Description

{Door with improved strength using Laminated Veneer Lumber}

The present invention relates to a door, and more particularly, to a door provided with a reinforcing structure using a laminated veneer lumber (LVL) to prevent intrusion of the outside, and a urethane insulating layer inside.

A commonly used GRP (Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic) door is generally composed of a pair of door skins molded using SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and a urethane foam formed between these door skins . Here, the SMC used for the molding of the door skin includes various components including glass fiber for strength reinforcement.

As described in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-58052, it is general to form a specific pattern on the front surface of such a GRP door (hereinafter, simply referred to as a door) to be. One of the methods of forming the pattern on the exterior surface of the door, particularly on the exterior of the house, is to form a concave line in the outer skin and to define the contour of the desired pattern (e.g., several squares or rectangles) .

However, as described above, forming a concave portion on the outer surface of a door made of an inner skin and an outer skin with a urethane layer interposed therebetween is a drawback that the door strength is substantially lowered. Such a door is used as a means for limiting or allowing the entrance of a house. If the strength of the door is lowered, the safety of the door can not be secured in terms of method such as an intrusion from the outside.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is a main object of the present invention to provide a door which is sufficiently reinforced in structure so that sufficient heat insulation is possible.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a door with good processability, such as a separate attachment, for example, in the middle part of the door.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a door configured such that the flow of the urethane foam liquid for forming a heat insulating layer in the door is smooth.

The reinforcement of the structural strength of the present invention can be said to mean that it is possible to substantially prevent the damage of the door for intrusion from the outside substantially, and it has the same meaning as to provide a door that is advantageous from the perspective of crime prevention ultimately can do. The ease of machining a portion of the door means that the structure for attaching a separate attachment such as a mailbox can be easily processed, and that sufficient safety is ensured even if partial processing is performed . Further, the good flowability of the urethane foam liquid means that the internal structure is not changed or the skin is not deformed by the flow of the foamed liquid, and the heat insulating layer can be easily formed.

In order to achieve the above object, the door of the present invention comprises a concave portion formed concavely to form a pattern and a planar portion forming the same plane between the concave portion and at least one side of the concave portion, Skin and inner skin; A frame forming a rim portion between the outer skin and the inner skin; A heat insulating layer formed inside the frame by foaming a liquid foamed liquid injected between the outer skin and the inner skin; A reinforcing plate disposed between the outer skin and the inner skin at positions spaced apart from the outer skin and the inner skin by a predetermined distance and spaced apart from each other; And a support means for supporting the reinforcing plate at a position spaced apart from the outer skin and the inner skin with respect to the liquid foamed liquid injected between the outer skin and the inner skin. Here, in order to reinforce the strength of the outer skin and the inner skin, the thickness of the outer skin and the inner skin corresponding to the concave portion is relatively thicker than the thickness of the outer skin and the inner skin corresponding to the flat portion.

And the reinforcing plate of the present invention is preferably formed of LVL.

It is preferable that the reinforcing plate in the present invention is constituted by a plurality of the reinforcing plates which are provided on the flat portion between the concave portions formed on at least one side of the outer skin or the inner skin and are divided by the concave portions.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the supporting means for supporting the reinforcing plate is constituted by a position holding pin which is supported by both ends of the outer skin and the inner skin, respectively, while penetrating the reinforcing plate.

The door of the present invention has a door which is in contact with the inside of at least one of the pair of vertical frames and has a predetermined length in the up and down direction at an intermediate portion where the door handle is installed, And a vertical frame for reinforcement installed on the frame.

It is further expected that the reinforcing plate of the present invention is formed with a plurality of through holes through which the liquid foam liquid can pass.

The door according to the present invention having the above-described structure basically has a concave portion for forming various patterns on the skin forming the surface of the door. Even though the urethane insulation layer is thinned due to such concave portions, it can be seen that the door of the present invention can have sufficient strength by a plurality of reinforcing LVL reinforcing plates provided between the inner skin and the outer skin.

According to the present invention, the thickness of the concave portion of the skin molded to form the pattern on the door is set to be relatively higher than the thickness of the skin forming the plane. Therefore, it can be seen that the overall strength of the recessed portion is prevented from lowering at the molded portion, and the substantial strength of the door of the present invention is also increased by such a configuration. In this case, the fact that the strength of the door is increased means that the breakage time of the door for the intrusion becomes long when the intrusion occurs.

