Description
The present invention relates to an insulator replacement apparatus which can be quickly operated so as not to be exposed to a danger for a long time when a damaged insulator is replaced due to a lightning or other impact.
Insulators located between the transmission line and the high-voltage wire are made of hard magnetic material and have good electrical insulation and are widely used because they do not deteriorate from the outside.
However, the insulators installed in the transmission line are subject to mechanical friction in longitudinal and transverse directions, depending on the vibration of the electric wire, and are often damaged by the leakage current and surge due to the high voltage power.
In order to replace the damaged insulator, the operator directly climbs up the transmission line and performs a replacement operation.
However, the replacement equipment used was so heavy that the worker had difficulty in carrying the equipment and climbing to the transmission line, and was also exposed to large and small risks at work. Especially, when the worker worked on the transmission line, the number of parts was considerable, and the time required was considerable.
As a conventional technique for solving such a problem, there have been proposed a plurality of interrupter exchangers which are lighter and can shorten the working time.
For example, a registration utility model 20-0303375 (registered on January 24, 2003) is provided with two rows of parallel wire ropes spaced apart with insulator supports having an insulator support, I suggest a replacement for my handicapped person.
As another example, the registrant's utility model No. 20-0477170 (registered on May 5, 2015) discloses a pair of insulators each of which is detached from each of the insulators located on both sides of the insulator, An attachment groove formed concavely in the inner circumferential surface of each of the pair of fixing portions, and an insulator replacement unit in which an outer circumferential surface is detachably coupled to the attachment groove to replace the defective insulator.
However, the alternator of this proposal was heavy and had a difficulty in working well.
The present invention seeks to provide a more lightweight and robust insulator replacement apparatus by improving the prior art insulators.
The present invention also provides a plurality of fastening devices for the cradle so that the worker working on the transmission line can work more safely.
The present invention also provides a yoke bracket with reduced weight by eliminating unnecessary area.
The insulator replacement apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a cradle located on both sides of the transmission line; A plurality of fixing devices provided on the cradle; A wire connecting the fixing devices facing each other; A first bracket including a plurality of bridges for connecting a first coupling hole for coupling with a triangular yoke located at a front end portion of the rotor and a second coupling hole for coupling the first anchor chain to form a single unit; And a plurality of bridges which are located on the same line as the first bracket and which connect the third engaging portion engaging with the rectangular yoke provided at the end portion of the engaging portion and the fourth engaging portion engaging the second engaging portion, A second bracket for supporting the first bracket; A sling wire connected to the first anchor chain; A lever block connected to the sling wire and the second anchor chain to control the tension of the sling wire; .
Preferably, the present invention further includes a wire clip for adjusting the length of the wire.
According to the present invention, the insulator replacement equipment can reduce the unnecessary area of the yoke bracket, thereby drastically reducing the weight, thereby reducing the input labor.
The present invention has an effect that a worker can safely work by providing a cradle in the cradle.
