Description

Wardrobe using fabricated angles < RTI ID = 0.0 >

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a domestic cabinet, and more particularly to a cabinet which can be effectively applied as a so-called "built-in cabinet" installed on three walls using an assembly angle.

Traditional household chests are not easy to handle and use due to price, weight, size, etc., so the alternative is the so-called built-in chest. The built-in cabinet is a cabinet formed in accordance with the specification between the recessed portion formed on the wall of one side of the room or both side walls during installation, and is integrally fixed by being fitted to the wall portion.

Generally, the built-in cabinet is not different from the above-described cabinet in form. That is, a hexahedron housing made of a plate material such as a plywood or the like and a plurality of partitions for horizontally and vertically partitioning the inner space as necessary are provided. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2002-3534, 2002-53998, Utility Model Registration No. 359701, and the like. Such built-in cabinets are advantageous in that they are easier to use than conventional cabinets.

However, as a result of being installed and fixed integrally using a wall surface, internal replacement is difficult or difficult due to necessity, damage of the plate material due to moisture on the wall surface, and difficulty of internal ventilation occur.

What is proposed is a structure for a built-in cabinet or a structure to replace it. This structure is formed by assembling angles of a vertical member and a horizontal member appropriately, and a separate cabinet is inserted in the space of the angle, and a necessary storage structure such as a drawer or a partition is filled therebetween. For example, those disclosed in Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 1999-9604, Utility Model Registration No. 175978, Laid-Open Patent Application No. 2013-2472, and the like.

These structures have the advantage that they can be disassembled and assembled in the field. However, the disclosed structures are not in themselves built-in chapters. That is, there is no door structure that at least opens and closes the front opening, so it can not actually replace the wardrobe or built-in wardrobe, since it is merely a "frame" or "structure" connected by vertical and horizontal frames. What is proposed in this case is the 'storage angle using assembly angle' of the Japanese Patent No. 1418828 by the present applicant.

1 and 2, the cabinet comprises a plurality of metal vertical frames 1 arranged in two or more longitudinal rows and a shelf member 2 partially connecting the middle of the vertical frame 1 A top plate 4 having a chamfer 5 corresponding to the frame 1 is fixed to a bracket 8 provided at an upper end of the vertical frame 1 by using the assembly angle 3. [ The bending-type door guide rail 6 is fixed to the vertical frame 1 by a piece 7 passing through the front fixing hole.

This storage advantage can be advantageous in that it can be used as a built-in shelf for disassembly and assembly in the field. However, there are structural deficiencies that are difficult to apply.

To a large extent:

First, since the assembly angle 3 is composed of a wholly loose connective tissue, its upright posture is not robust, and therefore, it is difficult to actually use the storage angle itself as a bowel;

Secondly, a chamfer (5) must be applied to the upper plate itself for installing the upper plate (4), and a plurality of mounting brackets (8) must be additionally provided at the upper end of the vertical frame (1).

Third, since the guide rail 6 is fixed to the vertical frame 1, it is very inconvenient to disassemble and assemble the guide rail 6, but the guide rail 6 can not be firmly fixed and maintained.

Fourth, since the upper plate 4 is lower than the height of the vertical frame 1, that is, inside the upper end of the vertical frame 1, the entire storage is assembled and completely disassembled It is very difficult or impossible to disassemble and reassemble each of the components, especially the top plate 4;

.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of the above-mentioned prior arts. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide:

1) The assembly is very simple and robust,

2) Even after assembly and installation, it is easy to disassemble each component, especially the guide rail,

3) It is possible to easily correct,

And to provide a built-in angle type cabinet.

The storage space using the assembly angle of the present invention is:

An angle structure including a plurality of metal vertical frames arranged in two or more rows on a fingerboard disposed on the floor, a horizontal plate connected between the horizontal plate connected between the vertical frames, and a horizontal frame extending between upper ends of the front and rear vertical frames corresponding to each other;

An upper plate horizontally seated on an upper surface of the angle structure so as not to be caught on an upper end of the vertical frame when horizontally moved forward and backward;

Shaped bent member which is disposed on the front edge side of the upper plate in the longitudinal direction, the guide rail having a horizontal end on the upper plate and a vertical end in contact with the front surface of the upper plate and the vertical frame;

A plurality of doors slidably moving in the left and right directions along the guide rails;

.

