Abstract

The present invention relates to carbon felt impregnated with boron and to a surface treatment method for the carbon felt, and according to the present invention, there is an effect of modifying hydrophobic carbon felt to strong hydrophilic properties, and further, a vanadium redox flow secondary battery including the carbon felt into which the boron of the present invention is impregnated improves the energy efficiency.
