Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a camera module.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for a small camera module for various multimedia fields such as a tablet computer, a camera phone, a PDA, a smart phone, a toy, and an image input device such as a surveillance camera or an information terminal of a video tape recorder. In particular, smart phones are in the trend of developing small-sized camera modules in response to the increasing demand of consumers who prefer miniaturized designs.
Such a camera module is manufactured using an image sensor chip of a CCD or a CMOS. The image sensor chip is used to condense an object through a lens, convert an optical signal into an electric signal, and display objects on a display medium such as an LCD display device So as to transmit the image.
When the image sensor is operated, heat is generated, and the temperature may rise up to 80 to 90 degrees Celsius. In order to discharge the heat to the outside, a printed circuit board on which the image sensor is mounted may be formed of a metal material .
However, since the size of the image sensor is gradually increasing with the recent development of a high-resolution camera module, it is difficult to sufficiently cool the image sensor simply by replacing the material of the printed circuit board with metal. Therefore, in order to sufficiently cool the image sensor of the high-resolution camera module, it is troublesome to provide a separate heat dissipating means such as a cooling fin. This poses a problem that it is difficult to miniaturize the camera module.

1, a camera module according to the present invention includes a printed

The IRCF may be installed at a position facing the
The bobbin (30) is installed on the upper side of the base (20) so as to be able to move up and down. The initial position of the
1, the
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to further include a shield can to enclose the
It is also possible to integrate the yoke with the
The present invention can form an electromotive force by using the heat of the
The whitening effect is a phenomenon in which an electromotive force is generated when a temperature difference occurs at both ends, and can be used as a power source for a small electronic device (for example, a clock) using waste heat or body temperature and a power source for a space probe using a radiation half- On the contrary, if a current is applied to both ends, heat is transferred along the charge, one side is cooled and the other is heated. This is called Peltier effect.
The
The
FIG. 2 is a view schematically showing a state in which an electromotive force is formed using heat generated in the
As shown in the figure, when the
Therefore, the electrons generated by the heat of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the generated current may be connected to a

As shown in the figure, when the
In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, when a current (I) is applied by connecting an external power source such as a battery power source to the
When the potential difference between the P-
Since the normal operating temperature range of the

As shown in the drawing, the p-
Although not shown, a plurality of the p-
According to the present invention as described above, when the
In addition, since the electromotive force generated by the heat generated by the
