Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Traditional household chests are not easy to handle and use due to price, weight, size, etc., so the alternative is the so-called built-in chest. The built-in cabinet is a cabinet formed in accordance with the specification between the recessed portion formed on the wall of one side of the room or both side walls during installation, and is integrally fixed by being fitted to the wall portion.
Generally, the built-in cabinet is not different from the above-described cabinet in form. That is, a hexahedron housing made of a plate material such as a plywood or the like and a plurality of partitions for horizontally and vertically partitioning the inner space as necessary are provided. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2002-3534, 2002-53998, Utility Model Registration No. 359701, and the like. Such built-in cabinets are advantageous in that they are easier to use than conventional cabinets.
However, as a result of being installed and fixed integrally using a wall surface, internal replacement is difficult or difficult due to necessity, damage of the plate material due to moisture on the wall surface, and difficulty of internal ventilation occur.
What is proposed is a structure for a built-in cabinet or a structure to replace it. This structure is formed by assembling angles of a vertical member and a horizontal member appropriately, and a separate cabinet is inserted in the space of the angle, and a necessary storage structure such as a drawer or a partition is filled therebetween. For example, those disclosed in Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 1999-9604, Utility Model Registration No. 175978, Laid-Open Patent Application No. 2013-2472, and the like.
These structures have the advantage that they can be disassembled and assembled in the field. However, the disclosed structures are not in themselves built-in chapters. That is, there is no door structure that at least opens and closes the front opening, so it can not actually replace the wardrobe or built-in wardrobe, since it is merely a "frame" or "structure" connected by vertical and horizontal frames. What is proposed in this case is the 'storage angle using assembly angle' of the Japanese Patent No. 1418828 by the present applicant.
1 and 2, the cabinet comprises a plurality of metal
This storage advantage can be advantageous in that it can be used as a built-in shelf for disassembly and assembly in the field. However, there are structural deficiencies that are difficult to apply.
To a large extent:
First, since the assembly angle 3 is composed of a wholly loose connective tissue, its upright posture is not robust, and therefore, it is difficult to actually use the storage angle itself as a bowel;
Secondly, a chamfer (5) must be applied to the upper plate itself for installing the upper plate (4), and a plurality of mounting brackets (8) must be additionally provided at the upper end of the vertical frame (1).
Third, since the guide rail 6 is fixed to the
Fourth, since the
.
The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of the above-mentioned prior arts. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide:
1) The assembly is very simple and robust,
2) Even after assembly and installation, it is easy to disassemble each component, especially the guide rail,
3) It is possible to easily correct,
And to provide a built-in angle type cabinet.
The storage space using the assembly angle of the present invention is:
An angle structure including a plurality of metal vertical frames arranged in two or more rows on a fingerboard disposed on the floor, a horizontal plate connected between the horizontal plate connected between the vertical frames, and a horizontal frame extending between upper ends of the front and rear vertical frames corresponding to each other;
An upper plate horizontally seated on an upper surface of the angle structure so as not to be caught on an upper end of the vertical frame when horizontally moved forward and backward;
Shaped bent member which is disposed on the front edge side of the upper plate in the longitudinal direction, the guide rail having a horizontal end on the upper plate and a vertical end in contact with the front surface of the upper plate and the vertical frame;
A plurality of doors slidably moving in the left and right directions along the guide rails;
.
The horizontal plate may be a plate or a frame to which both ends or four corners are connected to a connector provided in each vertical frame.
The guide rail is fixed to the upper plate or the vertical frame by a piece passing through the fixing hole in a state where the vertical end is in contact with the front surface of the upper plate and the vertical frame. The horizontal plane can also be fixed to the top plate by a piece penetrating the fixing hole.
The guide rail includes a recess having two grooves formed in parallel to the lower portion of the vertical end, and each of the doors is configured such that the upper roller is slidably moved left and right by being inserted into the groove.
The angle storage cabinet of the present invention is compared with the conventional storage cabinet of Japanese Patent No. 1418828 by the present applicant:
1) Since the angle structure further includes the base plate and the horizontal frame, the posture or supporting force of the storage space is further strengthened;
2) Since the upper plate is arranged so as not to be caught on the upper end of the vertical frame when horizontally moved in the forward and backward directions, assembling and disassembly of each constitution, particularly, assembling and disassembly of the upper plate and the guide rail becomes very easy;
3) This makes it easy to disassemble the components such as the guide rails and the top plate even after the cabinet is installed, so that the correction, addition, and repair of each component can be easily performed if necessary.
And so on.
