Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a composition for cleaning or disinfecting antiviral activity containing an extract of green tea as an active ingredient,

The present invention relates to a composition for cleaning or disinfecting which has antiviral activity and long-term storage stability.

Influenza is a type of respiratory disease virus that is spread not only to humans but also to various kinds of animals as well as livestock such as pigs, chickens, ducks or horses.

In particular, in 2009, pandemic highly pathogenic viruses such as novel swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) appeared, resulting in massive casualties and massive economic losses.

The above-mentioned influenza virus belongs to Orthomyxoviridae and has eight negative strand RNA fragments of PB2, PB1, PA, HA, NP, NA, M and NS.

Of the above negative strand RNA fragments, HA is a gene encoding hemagglutinin (hereinafter referred to as "HA") which is a transcriptional envelope protein, and is an antigen of virus surface which is involved in adhesion to influenza virus mammalian cells NA is a gene encoding neuraminidase (hereinafter referred to as "NA "), plays an important role when a virus enters or leaves a host cell, And the virus is transformed through the process of antigenic feces or antigen urine. Therefore, the treatment is not easy.

The above-described influenza viruses generally exhibit various symptoms and severity according to the subtypes prevalent in winter, and there are various viruses ranging from those having no pathogenicity to those having a high mortality rate of 60%. Generally, Pneumonia, and cardiopulmonary complications, resulting in a high mortality rate. The highly pathogenic avian influenza virus is classified as a Type 1 infectious disease in Korea and is classified as List A in the International Bureau of OIE (OIE).

In 2009, the case of H1N1 influenza was lower than that of avian influenza, but it was highly contagious, causing economic and social problems.

The above-mentioned avian influenza virus is a common infectious virus, and the main propagation factor is contaminated feces, and it can be spread by droplet, air, water and the like. In addition, the avian influenza virus may infect humans through intermediate hosts such as pigs and chickens. In the middle host, the avian influenza virus may cause gene mutation or recombination with other viruses, It spreads to people through respiratory infections and causes flu.

However, the development of effective preventive vaccines against newly emerging influenza viruses is insufficient and the limitation of current therapeutic agents remains a problem.

Examples include ion channel inhibitors such as Amantadine and Rimantadine, Oseltamivir, a neuraminidase (NA) inhibitor, which have been developed in the past, Zanamivir et al. Have already reported mutagenic strains that are resistant to the development of new antiviral interventions.

Recently, it has been reported that personal hygiene habits such as wearing masks and hand hygiene can significantly suppress the spread of viruses, and it is known to be an effective method for pandemic influenza, such as pandemic influenza, because it quickly and easily blocks virus transmission .

Accordingly, after the H1N1 influenza became popular, various hand disinfectants and hand cleansers appeared on the market like pussy. Currently, the KFDA classifies hand sanitizer as quasi-drug and hand cleanser as cosmetics.

A common hand sanitizer currently marketed is one that uses one of ethanol, isopropanol, benzalkonium chloride, cresol, hydrogen peroxide as a main component and protects skin damage caused by alcohol. It is manufactured using propylene glycol, glycerin, tocopherol and the like , And the gel type containing alcohol in a ratio of 60 to 70% is most common as a hand disinfectant that does not use water. The hand-cleansing agent is used as an auxiliary to hand-cleansing as a cosmetic product, and is generally hand-made water-based hand-washing, hand wash, and hand washing soap.

The above-mentioned hand cleaner and hand sanitizer usually have a shelf life of 2 to 3 years, but it is recommended to use it within 6 months after opening. It is not easy to preserve and ethanol, isopropanol, benzalkonium chloride, cresol The use of synthetic chemicals such as water, hydrogen peroxide, and the like has caused skin problems such as allergies and skin troubles.

Accordingly, studies on natural detergents or disinfectants using natural substances have been actively conducted, and in particular, the number of research papers on various physiological activities of green tea having antiviral activity has been rapidly increasing, and in particular, influenza viruses, Various studies have been conducted on a method for producing a detergent and a disinfectant by using an extract of green tea having an antiviral activity against retroviruses such as retroviruses, fstivinaviruses and herpes viruses.

However, the detergents and disinfectants using the green tea extracts described above are made of natural materials and have difficulty in storage due to short shelf life due to difficulty in storage and distribution due to difficulty in mass production. In order to increase shelf life, There is a problem in that it is limited in use to a person having skin allergy due to a synthetic chemical ingredient contained in the manufactured detergent and disinfectant.
