Abstract
일 양상에서 본 개시내용은

Description
본 개시내용은 화학요법과 조합하여 타입 I 타이로신 카이나제 저해제를 사용하여, 암 환자에서 종양 및/또는 전이(metastasis)/전이부(metastases)를 화학요법에 대해서 감응화(sensitizing)시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
치료가 어려운 많은 암이 존재하고, 요법이 사용 가능하지만, 그 요법에 대한 어느 정도의 내성이 존재하거나 존재하게 될 것이다. 1차 내성은 암이 처음부터 치료에 반응하지 않을 때 발생할 수 있다. 이는 사용되는 요법이 현재 암의 유형을 충분히 정밀하고 충분히 효과적으로 표적화하지 않는다는 사실로 인한 것일 수 있다. 2차 또는 획득된 내성이 또한 매우 빈번하게 일어나는데, 이는 환자가 특정 시간에 처음에 반응하는 것으로 보이는 요법이 효능을 상실한다는 것을 의미한다. 화학요법을 사용하여, 예를 들어, 난소 상피, 원발성 복막암을 갖는 것으로 진단된 환자의 전체 대략 80%가 1차 백금-기반 및 탁센-기반 요법 이후에 재발할 것이다. 그것은 매우 고무적인 통계가 아니다.
