Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a steel sheet refining method.
In a steel manufacturing process for producing steel from a raw material, after a raw material is blown into a furnace to reduce iron ore, a necessary alloying element is added from iron ore from which impurity elements have been removed, and the temperature is raised for a subsequent process The steelmaking process is performed.
At this time, the molten steel which has been subjected to the electric furnace process has a high carbon content and a considerable amount of impurities such as silicon and sulfur, which is high in hardness and weak in properties. In order to make such molten steel as well as strong steel, it is necessary to reduce carbon amount and remove impurities through refining process. This process is called steelmaking.
Here, the steelmaking process can be performed through a refining process, a component adjusting process, and a casting process. At this time, general molten steel may be subjected to a general casting process. However, in the case of molten steel containing high Al, bleeding may occur when a conventional casting process is performed, and it is difficult to secure the casting temperature There is a problem.
The present invention is to provide a steel sheet refining method for preventing a steel sheet from being broken by securing a sufficient casting temperature in refining a steel sheet produced through a continuous casting process to prevent bleeding.
According to the refining method of a steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, in a refining method of a steel sheet produced through a continuous casting process, a first step of introducing Al and oxygen gas into molten steel to perform decarburization of the molten steel, A deoxidation and reduction desulfurization of the molten steel is carried out by injecting a deoxidizing agent into the molten steel, and a third step in which the molten steel is poured by injecting Al into the molten steel.
At this time, the temperature of the molten steel may be raised to 1800 to 1900 ° C by the introduction of the Al in the first step.
In the first step, the C component in the molten steel may be decarburized to 0.2 to 0.8% by weight.
Further, in the second step, the deoxidizer may include Al.
Further, in the second step, the basicity of CaO / Al 2 O 3 may be 2 to 3 due to the addition of Al.
In addition, in the second step, the contents of S and O in the molten steel may be 50 ppm or less due to the input of Al.
In addition, in the third step, the amount of Al may be 3 to 15% by weight in response to the addition of Al.
The steel sheet may contain, by weight percent, 0.2 to 0.8% of C, 3 to 15% of Al, 0.4 to 4.0% of Si, 2 to 10% of Mn, 0.02% or less of P, % Or less, N: 100 ppm or less, and the remainder may be Fe and unavoidable impurities.

According to the steel plate refining method of the present invention, since Al is charged in the first step of decarburizing the molten steel to raise the temperature of the molten steel, it is possible to prevent the steel plate from being broken in the subsequent continuous casting process .

FIG. 1 is a process flow chart for explaining a steel sheet refining method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, a refining method of a steel sheet according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the steel sheet refining method according to the present embodiment includes a first step S110 of decarburizing the
First, a first step (S110) of decarbonating the
At this time, the carbon (C) in the
On the other hand, in the first step S110, Al may be injected. In this step, Al may be injected to raise the temperature of the
Specifically, when the existing casting process is used,
Next, a deoxidizing agent may be injected into the
At this time, the deoxidizer may include Al, and the basicity of CaO / Al 2 O 3 can be controlled due to oxidation of Al. At this time, it is possible to add Al so that the basicity of CaO / Al 2 O 3 is 2 to 3, and accordingly it is possible to provide adequate deodorizing ability. In addition, by deoxidation with Al, it is possible to control the Si content in the molten steel to be low, and it is possible to secure a real rate of water when Al for composition adjustment is added.
On the other hand, the basicity of CaO / Al 2 O 3 can be maintained at 2 to 3, and the S and O components can be lowered to 50 ppm or less. The reason for setting the range of the S and O components is that when S is present in a large amount in the
In addition, after the desulfurization is completed, the high S-alloy iron (U-Ni, Fe-Mo) can be supplied so that the target S can be hit by performing the reduction desulfurization once. In this case, the stirring time of the
Next, a third step (S130) in which Al is injected into the
At this time, Al can be added for adjusting the component, and the Al component in the
2 is a schematic view of a refining apparatus on which a steel sheet refining method according to an embodiment of the present invention is performed. Hereinafter, a refining apparatus for refining a steel sheet according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 2, the refining apparatus in which the refining method of the steel sheet according to the present embodiment is performed includes a
Specifically, the
The carbon in the
Meanwhile, the refining process of the present invention can be performed in an AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) step, and then a continuous casting process can be started after a ladle treatment (LT). At this time, a vacuum decarburization process (VOD) can be further performed after the refining process step. In the vacuum decarburization process, the ladle is placed in the vacuum container, and argon (Ar) gas is blown through the porous plug installed on the bottom of the ladle, And oxygen can be blown from the lance provided at the upper part to perform the decarburization treatment. Further, in the component adjusting step, the components are adjusted through deoxidation and agitation, which may be the last step for hitting the component and the temperature in the molten steel state.
In the continuous casting process, molten steel may be supplied to the molten steel through the molten steel injection nozzle between the edge dams provided at both ends of the casting roll, that is, between the casting rolls to start solidification. At this time, in the molten steel portion between the casting rolls, the molten steel surface is protected with a meniscus shield to prevent oxidation and the atmosphere can be adjusted by injecting an appropriate gas. The steel sheet is produced while being pulled out from the casting roll nip where both casting rolls meet, rolled through a rolling machine while being drawn, and then can be wound in a winding machine through a cooling process.
The steel sheet produced through the above-described refining method may contain the following components, specifically, 0.2 to 0.8% of C, 3 to 15% of Al, 0.4% or less of Si, , P: not more than 0.02%, S: not more than 0.015%, Cu: not more than 0.6%, N: not more than 100 ppm, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities.
At this time, the reason for limiting the above-described components may be as follows. When C is lower than 0.2%, the strength is lowered. When C is higher than 0.8%, carbides precipitate on the ferrite precipitated crystal grain boundaries to cause brittleness, which may cause deterioration of ductility of steel. If the Al content is lower than 3.0%, the specific gravity becomes higher. If the Al content is higher than 15.0%, the pitting resistance and water resistance deteriorate. If Si is higher than 0.4%, the toughness may deteriorate due to the material properties. If Mn is less than 2.0%, it can not inhibit carbides in the grain boundaries and is weak against hot brittleness. If Mn is higher than 10.0%, it may result in center segregation of Mn and excessive band structure in the hot-rolled steel sheet, resulting in deterioration of ductility. Further, P acts as an impurity, which may cause cracking during processing into the product, and therefore, it is preferably 0.02% or less. Also, when S is higher than 0.015%, coarse MnS is formed, which causes rolling rupture during hot rolling and cold rolling, and when Cu is higher than 0.6%, Cu precipitation may cause defects. When N is higher than 100 ppm, the grain size becomes finer and the elongation can be lowered and the workability can be inhibited. It may therefore be desirable to work such that the components do not deviate from the respective ranges described above.
