Description

Chain Type Overhead Door}Chain Type Overhead Door

The present invention relates to a chain-type overhead door opening and closing device, and more particularly, by adopting a chain instead of a wire rope as a driving means for opening and closing the door, the failure of the overhead door caused by the separation of the wire rope from the drum in advance. It relates to a chain-type overhead door that can be prevented.

In general, an overhead door is a door that opens and closes a door by power. Usually, one or more slats are folded or moved upward in an unfolded state to open the door.'Shutter', ' It can be defined as a concept including'speed door' and'stacking door'.

These overhead doors are often installed in a fire station garage or a vehicle entrance of a factory or warehouse at an industrial site, and when opened, the door moves upward and is stored above the entrance, so that the interior space of the building can be efficiently used.

An example of an overhead door is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration Publication No. 1998-0058725 (hereinafter referred to as'prior technical document 1').

5 and 6 are views showing a conventional overhead door disclosed in Prior Art Document 1.

As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, in the conventional overhead door, a motor 48 is installed at an upper part of the entrance, and a pair of drums 38 operated by the driving of the motor 48 are installed.
