인 제4회전축(SH4); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제4회전요소에 연결된 제5회전축(SH5); 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 제5회전요소에 연결된 제6회전축(SH6); 상기 제1회전축(SH1)과 제2회전축(SH2)을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제1클러치(CL1); 상기 제1회전축(SH1)과 제5회전축(SH5)을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제2클러치(CL2); 상기 제6회전축(SH6)을 변속기케이스(CS)에 연결시킬 수 있도록 설치된 브레이크(B1)를 포함하여 구성된 것이다.
여기서, 상기 제2실시예는 상기 제1실시예에 비하여, 상기 제2회전축(SH2)과 제3회전축(SH3)을 단속할 수 있도록 제3클러치(CL3)를 더 설치한 것이다.
상기한 바와 같이 구성된 본 발명 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같은 작동모드표에 따라, 전기차 모드인 EV(ELECTRIC VEHICLE)모드로 1단과 4단 및 후진단인 R단을 구현하고, 엔진만의 동력으로 구현되는 엔진모드 또는 엔진의 동력에 모터의 동력을 추가할 수 있는 하이브리드 모드로 2단, 3단, 4단을 구현하며, 하이브리드모드의 일종으로서 엔진의 동력이 입력되는 상황에서 모터제너레이터(MG)를 제어하여 연속적인 변속비 변화를 도모할 수 있는 E-CVT(ELECTRIC CONTINUOUS VARIABLE TRANSMISSION)모드로 5단 변속비 내지 6단 변속비 사이의 변속비를 연속적으로 변경시킬 수 있도록 하고, 정차 중 엔진의 동력으로 모터제너레이터(MG)를 구동하여 충전을 수행할 수 있는 정차중 충전 모드를 2가지로 구현할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1클러치(CL1)와 제2클러치(CL2)를 모두 체결하는 엔진모드(하이브리드모드) 4단이나, 상기 제3클러치(CL3)를 체결하는 EV모드 4단에서는 상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 모든 회전요소들이 일체화되어 1:1의 변속비를 구현하며, 이 상태에서는 상기 모터제너레이터(MG)에 의한 회생 발전이 가능하다.
도 4는 상기한 바와 같은 본 발명 파워트레인의 변속단 구현을 속도선도로 표현한 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비교적 간단한 구성으로 제작에 소요되는 비용이 저감되고, 차량 탑재성이 우수하게 확보되어 전륜 구동차량에 용이하게 적용할 수 있으며, 후진 1단 및 전진 총 6단의 변속비를 구현할 수 있어서 차량의 요구 동력 성능을 용이하게 충족시킬 수 있고, 특히 5단 내지 6단의 오버드라이브 변속비를 연속적으로 변화시킬 수 있어서, 차량의 고속 주행 시 연비 향상에 유리하다.
본 발명은 특정한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 특허청구범위에 의해 제공되는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서, 본 발명이 다양하게 개량 및 변화될 수 있다는 것은 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.

  1. 5개의 회전요소를 구비한 유성기어장치;
    엔진과 연결되며, 상기 유성기어장치의 제1회전요소와 제4회전요소에 각각 선택적으로 연결될 수 있도록 설치된 입력축;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제2회전요소에 연결된 모터제너레이터;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제3회전요소에 연결된 출력축;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제5회전요소를 고정시킬 수 있도록 설치된 브레이크;
    를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 유성기어장치의 제1회전요소는 제1선기어, 제2회전요소는 제2선기어, 제3회전요소는 공통캐리어, 제4회전요소는 제1링기어, 제5회전요소는 제2링기어로 구성된 것
    을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 입력축은 상기 유성기어장치의 제1선기어에 제1클러치를 통해 연결되고, 상기 유성기어장치의 제1링기어에 제2클러치를 통해 연결된 것
    을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 모터제너레이터는 제3클러치를 통해 상기 유성기어장치의 제1선기어에 선택적으로 연결될 수 있도록 구성된 것
    을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
  5. 엔진과 연결된 입력축인 제1회전축;
    유성기어장치의 제1회전요소에 연결된 제2회전축;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제2회전요소와 모터제너레이터를 연결하는 제3회전축;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제3회전요소에 연결된 출력축인 제4회전축;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제4회전요소에 연결된 제5회전축;
    상기 유성기어장치의 제5회전요소에 연결된 제6회전축;
    상기 제1회전축과 제2회전축을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제1클러치;
    상기 제1회전축과 제5회전축을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제2클러치;
    상기 제6회전축을 변속기케이스에 연결시킬 수 있도록 설치된 브레이크;
    를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 제2회전축과 제3회전축을 단속할 수 있도록 설치된 제3클러치를 더 포함하여 구성된 것
    을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 유성기어장치의 제1회전요소는 제1선기어, 제2회전요소는 제2선기어, 제3회전요소는 공통캐리어, 제4회전요소는 제1링기어, 제5회전요소는 제2링기어로 구성된 것
