Description
The present invention relates to a release film used in a process for producing a ceramic green sheet.
Conventionally, in order to produce a multilayer ceramic product such as a multilayer ceramic capacitor or a multilayer ceramic substrate, a ceramic green sheet is molded, and a plurality of ceramic green sheets obtained are laminated and fired.
The ceramic green sheet is formed by coating a ceramic slurry containing a ceramic material such as barium titanate or titanium oxide on a release film. The peelable film is required to have a peelability that allows the peelable film to be peeled off from the thin ceramic green sheet formed on the peelable film without causing cracking or breakage and by appropriate peeling force.
The release film generally comprises a base material and a release agent layer formed on one side of the base material. As the release agent layer, there exists a material which uses an ultraviolet curing compound. This release agent layer is formed by coating a release agent composition containing an ultraviolet curing compound on a substrate and curing the composition by irradiation with ultraviolet rays. However, there is a kind of the ultraviolet ray curable compound which is inhibited from hardening by oxygen. When such an ultraviolet ray hardening compound is used, the curing in the vicinity of the surface of the release agent layer opposite to the substrate (the surface in contact with the ceramic slurry / ceramic green sheet; hereinafter sometimes referred to as "release surface") may become insufficient . If the hardening of the release agent layer is insufficient, the elasticity of the release agent layer is lowered. As a result, the peeling force required when peeling off the release sheet from the ceramic green sheet formed on the release surface is strengthened.
On the other hand, Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose a release film in which a release agent layer is formed using a melamine resin, which is one type of thermosetting compound. In this release film, a release agent composition containing a melamine resin is coated on a substrate and heated to form a release agent layer containing a cured product of a melamine resin. In the case of using such a releasing agent layer, the above-mentioned specific problem does not occur when the ultraviolet curable compound is used.
In general, " melamine resin " means a mixture containing at least one of a plurality of melamine compounds and a multi-nucleate compound produced by condensation of one or more melamine compounds. In the present specification, the phrase " melamine resin " means a mixture of the above-mentioned mixture or one kind of melamine compound. In the present specification, it is assumed that the melamine resin cured is referred to as " melamine cured product ".
However, in the release films as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, curling tends to occur in the step of forming the release agent layer from the melamine resin. In particular, when the release agent layer is produced under high temperature conditions, the generation of curl is promoted. The peeling film in which such curling occurs has poor handleability and is not suitable for the production of a ceramic green sheet.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a peelable film for a ceramic green sheet manufacturing process which exhibits good peelability and curl generation.

Release film for ceramic green sheet manufacturing process]
As shown in Fig. 1, the
1. Release material layer
The
In the
Generally, when a cross-linking reaction is carried out, the melamine resin desorbs alcohol (R-OH), ether (R-O-R) or water depending on the type of functional group used in the reaction. These released components are released from the
On the other hand, in the release agent composition for forming the
In the release agent composition for forming the
(1) Melamine resin
In the release agent composition for forming the
In the release agent composition for forming the
Specifically, the melamine resin preferably contains a melamine compound represented by the following general formula (a), or a polynuclear substance in which two or more of the melamine compounds are condensed.
식 (a) 중, X 는, -H, -CH2-OH, 또는 -CH2-O-R 을 나타낸다. In the formula (a), X represents -H, -CH 2 -OH, or -CH 2 -OR. These groups constitute a reactor in the condensation reaction of the melamine compounds. Concretely, the -NH group formed by X becoming H can carry out a condensation reaction with the -N-CH 2 -OH group and the -N-CH 2 -R group. Further, the -N-CH 2 -R group formed by forming the -N-CH 2 -OH group and the X being -CH 2 -R formed by X becoming -CH 2 -OH are all -NH groups, -N-CH 2- OH group and -N-CH 2 -R group. In formula (a), at least one X is -CH 2 -OH. When a condensation reaction occurs in the -CH 2 -OH group, the effect of suppressing the volume shrinkage is enhanced, and the curl in the peeling
In the -CH 2 -OR group, R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms. The number of carbon atoms is preferably 1 to 6, more preferably 1 to 3. Examples of the alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms include a methyl group, an ethyl group, a propyl group, a butyl group, a pentyl group, a hexyl group and an octyl group.
Each X may be the same or different. Each R may be the same or different.
In the melamine compound, typically every X is -CH 2 -OR a full ether-type, and that at least one X -CH 2 -OH Additionally, at least one X is an H-imino-methyl olhyeong, at least one X - CH 2 -OH and X is absent, and a type of imino form in which at least one X is H and in which -CH 2 -OH is absent. From the viewpoint that the curling can be easily suppressed and the property that the total acid value is 0.030 to 0.154 mgKOH / g can be easily achieved in the
From the viewpoint of easily suppressing curling in the

