차량 실내 공간용 장식부 및/또는 트림부가 성형 부품으로서 형성되어 있으며, 지지체(12) 및 장식층(11)을 포함하고, 상기 장식층이 상기 지지체(12)의 반대쪽 전면(20)을 갖는 장식 패드(15)를 포함하는 성형 부품(10)에 있어서, 상기 장식층(11)은 장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)에서 적어도 부분적으로 안료층(18)을 구비하며, 상기 안료층(18)은 광 안료, 금속 안료, 진주광택 안료, 유기 안료 또는 무기 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품을 청구한다.

Description

성형 부품, 특히 성형 부품으로서 형성된 차량 실내 공간용 장식부 또는 트림부{MOLDED PART, IN PARTICULAR AS A MOLDED PART FORMED DECORATIVE PART AND/OR TRIM PART FOR A VEHICLE INTERIOR}
본 발명은 청구항 1항의 전반부에 따른 성형 부품, 특히 성형 부품으로서 형성된 차량 실내 공간용 장식부 및/또는 트림부에 관한 것이다.
그와 같은 성형 부품은 지지체, 특히 플라스틱 지지체 및 장식층을 포함한다. 상기 장식층(decorative layer)은 상기 지지체의 반대쪽 전면 및 상기 지지체 쪽 배면을 갖는 장식 패드(decor pad)를 포함한다.
그러한 성형 부품의 경우, 앰비언트-조명(ambient lighting) 및 하이라이트(highlight) 및/또는 엠블럼(emblem), 특히 스포트 라이트(spotlight) 및/또는 발광 엠블럼을 전술한 성형 부품을 통해 실행하고 싶은 욕구가 발생한다.
본 발명의 목적은 새로운 성형 부품, 특히 전술한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 그러한 성형 부품을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 상기 목적은 청구항 1항의 특징부를 통해 해결된다. 바람직한 실시 형태 및 또 다른 바람직한 구성은 종속항에 나타내었다.
본 발명에 따른 성형 부품은 장식층이 장식 패드(decor pad)의 전면에서 적어도 부분적으로 안료층(pigment layer)을 구비하며, 상기 안료층은 광 안료(light pigment) 및/또는 금속 안료(metal pigment) 및/또는 진주광택 안료(pearlescent pigment) 및/또는 유기 안료(organic pigment) 및/또는 무기 안료(inorganic pigment)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
특히 본 발명의 장점은 광 안료 및/또는 금속 안료 및/또는 진주광택 안료 및/또는 유기 안료 및/또는 무기 안료를 포함하는 안료층이 제공됨으로써 광 입사(light incident) 시 앰비언트-조명(ambient lighting) 및 하이라이트(highlight) 및/또는 엠블럼(emblem), 특히 스포트 라이트(spotlight) 및/또는 발광 엠블럼의 디스플레이가 상기 성형 부품에서 가능하다는 것이다.
상기 안료층은 상기 장식층의 전면에 직접적으로 제공될 수 있다. 마찬가지로 상기 장식층의 전면에 배열된 안료층이 중간층, 예를 들어 색채 배합층(color scheme layer)을 통해 상기 장식 패드로부터 분리될 수도 있다.
바람직하게는 상기 안료층은 입사광(incident light)의 방사 및/또는 스펙트럼 이동(spectral shift) 및/또는 초점 조정(focusing) 및/또는 흡수(absorb) 및/또는 산란(scattering) 및/또는 반사(reflection)를 위해 제공된다. 또한, 상기 안료는 빛을 발광시키기 위한 입사광을 통해 활성화될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 상기 안료층은 190nm 내지 750nm, 특히 바람직하게는 380nm 내지 750nm(가시광선)의 파장 스펙트럼(wave spectrum) 범위로 빛을 반사한다.
광 안료(light pigment)란, 입사되는 빛보다 더 많은 빛을 방사(바람직하게는 식별 가능한 범위에서)하는 안료로 이해할 수 있다. 이러한 안료는 발광-안료(luminescence-pigment)로도 표기된다. 본 발명의 또 다른 바람직한 구성에 따라 형광 안료(fluorescence pigment), 또한 주광 안료(daylight pigment) 및/또는 인광 안료(phosphorescence pigment), 또한 야광 안료(nightlight pigment)도 상기 발광-안료로 불리며 사용된다. 예를 들어 상기 광 안료로부터 빛이 활성화됨으로써 이로 인해 빛이 생성 된다.