In the door of the present invention, a plurality of LVL reinforcing plates are fixed at the middle height thereof. The reinforcing plate substantially reinforces the strength of the entire door, and may improve the workability of the portion where the reinforcing plate is installed. For example, in order to install a separate attachment such as a mailbox or a window, the corresponding portion of the door must be machined. The portion where the LVL reinforcing plate is installed has a substantially thick thickness, It is expected to be prevented.

In addition, according to the present invention, the LVL reinforced plate has a merit that it is more advantageous for heat insulation. For example, the LVL reinforced plate has a sufficient heat insulating function as compared with a metal reinforcing part that can be adopted for reinforcement, It is more advantageous for insulation. Since the LVL reinforcing plate is a plate-like plate having a substantially constant area, it is considered to be more advantageous in preventing noise.

Further, it can be seen that the reinforcing plate of the present invention is substantially supported in the middle between the inner skin and the outer skin. Accordingly, the foamed liquid supplied through the space between the inner skin and the outer skin can be filled in a space between the inner skin and the outer skin while flowing smoothly and smoothly. The formation of the heat insulating layer as described above is expected to substantially contribute not only to lowering of the defective ratio but also to improvement of the heat insulating function. Further, it is expected that the flowability of the foamed liquid can be further improved by forming a plurality of through holes in the reinforcing plate.

Hereinafter, the door of the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 and 2, a door according to the present invention includes a pair of door skins 10 and 20 formed using a sheet molding compound (SMC) And a urethane insulation layer 16 formed between the door skins 10, 20 in the frame 18, 19. The frame 18, The door skin (10, 20) comprises an outer skin (10) exposed to the outside of the house and an inner skin (20) exposed to the inside of the house. Here, SMC can be said to be a mixture of strength reinforcing materials such as glass fiber and other additives in order to reinforce the strength of the resin, which is a synthetic resin, as a basic raw material.

A heat insulating layer 16 is formed between the pair of skins 10 and 12 by injecting a urethane foam liquid. The pair of skins 10 and 12 are each formed with concave portions 14 which are concavely formed to be symmetrical inside and outside. As shown in Fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, for example, a plurality of patterns of the rectangle 13 are embodied, and the concave portions 14 are formed on the front and back surfaces of the door. .

A planar portion 17 having the same plane is formed on the inside and the outside of the concave portion 14 forming the square 13. A plurality of such planar portions 17 are formed on the inner side and the outer side of the concave portion 14. For example, the flat plane portion 17a formed inside the concave portion 14 and the outer plane portion 17a formed on the outer side of the concave portion 14 And an outer planar portion 17b formed on the outer circumferential surface. Here, it can be seen that the concave portion 14 is a portion where the overall thickness of the door is substantially thinner than the flat portion 17.

In the present invention, a wood reinforcing plate 22 made of wood is provided at a central portion of the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 corresponding to the flat portion 17. The wood-reinforcing plate 22 has a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and is most preferably made of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber).

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the reinforcing plate 22 is disposed between the concave portions 14, for example, a first reinforcing plate 22a provided in the transverse direction at the center portion of the door, A pair of second reinforcing plates 22b provided in the vertical direction at the center of the first reinforcing plate 22a and four third reinforcing plates 22c provided inside the concave portion 14 .

The reinforcing plate 22 is installed to form a parallel plane between the inner skin 20 and the outer skin 10. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the reinforcing plate 22 is attached to the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20, as shown in FIG. That is, it can be seen that the reinforcing plate 22 is separated from the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 by a predetermined distance, and a urethane insulation layer 16 is formed therebetween.

When the reinforcing plate 22 is separated from the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20, the flow of the foamed liquid is smooth during the filling of the foamed liquid, so that the skin 10, 20 and the foamed insulation layer 16). If the flow of the foamed liquid is not smooth, there is a possibility that the formation of the heat insulating layer 16 having a designed thickness becomes uneven.