The horizontal plate may be a plate or a frame to which both ends or four corners are connected to a connector provided in each vertical frame.

The guide rail is fixed to the upper plate or the vertical frame by a piece passing through the fixing hole in a state where the vertical end is in contact with the front surface of the upper plate and the vertical frame. The horizontal plane can also be fixed to the top plate by a piece penetrating the fixing hole.

The guide rail includes a recess having two grooves formed in parallel to the lower portion of the vertical end, and each of the doors is configured such that the upper roller is slidably moved left and right by being inserted into the groove.

The angle storage cabinet of the present invention is compared with the conventional storage cabinet of Japanese Patent No. 1418828 by the present applicant:

1) Since the angle structure further includes the base plate and the horizontal frame, the posture or supporting force of the storage space is further strengthened;

2) Since the upper plate is arranged so as not to be caught on the upper end of the vertical frame when horizontally moved in the forward and backward directions, assembling and disassembly of each constitution, particularly, assembling and disassembly of the upper plate and the guide rail becomes very easy;

3) This makes it easy to disassemble the components such as the guide rails and the top plate even after the cabinet is installed, so that the correction, addition, and repair of each component can be easily performed if necessary.

And so on.

1 is a perspective view of a storage case according to the prior art;
2 is an exploded view of Fig.
3 is a perspective view showing the inside of a cabinet according to the present invention.
Figure 4 is a partial exploded view of Figure 3;
Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the door in Fig. 3; Fig.

The features and effects of the present invention 'storage space using assembly angle' (hereinafter referred to as 'storage space') described or not described above will become more apparent from the following description of embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. 3 to 5, a storage space according to the present invention is indicated by 10 in the figure.

3 to 5, a storage cabinet 10 according to the present invention includes an angle structure 11, an upper plate 12 disposed on the upper surface of the structure 11, A guide rail 13 and a plurality of doors 14 slidably coupled to the guide rails 13. [

The angle structure 11 has a fingerboard 15 and a plurality of vertical frames 16, a horizontal plate 17, and a horizontal frame 18 disposed on the floor of a room. As shown, it basically comprises a plurality of metal vertical frames 16 arranged in two or more rows and a horizontal plate 18 connected between the vertical frames 16 spaced apart It is an upright angle structure.

More specifically, the angle structure 11 includes a fingerboard 15 disposed on the floor and serving as a base for supporting the vertical frame 16, and a front and rear vertical frames 16 corresponding to the two columns of the vertical frame 16, And a horizontal frame 18 extending between the upper ends of the first and second frames 16a-16b. That is, each of the vertical frames 16 is installed on the base plate 15, and the upper ends of the corresponding vertical frames 16a-16b are connected to each other by the horizontal frame 18.

It is judged that this structure is optimal for ensuring robustness and stability when using the upright angle structure 11 of the storage cabinet 10 of the present invention.

In the figure, the horizontal plate 17 is a shelf-type plate in which four corners are joined to a connecting hole 19 fixed to each vertical frame 16, and is shown only briefly. However, in another embodiment, the horizontal plate 17 may be a member in the form of a bar. Also, the connector 19 is shown as a support having two fastening holes, but it should be understood that the connector 19 may include any shape or structure capable of connecting the vertical frame 16 and the horizontal plate 17.

In the drawing, reference numeral 20 denotes an article storage box formed of a ventilated net, which is mounted on a fixed rail between two side vertical frames 16 and slid in a drawer type so as to be inserted into and drawn out from the cabinet 10. The structure of the storage box 20 may be effectively applied to the storage space 10 of the present invention using the angle structure 11 because the structure is light in weight and simple in installation.