바람직하게는 발광 물질로서 예컨대 산화아연(zinc oxide), 황화아연(zinc sulfide), 아연-카드뮴-황화물과 황화아연-셀렌화물(selenide)과 같은 산화물 또는 황화물 및 윌레마이트(willemite)와 아연 규산베릴륨(berylliumsilicat)과 같은 규산염(silicate)을 기반으로 하는 무기 발광 물질(inorganic luminous substance)이 제공 된다. 적합한 첨가 요소를 통해 발광 도료(luminous paint)가 결정될 수 있다.
금속 안료(metal pigment)란, 예를 들어 금속판(metal plate)으로 이해할 수 있다.
진주광택 안료(pearlescent pigment)란, 광택, 휘도(brillance) 또는 무지갯빛 배색 효과(color effect)를 생성하는 매체에 삽입된 합성 물질로 이해할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 바람직한 구성에 따라, 상기 안료층은 코팅층 또는 색채층 또는 착색층 또는 프린트층이다. 이러한 코팅층 또는 색채층 또는 착색층 또는 프린트층에 광 안료 및/또는 금속 안료 및/또는 진주광택 안료 및/또는 유기 안료 및/또는 무기 안료가 삽입되어 있다.
상기 안료층이 금속 안료를 포함할 경우, 바람직하게는 가시측(visible side)에 엠블럼을 형성하기 위해 이러한 금속 안료는 평행하게, 특히 자성을 띤 상태로 배열될 수 있다. 평행한 배열이란, 예를 들어 모든 안료의 전체 또는 적어도 상당 부분이 상기 안료층에 동일한 방향으로 삽입되어 있는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 이것은 안료층, 예를 들어 코팅층 또는 색채층 또는 착색층 또는 프린트층의 금속 안료가 경화하기 전에 자장(magnetic field)의 활성화를 통해 배열됨으로써 달성될 수 있다.
상기 안료층은 일반적으로 상기 장식 패드의 전체 전면을 커버 할 수 있으며, 이것은 특히 차량 내부 공간의 앰비언트-조명을 형성하기 위한 것이다. 또한, 상기 안료층은 상기 장식 패드의 전면에 단지 국부적으로만 제공될 수도 있으며, 이것은 특히 조명 상태에서 상기 장식층의 가시측 엠블럼을 디스플레이하기 위한 것이다.

상기 장식층은 지지체의 반대쪽 및 가시측으로서 형성된 상기 장식층의 전면에 PUR(polyurethane)로 구성된 투명 또는 반투명 보호층(prospective layer) 및/또는 광학층(optical layer)을 구비할 수 있다. 상기 장식층에 나무 베니어(wood veneer)가 제공될 경우, 이러한 보호층 및/또는 광학층은 상기 나무 베니어의 목재 표면이 다공성(porous)이 되도록 형성될 수도 있으며, 이것은 예를 들어 비교적 얇은 보호 코팅층이 제공됨으로써 달성된다.
본 발명에 따라, 가시측으로서 형성된 상기 장식층의 전면 조명을 위해 상기 성형 부품의 측면 영역에 하나 또는 다수의 광원(light source)이 제공될 수 있다. 특히 이러한 광원 또는 다수의 광원은 상기 보호층 및/또는 광학층에 대해 측면으로 인접하여 배열 또는 상기 보호층 및/또는 광학층 안에 배열되어 있기 때문에 빛이 광원으로부터 광 도체(light pipe)로서 사용된 보호층 및/또는 광학층을 지나 가시측으로 유도된다.
상기 장식 패드는 나무 베니어 또는 알루미늄 성분 또는 플라스틱 성분, 예를 들어 알루미늄 포일(aluminium foil) 또는 플라스틱 포일(plastic foil)일 수 있거나 또는 이러한 성분 가운데 하나의 성분을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 성형 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법은 아래의 단계, 즉:
- 장식층 형성을 위해 제공된 재료, 특히 나무 베니어를 포함하는 재료 준비;
- 장식층 형성을 위해 제공된 재료를 지지체 형성을 위해 제공된 지지체 재료, 특히 플라스틱과 함께 백 몰딩(back-moulding);
- 광 안료 및/또는 금속 안료 및/또는 진주광택 안료 및/또는 유기 안료 및/또는 무기 안료를 포함하는 안료층을 장식 패드의 전면에 적어도 부분적으로 제공 또는 삽입하는 단계를 포함한다. 경우에 따라, 색소가 상기 안료층에 추가로 포함될 수도 있다.
예를 들어 상기 안료층은 코팅 및/또는 염색 및/또는 착색 및/또는 프린트 및/또는 분무를 통해 상기 장식 패드의 전면에 도포 또는 삽입될 수 있다.