According to the illustrated embodiment, the reinforcing plate 22 is configured to be inserted between the outer skin 10 and the planar portion 17 of the inner skin 20, except for the concave portion 14, The structure is basically designed for smooth flow of the foamed liquid. That is, it can be seen that the reinforcing plate 22 of the present invention is composed of a plurality of sections divided by the concave portions 14. [ However, in the present invention, the reinforcing plate 22 is not limited to being installed only between the planar portions 17 of the skins 10 and 20, and may be composed of a plurality of the reinforcing plates 22 within a range that does not hinder the flow of the foamed liquid It is possible to be.

The reinforcing plate 22 in the present invention is made of wood, preferably made of LVL. The reinforcing plate 22 of the present invention is preferably composed of a plurality of plates so as not to interfere with the flow of the foamed liquid between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20. [ It is preferable that the reinforcement plate 22 is provided between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 and between the flat portion 17 excluding the concave portion 14 as shown in the drawing, .

In the manufacturing process of the door according to the present invention, the above-described injection of the foaming liquid is performed between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 which are shaped to have a shape determined by the mold. Since the foamed liquid injected between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 also has a certain degree of pressure, there is provided an apparatus for maintaining the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 in a predetermined position. The reinforcing plate 22 is formed between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 such that the insulating layer 16 is formed between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20, A supporting member for supporting the above-described reinforcing plate 22 between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 is required.

In order to allow the reinforcing plate 22 to be spaced apart from the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20, as shown exemplarily in FIG. 3, the reinforcing plate 22 is protruded on both sides A plurality of nails or pins P are provided. It is preferable that the position holding pins P are structured such that both end portions thereof are supported by the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 in a state of passing through the reinforcing plate 22. [

By providing a plurality of such positioning pins P, the reinforcing plate 22 can maintain a predetermined position even if the foamed liquid flows between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 . When the foam is completed and the door provided with the heat insulating layer 16 between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 is completed, the position holding pins P are positioned between the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20 It is natural that it is not exposed to the outside because it is inside.

In the illustrated embodiment, the LVL-reinforcing plate 22 is provided so as to be spaced apart from the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20, respectively. However, the reinforcing plate 22 may be provided to be in contact with any one of the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20. In order to form the heat insulating layer 16 in such a state that the reinforcing plate 22 is brought into contact with any one of the outer skin 10 and the inner skin 20, the reinforcing plate 22 is placed on either one of the skins 10, 12 ), It is possible to inject the liquid foamed liquid in the state that it is fixed with the adhesive on the back surface. In such a case, the position holding pin P described above may not be used.

In the case of manufacturing the door using the inner skin 10 and the outer skin 12 as described above, in order to form the urethane insulation layer 16 inside the outer skin 12 while maintaining the space between the pair of skins 10 at a predetermined interval , A rectangular frame (18, 19) along the rim of the skins (10, 12) must be installed between the skins (10, 12). The formation of the above-described heat insulating layer 16 also proceeds in a state where the frames 18 and 19 are actually sandwiched between the skins 10 and 20.

1, the door of the present invention includes a pair of vertical frames 19 provided at both left and right ends of a door in a longitudinal direction, and a pair of vertical frames 19 installed horizontally at upper and lower ends of the door. And the horizontal frames 18 and 18A. In the illustrated embodiment, the transverse frames 18 and 18A are provided between the vertical frames 19 and form a rectangular frame as a whole.

1 to 4, the vertical frame 19 includes an outer vertical frame 19a which is disposed at the outermost side and is formed of a synthetic resin material so as to prevent penetration of moisture, And an inner vertical frame 19b made of wood (for example, LVL) installed in contact with the inner surface of the frame 19a.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 6, the horizontal frame 18 installed at the upper side of the door in the transverse direction is provided on the outer side (upper side) to prevent lateral penetration of the synthetic resin material A frame 18a and an inner horizontal frame 18b made of wood (for example, LVL) installed in contact with the inner side surface of the outer lateral frame 18a.

As can be seen from FIG. 6, the transverse frame 18A installed at the lower end of the door in the lateral direction includes an outer transverse frame 18a of synthetic resin material provided at the outer side (lower end) to prevent penetration of moisture, And an inner transverse frame 18c of a synthetic resin material provided in contact with the inner surface of the frame 18a. The horizontal frame 18A provided at the lower end portion of the door as described above prevents the penetration of the moisture at the lower end portion with certainty and at the same time the cutting for adjusting the length of the door is performed at the lower end portion, And the inner lateral frame 18c are all formed of synthetic resin material.