Test Example 1] (Measurement of total acid value)
The melamine resin used in Examples and Comparative Examples was diluted with isopropyl alcohol so as to have a solid content concentration of 50 mass%. 10 g of this diluted solution was collected in a 200 ml beaker. On the other hand, 125 ml of a solution prepared by mixing toluene, pure water and 2-propanol in a mass ratio of 500: 5: 495 was added to obtain a measurement sample. When each of the products of the melamine resin used in the examples and the comparative examples was a product other than isopropyl alcohol as a solvent, it was dried to remove the solvent, and then diluted with isopropyl alcohol to give a solid content concentration of 50 mass %.
The measurement sample was subjected to titration with potassium hydroxide standard 2-propanol solution using a potentiometric automatic titration apparatus (product name: AT-610 EBU-610-20B, manufactured by Kyoto Electronics Industry Co., Ltd.) The amount of potassium standard 2-propanol solution was measured. The measurement was carried out three times, and the average value thereof was calculated. From this average value, the amount (mg) of potassium hydroxide necessary for neutralizing 1 g of the melamine resin was calculated to obtain the total acid value (mgKOH / g). The results are shown in Table 1.
Test Example 2] (Measurement of curl amount)
The release films prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples were cut to a width of 10 cm to obtain measurement samples. The sample thus measured was allowed to stand in a thermostatic chamber at 70 DEG C for 2 hours. Thereafter, the measurement sample was placed on a flat glass. When the measurement sample is curved, the convex side faces the glass. The height from the glass was measured with respect to four vertexes of the measurement sample, and the total was taken as the measured value (mm) of the curl amount. The results are shown in Table 1.

The ceramic slurry was coated uniformly on the release surface of the release agent layer using an applicator in the release film prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples and then stored at room temperature for 48 hours. Thereafter, it was dried in a drier at 80 DEG C for 1 minute. As a result, a ceramic green sheet having a thickness of 3 탆 was obtained on the release film. Thus, a release film having a ceramic green sheet was produced.
The release film to which the ceramic green sheet was adhered was allowed to stand for 24 hours under an atmosphere of a room temperature of 23 degrees and a humidity of 50%. Next, an acrylic adhesive tape (trade name: 31B tape, manufactured by Nitto Denko Co., Ltd.) was attached to the surface of the ceramic green sheet opposite to the release film, and the sheet was cut into a 20 mm width in this state. This was used as a measurement sample.
The adhesive tape side of the measurement sample was fixed on a flat plate and peeled off from the ceramic green sheet using a tensile tester (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation, product name: AG-IS500N) at a peeling angle of 180 deg. As can be seen from Table 1, the peeling film obtained in the examples suppressed the generation of curl. Further, when peeling off from the ceramic green sheet, it was possible to peel off with a suitable peeling force. It was also confirmed that the peel sheet obtained in the examples had a relatively small maximum protrusion height (Rp) of peeling surface and excellent smoothness.
On the other hand, in the release film obtained in the comparative example, large curl occurred.