상기 성형 부품의 경우 안료층을 위해 색채 배합층이 추가로 제공될 경우, 이러한 색채 배합층은 상기 안료층을 장식 패드의 전면에 도포하기 전 또는 후에 제공될 수 있다.
제공된 안료층이 금속 안료를 포함할 경우, 이러한 금속 안료는 도포된 안료층이 경화하지 전에 적어도 부분적으로 자성을 띤 상태로 배열될 수 있으며, 이것은 바람직하게는 가시측에 적어도 하나의 엠블럼을 형성하기 위한 것이다. 이것은 안료층, 예를 들어 코팅층 또는 색채층 또는 착색층 또는 프린트층의 금속 안료가 경화하기 전에 활성화된 자장을 통해 배열됨으로써 달성될 수 있다.
특히, 가시측으로서 형성된 상기 장식층의 전면에 PUR로 구성된 투명 또는 반투면한 보호층 및/또는 광학층이 제공될 수도 있다. 상기 장식층에 나무 베니어이 제공될 경우, 이러한 보호층 및/또는 광학층은 상기 나무 베니어의 목재 표면이 다공성이 되도록 형성될 수도 있으며, 이것은 예를 들어 비교적 얇은 보호 코팅층이 제공됨으로써 달성된다.
본 발명에 따라, 바람직하게는 가시측으로서 형성된 장식층의 전면 조명을 위해 상기 성형 부품의 측면 영역에 하나 또는 다수의 광원이 제공되는 것이다. 이와 같이 배열된 광원은 잘 커버 될 수 있거나 또는 상기 성형 부품이 삽입된 상태에서 육안 식별이 불가능하다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징 및 장점은 실시 예와 관련하여 개략적인 도면을 통해 아래와 같이 상세하게 설명된다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품의 첫 번째 실시예를 단면도로 개략적으로 도시하고 있고,
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품의 두 번째 실시예를 단면도로 개략적으로 도시하고 있고,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품의 세 번째 실시예를 단면도로 개략적으로 도시하고 있고,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품의 네 번째 실시예를 단면도로 개략적으로 도시하고 있다.
서로 다른 실시예에서 서로 대응하는 부품 및 구성 요소는 동일한 도면부호가 기재되어 있다.
도 1 내지 도 4는 성형 부품(10)으로서 형성된 차량 실내 공간용 장식부 및/또는 트림부를 도시하고 있으며, 상기 성형 부품은 플라스틱 지지체(12)와 장식층(11)을 포함한다. 상기 장식층(11)은 장식 패드(15) 및 상기 지지체(12) 쪽 배면(13) 및 가시측으로서 형성된 전면(14)을 구비한다.
상기 장식 패드(15)는 도 1 내지 도 3에 따른 실시 예에서 나무 베니어이며, 도 4에 따른 실시예에서는 알루미늄 성분이다.
상기 성형 부품(10)의 측면 영역(22)에는 가시측으로서 형성된 장식층(11)의 전면(14) 조명을 위한 광원(17)이 제공된다.
도 1 및 도 2에서 상기 장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)에 안료층(18) 및 장식층(11)에 있는 색채 배합층(19)이 제공된다. 상기 안료층(18) 및 색채 배합층(19)은 스위치 작동된 광원(17)에서 가시측으로서 형성된 장식층(11) 전면(14)의 엠블럼을 디스플레이하기 위해 또는 평평한 앰비언트-조명을 위해 제공된다.
상기 안료층(18)은 광 안료 및/또는 금속 안료 및/또는 진주광택 안료 및/또는 유기 안료 및/또는 무기 안료(도시되어 있지 않음)를 포함한다. 이러한 안료를 통해 광원(17)으로부터 입사된 빛이 스펙트럼 방식으로 이동 및/또는 방사 및/또는 초점 조정 및/또는 흡수 및/또는 산란 및/또는 반사되는 것 및/또는 상기 광원(17)으로부터 입사된 빛이 안료를 활성화하고 이로 인해 발광될 수 있다. 상기 장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)에 안료층(18)이 배치됨으로써 이로 인해 평평한 앰비언트-조명이 생성될 수 있거나(안료층(18)을 통해 장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)이 거의 완전하게 커버 될 경우) 또는 발광 엠블럼이 가시화될 수 있다(장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)에 엠블럼에 대응하여 형성된 안료층(18)의 분포).
상기 색채 배합층(19)은 컬러 도포 또는 착색 필름 또는 프린트층 또는 착색층일 수 있다.