A plurality of reinforcing plates 22 used for reinforcing the strength of the door in the present invention are installed at the central portion of the door as viewed from the front of the door as shown in Fig. And is spaced apart from the vertical frame 19 by a predetermined distance. The spacing between the reinforcing plate 22 and the horizontal frames 18 and 18A and the vertical frame 19 is set to ensure smooth and smooth flow of the foamed liquid at the time of filling the foamed liquid for forming the insulating layer 16 .

As shown in FIG. 1, when the reinforcing plate 22 is installed at the central portion of the door, it means that the strength of the central portion of the door is substantially reinforced. The use of wood, preferably LVL, as the reinforcing plate 22 in the present invention means that not only a window or a mailbox can be installed in the central portion of the door, but also a sufficient strength can be maintained .

In the door of the present invention, the front and rear widths of the portion where the concave portion 14 is formed are formed to be substantially narrow. That is, the thickness of the portion where the concave portion 14 is formed in the door of the present invention is relatively thinner than the thickness of the flat portion 17. Therefore, there is a fear that the strength of the door is weakened at the portion of the concave portion 14. As a whole, the area of the concave portion 14 is very small compared to the area of the flat portion 17, but it is obvious that it is weak in terms of strength to some extent.

In the present invention, in order to further secure the door strength in the recessed portion 14, it is desired to reinforce the strength of the inner skin 20 and / or the corresponding portion of the outer skin 10 by thickening it. The thickness of the flat portion 17 of the skin 17 is smaller than the thickness of the flat portion 17 of the skin 17 when the skin 12 and the skin 14 are molded. ) Is formed to have a relatively large thickness.

For example, if the thickness of the skin corresponding to the flat portion 17 is set to about 2 mm, the thickness of the skin corresponding to the concave portion 14 is formed to have a dimension of about 3 mm or more. That is, in the present invention, in order to reinforce the strength of the concave portion 14, the thickness of the skin 12, 14 corresponding to the concave portion 14 is made relatively thick compared to the flat portion 17, (14) is reinforced. By setting the thicknesses of the skins 12 and 14 themselves according to their portions, the strength of the skins themselves is increased, and when the urethane heat insulating layer 16 is completed and integrated therein, the reinforcement of the concave portions 14 Is sufficient.

As described above, the vertical frame 19 of the door of the present invention is composed of the outer vertical frame 19a of the synthetic resin material and the inner vertical frame 19b formed of LVL. In order to reinforce the strength of the vertical frame 19, a reinforcing vertical frame 26 having a predetermined length in the vertical direction inside the middle portion of the vertical frame 19 is provided. The reinforcing vertical frame 26 is provided, for example, at a portion where the handle of the door is to be installed, so as to reinforce the strength.

The reinforcing vertical frame 26 is provided so as to be spaced apart from the first reinforcing plate 22a and the third reinforcing plate 22c by a predetermined distance in terms of the flow of the foamed liquid for forming the heat insulating layer 16 More preferable. As described above, in the present invention, when the foamed liquid is injected for forming the heat insulating layer 16, the reinforcing plate 22 is positioned at a position spaced apart from the vertical frame 19 and the horizontal frame 18 And the reinforcing plate 22 itself is formed of a plurality of spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval.

Furthermore, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of the reinforcing plates 22 themselves are disposed in the flat portion 17 between the regions of the concave portions 14, thereby sufficiently securing the fluidity of the foamed liquid. When the foaming liquid for forming the insulating layer 16 is injected, it may be possible to form a plurality of through holes in the reinforcing plate 22 in order to further secure the fluidity of such foaming liquid. That is, in the present invention, the reinforcing plate 22 is installed separately from the outer skin and the inner skin, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the reinforcing plate 22 so that the foamed liquid passes through the reinforcing plate 22 It is expected that the fluidity of the foamed liquid can be further secured.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the door having the concave portion 14 and the flat portion 17, the plate-like strength reinforcing LVL (wooden) reinforcement is provided between the inner skin 20 and the outer skin 10 It can be seen that the door which can reinforce the overall strength by making the thickness of the concave portion 14 thicker than the flat portion 17 as in the case of providing the plate 22 is a technical idea.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. It should be construed that it is reasonable in the jurisprudence of the patent law.
