상기에 언급한 실시예 4 내지 6 및 비교예 5 내지 8에 따른 본 조성물은 표 2의 조성에 따라 다음의 제조과정을 거친다. 저급 알코올 또는 폴리알코올을 포함하는 유기용매를 고속으로 교반하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 조성물에 4급 암모늄 또는 고급 알코올을 투입하고, 상온 또는 경우에 따라서 가온하여 적은 교반력으로 혼합 용해되도록 하였다. 디메치콘, 사이클로펜타실록산, 세라마이드-3, 하이드로제네이티드 레시틴, 식물성 오일 및 기타 성분과 잔부의 물을 혼합 교반시켜 컨디셔너를 제조하였다.

실험예Experimental Example 1:  One: 인장강도The tensile strength 평가 evaluation

상기 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조한 조성물로 인장강도 평가를 실시하였다. 인장강도 평가는 힘을 측정하는 장치(Rheometer)에 모발을 장착한 후, 일정한 속도로 모발을 신장시키면서 끊어질 때까지의 소요되는 힘을 측정하는 것이다. Tensile strength was evaluated by the compositions prepared in the above Examples and Comparative Examples. The tensile strength is measured by measuring the force applied until a hair is stretched at a constant speed after the hair is put on a rheometer.

먼저 미국의 De-Meo Brothers사로부터 구입한 아시아 여성의 정상모(Virgin Hair)로 모발 다발(Hair Tress)를 만든 다음 탈색제를 2회 처리하여 모발을 손상시킨 후 모발을 잘라 굵기를 측정했다. 유사한 굵기를 갖는 모발을 선정 후 실시예 및 비교예의 조성물을 도포하고 헹구어 낸 후 레오미터(Rheometer)를 이용하여 인장강도를 측정한 다음 모발이 끊어지는 지점(Breaking point)을 기록하였다. 20개의 머리카락으로 실험 후 평균치의 끊어지는 지점을 산출하고 그 결과를 표3 및 표4에 나타내었다

상기 표 3 및 표 4에 의하면, 모발이 끊어지는 지점의 값이 클수록 모발이 건강하고 강도가 센 것을 의미하므로 실시예 1 및 실시예 4가 비교예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 5 내지 8 조성물에 비해 모발의 끊어지는 지점의 값이 증가한 결과를 보았을 때 세라마이드-3와 하이드로제네이트드 레시틴과 C16이상의 지방산 분포를 가지는 식물성오일을 함께 사용했을 때 모발의 강도를 증대시키는 시너지 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

실시예 1과 비교예 1의 함량으로 제조된 모발 샴푸 조성물 및 비교예 1로 샴푸 후 실시예 4와 비교예 5로 제조된 컨디셔너 조성물에 대하여 사용감 효과를 다음과 같은 방법으로 평가를 진행하였다. 표 5를 참조하면, 본 발명에 의한 세라마이드-3와 하이드로제네이티드 레시틴과 C16이상의 지방산 분포를 가지는 식물성오일을 포함하는 실시예 1 및 실시예 4가 비교예 1 및 비교예 5의 조성물보다 부드러움, 윤기 및 건강한 느낌, 전반적 만족도에서 보다 우수한 것으로 평가되었다.

본 발명의 모발 조성물이 모발에 부드러움성을 부여하는지 확인하기 위해, 상기 실시예 1 및 실시예 4, 비교예 1 및 비교예 5의 조성물을 모발에 적용한 후 젖은 모발에서의 빗질 용이성을 평가하였다. 5g의 모발 다발을 컨디셔닝 기능이 없는 샴푸로 각각 세발하고 난 뒤, 실시예 1 및 비교예 1, 실시예 4 및 비교예 5의 조성물을 취해 각각 2분 30초간 마사지하고, 미온수로 세척하였다. 모발로부터 과도한 물기를 털어낸 후 일정한 힘으로 빗질을 하여 자유롭고, 부드럽게 빌질이 되기까지의 빗질 횟수를 상기 각 조성물에 대하여 5회씩 동일한 방법으로 실시하여 평균을 구해 젖은 모발에서의 빗질 용이성을 평가하였다. 그 결과는 표 6에 나타내었다.