도 1에 따라, 상기 색채 배합층(19)은 장식 패드(15)의 반대쪽에 있는 안료층의 전면에 배열된다. 도 2에 따라, 상기 색채 배합층(19)은 장식 패드(15)와 안료층(18) 사이에 배열된다.
도 3 및 도 4에 따라, 상기 안료층에 색소가 추가로 제공되고, 이로써 색채 배합 기능을 갖는 안료층이 형성되며, 상기 안료층은 구분을 위해 도면부호 21로 기재되어 있다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 따른 실시예에서 상기 장식층(11)의 전면(14)에는 PUR로 구성된 투명 보호층 및/또는 광학층(16)이 제공되며, 도 4에 그러한 층은 제공되어 있지 않다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 따른 실시예에서 상기 광원(17)은 보호층 및/또는 광학층(16)에 각각 측면으로 인접해 있으며, 상기 광원(17)으로부터 발생한 빛은 광 도체로서 작용하는 보호층 및/또는 광학층(16)을 통해 상기 장식층(11)의 전면(14)으로 유도된다. 도 4에 따른 실시예에서 상기 장식층의 전면(14)은 적합한 방식으로 배열된 광원(17)에 의해 직접 빛이 발광된다.
전체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품이 제공되며, 상기 성형 부품은 앰비언트-조명 및/또는 엠블럼 디스플레이를 위한 가능성 때문에 성형 부품에서 새로운 방식의 나이트 디자인(night design)이 가능하다. 이에 따라 안료 또는 안료층이 성형 부품의 서로 다른 면에 제공될 수 있다. 이것은 상기 나이트 디자인에서 상이한 효과를 낼 수 있다. 예를 들어 코팅층으로서 형성된 안료층에 금속 안료가 전술한 방식으로 응용됨으로써 안료가 자성을 띤 상태로 배열될 수 있고, 이로써 코팅 경화 전에 또 다른 패터닝(patterning)이 가능하다.
전체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품은 특히 나이트 디자인에서 평평하거나 또는 부분적인 디자인 디스플레이, 특히 목재, 알루미늄 및 플라스틱, 예를 들어 나무 베니어 또는 알루미늄 포일 또는 플라스틱 포일로 구성 또는 전술한 것을 포함하는 장식 패드에서 그러한 디자인 디스플레이를 가능하게 한다. 효과는 단지 나이트 디자인에서 식별될 수 있지만, 주간 디자인(daytime design)에서는 안료 제공으로 인한 가시적인 색채 변화 및/또는 디자인 변화는 발생하지 않는다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 성형 부품은 개별 요구 사항에 맞게 대응하는 안료 선택을 통한 방사 또는 안료층, 경우에 따라 색채 배합층과 결합을 통해 방사된 빛의 파장 길이를 결정할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 차량 실내 공간용 장식부 및/또는 트림부가 성형 부품으로서 형성되어 있으며, 지지체(12) 및 장식층(11)을 포함하고, 상기 장식층이 상기 지지체(12)의 반대쪽 전면(20)을 갖는 장식 패드(15)를 포함하는 성형 부품(10)에 있어서,
    상기 장식층(11)은 장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)에서 적어도 부분적으로 안료층(18)을 구비하며, 상기 안료층(18)은 광 안료, 금속 안료, 진주광택 안료, 유기 안료 또는 무기 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 안료층(18)은 코팅층 또는 색채층 또는 착색층 또는 프린트층이며, 상기 층에 광 안료, 금속 안료, 진주광택 안료, 유기 안료 또는 무기 안료가 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 안료층(18)은 금속 안료를 포함하며, 상기 금속 안료는 평행하게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 안료층(18)은 상기 장식 패드(15)의 전체 전면(20)을 커버하거나, 또는 상기 안료층(18)은 상기 장식 패드(15)의 전면(20)에 국부적으로만 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 안료층(18)은 색소를 구비 또는 상기 장식층(11)이 색채 배합층(19)을 구비하며, 상기 색채 배합층(19)은 상기 장식 패드(15)의 반대쪽에 있는 안료층(18)의 전면 또는 상기 장식 패드(15)와 안료층(18) 사이에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 장식층(11)은 지지체(12)의 반대쪽 및 가시측으로서 형성된 상기 장식층의 전면(14)에 투명 또는 반투명 보호층 또는 광학층(16)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 성형 부품(10)의 측면 영역(22)에는 가시측으로서 형성된 장식층(11)의 전면(14) 조명을 위한 하나 또는 다수의 광원(17)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 장식 패드(15)는 나무 베니어 또는 알루미늄 성분 또는 플라스틱 성분이거나 또는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품.
