Meanwhile, the vehicle steering apparatus has a tilt function and a telescope function for adjusting the position of the steering wheel according to the driver's physical condition (eg, sitting height, arm length).
In order to implement the tilt function and the telescope function, the steering column is composed of a column housing and an inner tube, the inner tube is disposed to surround the outer periphery of the steering shaft, and the column housing covers the outer periphery of the inner tube wrapped and placed In addition, a mounting bracket is installed on the outside of the column housing, and the mounting bracket is mounted on the vehicle body, so that the steering device can be installed on the vehicle body.
The column housing is installed on the mounting bracket to rotate about a horizontal axis, and the inner tube is installed on the column housing to move in an axial direction. The steering shaft is rotatably installed in the circumferential direction on the inner tube through a center bearing, and is configured to rotate together with the steering wheel when the driver rotates the steering wheel.
The tilt function is a function of adjusting the position of the steering wheel by rotating the column housing around the horizontal axis.
In addition, the telescope function axially moves the inner tube with respect to the column housing so that the inner tube is axially moved together with the steering shaft while wrapping the outer periphery of the steering shaft, thereby rotating the steering wheel. It is a function that can adjust the position in the direction. The telescope function also has a function of absorbing impact energy while the steering wheel and the steering column are collapsing when a vehicle collides.
The steering device for a vehicle is provided with a tele lever for telescopically operating the position of the steering wheel. That is, after the driver operates the tele lever to the open position, the driver can adjust the position of the steering wheel to suit his or her body condition, and after adjusting the position of the steering wheel to suit his or her body condition, the driver can operate the tele lever The position of the steering wheel may be fixed by manipulating it to the locked position.
Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-1678191 (published on November 21, 2016) (hereinafter referred to as 'prior art') discloses a 'vehicle steering column' having an adjustment lever corresponding to the tele lever.
In the prior art, a hollow inner tube surrounding a steering shaft, a slot in the steering axis direction is formed at one end portion into which the inner tube is inserted, and opposite to each other on both sides of the slot with respect to the slot from the outer circumferential surface of the steering shaft A hollow outer tube including a pair of distance flanges extending in the vertical direction to form a telescope hole, coupled to the inner tube through the slot and disposed between the pair of distance flanges, the outer tube a rotation preventing block for limiting the rotation of a tilt bracket coupled to the outside of the pair of distance flanges and having a tilt hole formed at a position corresponding to the telescope hole to be coupled to a mounting bracket; and one side outer surface of the tilt bracket and a fixing bolt coupled to the control lever, and a fixing bolt coupled to the control lever through the telescope hole and the tilt hole.
In the prior art, by having the anti-rotation block disposed between a pair of distance flanges while being fixed to the inner tube to limit rotation of the outer tube, the outer tube and the It is possible to prevent the components such as the tilt bracket coupled with the outer tube from being rotated due to their own weight or external impact, as well as restrict the axial movement of the inner tube.
However, in the prior art, the anti-rotation block is moved in the axial direction in the slot and comes into contact with the distance flange located at the end of the slot, thereby limiting the axial movement of the inner tube.
Accordingly, in the prior art, when the control lever is in the locked state, when a car collision accident occurs and the inner tube moves in the axial direction, the anti-rotation block comes into contact with the distance flange, so that the inner tube Since the axial movement is restricted, there is a problem that the driver may be seriously injured by hitting the steering wheel.
Meanwhile, a multi-function switch is connected to the inner tube in the vehicle. The multi-function switch is formed in a lever type, is provided as a pair, and is disposed to protrude to both left and right sides below the steering wheel. Among the multi-function switches on both sides, one may be a switch for controlling various lights of the vehicle, and the other may be a switch for controlling a wiper.
However, in the prior art, a fine gap is inevitably formed between both sides of the anti-rotation block and both sides of the slot, and the inner tube in which the multi-function switch is installed rotates minutely in the circumferential direction when the multi-function switch is operated. There were also possible problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a steering apparatus for a vehicle capable of preventing circumferential rotation of an inner tube when a driver operates a multi-function switch.

A pair of cutout holes 75 and 76 may be formed in the
A part of the bending
A pair of cut-out
The operation of the
Before the vehicle collision accident occurs, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 , the
When a vehicle collision accident occurs in such a state, and the
7 is a view showing the operation of the anti-rotation damper shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, and FIG. 8 is a view showing the deformation of the anti-rotation damper according to the operation of the tele lever.
Both sides of the
Since both sides of the
The
When the driver operates the
Each of the damping
However, in this embodiment, since the first damping
On the inner surface of the
A pair of fixing
In addition, a pair of fixing
When the
The fixing
In addition, a pair of fixing protrusions (66, 67) are formed on both sides in the axial direction in the damper insertion groove (65), and a pair of fixing grooves (16, 17) are formed on both sides of the anti-rotation damper (10) in the axial direction. Therefore, when the
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the
However, in order for the
The operation of the
When the driver operates the
In addition, when the driver adjusts the position of the steering wheel to a position suitable for his/her physical condition and then operates the
As described above, in the
In addition, in the