The upper plate 12 is a plurality of plates arranged in a row or a long plate, and constitutes the ceiling of the cabinet 10 of the present invention irrespective of its name. On the other hand, the left and right side and rear sides of the angle structure 11 may be covered by three walls when the storage space 10 is constructed as a built-in cabinet, but the front side thereof is naturally opened and closed by the door 14 .

The upper plate 12 is horizontally seated on the upper surface of the angle structure 11 instead of being fixed to the upper surface of the angle frame 11 by the connecting hole 19, ). However, it is assumed that the upper plate 12 is free from being caught by the upper end of the vertical frame 16 when the upper plate is horizontally moved forward and backward.

The organic related configurations of the upper plate 12 facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the respective components of the inventive storage cabinet 10, particularly the assembly and disassembly of the upper plate 12 and the guide rails 13, It is easy to disassemble the components such as the guide rails 13 and the upper plate 12, and it is possible to easily correct, add and repair each component as needed.

According to the present invention, the guide rails 13 are coupled to the front edge side of the upper plate 12 in the longitudinal direction so that the plurality of doors 14 slide in the left and right directions along the guide rails 13 Respectively.

4 and 5, the guide rail 13 is a '-shaped' bending member arranged in the longitudinal direction on the front edge side of the upper plate 12, and the horizontal end 13a thereof is formed on the upper plate 12 And the vertical end 13b is brought into contact with the front surface of the upper plate 12 and the vertical frame 16. [ More specifically, the guide rail 13 is fixed to the top plate 12 and the vertical frame 16 by a piece 22 passing through the fixing hole 21 in a state where the vertical end 13b is in contact with the entire surface of the upper plate 12 and the vertical frame 16, (12) or the vertical frame (16).

In this way, the guide rail 13 can be firmly and firmly fixed and held. In addition, the horizontal end 13a may be fixed to the upper plate 12 by a piece 24 passing through the fixing hole 23. It goes without saying that the fixing force of the guide rail 13 is further strengthened.

On the other hand, an elastic piece 13c extending substantially in the shape of a 'C' is formed above the horizontal end 13a of the guide rail 13, by inserting a finishing material between the upper plate 12 and the ceiling It is advantageous to improve aesthetics. Especially here is to have 'elasticity' in order to be able to respond immediately to the thickness of the finishing material depending on the actual distance or gap between the ceiling. 4, reference numeral 30 denotes a finishing material provided separately on the ceiling of the room.

The guide rail 13 is formed with a recessed groove 25 protruding outward from the lower end of the vertical end 13b and having two or more grooves that are one or parallel in the longitudinal direction. In the case of a slide type in which a plurality of the doors 14 are provided and overlapped with each other, the grooves naturally consist of a plurality of doors.

The door (14) is configured such that the upper roller (26) is inserted into the recessed portion (25) to slide. Specifically, each door 14 includes a roller 26 rotatably mounted on an upper bracket 27, and each roller 26 corresponds one-to-one to each groove of the recessed portion 25. Therefore, each door 14 is slid in the left and right directions along the respective grooves of the guide rail 13. In this embodiment, each door 14 may be slid and overlapped with each other.

As described above, the storage cabinet 10 of the present invention includes the angle structure 11, the upper plate 12 and the guide rail 13 fixed to the angle structure 11, And a plurality of doors (14) coupled to each other. When the cabinet 10 is constructed as a built-in cabinet, the opened left and right sides and the rear side are covered by three walls, and the front side is opened and closed by the door 14. [

That is, the cabinet 10 can be optimally used as a built-in cabinet which is installed using both side walls of the cabin, except for three walls or the rear side, and is opened and closed by the door 14. [ At this time, the cabinet 10 can be installed, disassembled and assembled at a construction site, and can be replaced with a conventional cabinet or a built-in cabinet in terms of ventilation after installation and opening and closing using the slide door 14 .

At this time, as described above, the storage cabinet 10 of the present invention provides excellent characteristics in terms of rigidity and stability. Further, the storage cabinet 10 of the present invention is advantageous in that it is easy to disassemble the components such as the guide rails 13 and the top plate 12 even after they are installed, thereby making it possible to easily correct, to provide.
