Description
The present invention relates to a lighting inspection apparatus, and more particularly, to a lighting inspection apparatus capable of promptly inspecting a lighting apparatus, marking a color coordinate value on a color coordinate graph for each color, The present invention also relates to an illumination inspection apparatus capable of determining light uniformity through comparison of color pixel values of each region of an image.
일반적으로 LED(발광 다이오드, Light Emitting Diode)는 전류를 빛으로 변환시키는 반도체 발광소자이다. Generally, a light emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor light emitting device that converts current into light. A p-n junction structure of a semiconductor is used to produce injected minority carriers, and light emission is caused by recombination of these minority carriers. LED lighting devices made of such LEDs are smaller in size than conventional light sources and have a long life span. Also, since electric energy is directly converted into light energy, low power consumption and high efficiency are achieved.
Recently, the brightness of LEDs has been gradually increased and it has been widely used as a display lamp, a data display device, an illumination light source, etc. for various electronic devices such as automobile and optical communication because it has characteristics of high-speed response. Light emitting diodes (LEDs) that emit white light with high efficiency can be realized by using fluorescent materials or combining LEDs of various colors. Such a LED lighting apparatus can be mass-produced in the form of a light emitting device package. The light emitting device package thus mass-produced is tested for its performance and characteristics, and only good products are collected. In other words, it is essential to minimize the defect rate and to inspect the performance of the LED lighting device in the production process or the manufacturing process for the production of the lighting device with excellent performance.
However, in the conventional various illumination inspection apparatuses, the performance values of the illumination are simply obtained by numerical values and output to the table, and it is difficult for the user to intuitively judge both parts of the illumination apparatus. In addition, since the user does not directly check the illumination state of the lighting apparatus mounted on the inspection table of the inspection apparatus, it is impossible to directly check the output performance values and the illumination state. In addition, in the case of a lighting apparatus having a predetermined size or more, it is important that the uniform illumination state is maintained as a whole. However, there has been an inconvenience that such optical uniformity measurement must be performed through a separate apparatus.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting system capable of promptly checking an illumination device, Device.
It is another object of the present invention to not only quantify and graph the performance of the lighting apparatus but also to check the state of the actual illumination through the image taken directly by the user and to judge the light uniformity by comparing the color pixel values for each region of the image And to provide a possible illumination inspection apparatus.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an illumination inspection apparatus comprising: a photosensor for detecting illumination light emitted from a lighting device to be inspected; A processor unit for calculating a color coordinate value of the illumination light based on the sensor signal detected by the photosensor unit and determining both sides of the illumination device based on the calculated color coordinate value; And a display unit for displaying the user interface and the measurement result data on a screen, wherein the display unit includes a first display unit for displaying the measurement results in numerical values, and a second display unit for displaying the calculated color coordinate values on the color coordinate graph, .
The illumination unit is an LED illumination unit that generates illumination light of a plurality of colors, and the processor unit controls the LED illumination unit to sequentially generate illumination light of a plurality of colors, and when the illumination light of each color is generated, And the calculated color coordinate values may be sequentially marked on the color coordinate graph. Wherein the apparatus further comprises an electric characteristic detecting section for detecting an output voltage or an output current of the lighting apparatus, and the processor section is capable of determining both sides of the lighting apparatus based on the color coordinate value and the detected electric characteristic data.
The display unit may further include a third display unit for outputting an image photographed from the camera unit in real time, and the processor unit may further include a third display unit for displaying the second display unit and the third display unit, And the color coordinate value corresponding to the illumination light displayed on the third display unit is controlled to be marked on the second display unit by synchronizing the display unit.
In addition, the processor calculates the image color coordinate value of the illumination light in the image output from the third display unit, compares the color coordinate value with the image color coordinate value, and when the difference exceeds the input error range, It is possible to output an abnormality detection signal on the display unit based on the judgment that the image sensor is abnormal or a program error.

1 is a control block diagram of a lighting inspection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Here, the illumination inspection apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include an electric
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the
FIG. 2 is an illustration of a display portion when examining a red light according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an illustration of a display portion when examining a green light according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a view illustrating an example of a display unit when inspecting blue light according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a view illustrating an example of a display unit when inspecting white light according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention .

First, the
The values accumulated in the

색좌표 그래프는 CIE(Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage) 표색계에 따라 처리한다. The
As described above, in the case of inspecting the
In the
In addition, it is possible to calculate the image color coordinate value of the illuminating light of the
It is also possible to add inspection items of the
