Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bridge construction method capable of correcting the vertical step of the Tee-type PS girder. More specifically, it has an upper flange widened to enable rapid construction and has a bottom plate function. A barrier wall is integrally formed on the upper flange, and a segmented crossbeam and a branch partition wall are integrally formed on the side of the girder to form a bridge undercarriage. T-type PS girder that can easily correct the vertical step due to the difference of prestress introduced into the girder in the construction of the bridge by the T-type PS girder where the upper structure of the bridge is completed by connecting in the direction perpendicular to the bridge after mounting on the bed. It relates to a vertical step correction method.
Conventional prestressed concrete girder (PS girder, PSC girder) bridge is manufactured in the manufacturing site near the bridge construction site, and the plurality of girders are installed in succession in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the bridge, but in parallel using the cross beam in the direction of the axis of the bridge. Bridge type and bridge piers, and then the base plate, cross beams, branch bulkheads and protective fences to complete the structure of the upper part of the bridge. The most economical form, but the construction stage is rather complicated, the construction and the speed may be low.
In addition, the construction method of connecting the girders in the axial direction of the bridge and constructing a plurality of bridges in succession in the direction of the bridge is introduced. The girder cross-sectional shape used in these methods is' T ',' Double Tee Various types such as box girder and box girder are applied, and T-girder is known to be the most economical cross section because of its light weight and good workability.
In the bridge construction using the tee girder, a plurality of girder girders are mounted on the pier, and then the girder upper flanges are connected to each other in order to form a crossbeam and a branch partition wall and form a bottom plate, but the bridge has no choice but to work at height. The construction of reinforcing bars, bundling and formwork for the construction of cross beams and branch bulkheads was inevitable.
In addition, since the upper flange of the tee type girders are mounted to each other, a predetermined casting hole is formed in the upper flange in order to pour the cross beam and the branch bulkhead concrete, and then the concrete for the cross beam and the branch partition wall construction is used. In this case, it is difficult to precisely assemble the reinforcing bar in the cross beam and branch partition wall formed on the lower surface of the upper flange, and it is difficult to place dense concrete, so that voids occur between the bottom of the upper flange of the girder and the top of the cross beam and branch partition wall. There was no choice but to construct.
이러한 티형 거더의 시공방법에 있어 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제시된 것이 티형 피에스씨 내측거더와 티형 피에스씨 외측거더에 의한 티형 피에스씨 거더교 시공방법이다.(대한민국 공개특허 10-2010-0025162호)In order to solve the problems in the construction method of the tee girder, the T-type PS girder bridge construction method using a T-type inner girder and a T-type outer girder is a method of constructing a T-type girder bridge (Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2010-0025162)
That is, as shown in Figure 1a, Figure 1b and Figure 1c, as the CS girder mounted on the bridge lower structure (30, alternating, pier) to be provided with a
As the PS girder, the
T-type PS girder bridge (A) has been introduced, including; connecting portion 40 for connecting the upper flange, the cross beam, the branch partition wall of the T-type PS inside and the outer girder in the axial direction.
Looking at the construction stage of the T-type PS girder bridge (A), as shown in Figure 1d,
First, the T-type PS inner and
Next, the T-type PS inner girder and the T-type PS
Next, the upper part of the bridge structure is connected to the point partition walls and cross beams of the T-shaped PS inner and
In particular, when looking at the integrated construction step of the T-type PS girder bridge (A) in the direction perpendicular to the axial axis, as shown in Figure 1e,
In this sheath 50, the T-shaped PS inner,
In addition, the connector 40 is applied to the loop-shaped reinforcing bar 41 after the introduction of the tension force of the
The construction of the final Tee-type PS girder bridge (A) can be completed, but if the T-type PS inside, the outer girder (10) (20) is mounted on the bridge substructure in the direction perpendicular to the axial axis of Figure 1f and 1g and As can be seen that the height of the upper flange of the adjacent girder is different from each other and the vertical step (h) occurs.
The reason why such a vertical step h occurs is due to the difference in the tension force (length prestress) introduced into the T-type PS inside and the
That is, the T-type PS
As a result, the degree of bending in the longitudinal direction is changed by the difference in tension, and a vertical step occurs along the connection portion of the girders in the axial direction as described above immediately after the girder is manufactured and after a predetermined time has elapsed.
The vertical step (h) is the smallest at the point and the maximum at the center of the girder PS girder bridge (A), because the bending moment due to the largest tension force is generated in the center of the girder.
Accordingly, a conventional method for correcting the vertical step h is introduced in FIG. 1H.
For example, the upper
However, in order to remove the vertical step in this way, the tensile force of the live load level assumed in the design should be introduced into the
In addition, it is very cumbersome to construct the connecting part (lateral connection part of the upper flange) in the axial direction of the girder in the state where the devices consisting of the upper and lower horizontal steel beams 50 and the
Accordingly, the present invention is a T-type PS girder that can more effectively correct the vertical step due to the difference of the pre-stress introduced in the T-type PS girder that is completed by the P-C girder after the mounting on the bridge substructure The problem to be solved to provide a vertical step correction method.
In addition, it is a task to solve the provision of a more efficient and economical T-type PS girder bridge construction method to ensure that the fall prevention function for the fall prevention when the T-type PS girder is mounted on the bridge lower structure to secure during the correction process. .
The present invention

In other words, the upper height of the upper flange of the T-shaped PS inner girder and the outer girder by first adjusting the height of the upper surface by using the lifting device to correct the vertical step,
These corrected girders are restrained in the perpendicular direction of the axial axis to maintain the corrected vertical step,
By removing the pulling device, the vertical step is corrected so that it can be seated on the undercarriage of the bridge by the weight of the integrated girders. Thus, unlike the conventional method, it is not necessary to introduce excessive tension in the vertical direction, thereby enabling efficient and economical vertical step correction.

In other words, after the girder with the vertical step corrected is seated on the bridge substructure, the vertical step of the vertical step is integrated by using a horizontal hole formed in the partition wall of the girder in the crosswise perpendicular direction (lateral direction). It is possible to correct the vertical step of the highly precise and economical Tee-type PS girder without the need for anchoring and tensioning.

PS C girder bridge (A) according to the present invention is at least one T-type PS
Accordingly, the T-type PS
At this time, the branch partition wall is installed at the position where the branch portion is to be formed, such as both ends are installed to extend downward from the bottom of the
The
For example, the downward extension length of the
At this time, the branch partition wall is formed on both sides of the girder and formed at each end, and at least one or more may be installed corresponding to the entire length of the cross girder.
In addition, the PS Tee girder bridge A according to the present invention has a Tee PS girder
The T-type PS
Here, the segmented means that the T-type PS inner girder and the outer girder are constructed so as to be connected to each other in the direction perpendicular to each other axially adjacent to each other to be integrated into one final construction.
In addition, the upper end of the T-type
In this way, the concrete for the PS-type
In this case,
That is,
This integration step is performed after the vertical step of the girders to be fixed to the bridge substructure by its own weight as described below.
At this time, the

The PS Tee
In the short span method, the PS-type
In the multi-span method, the pier is further installed between the two shifts, and the PS-C
Finally, the cross-sectional view of AA (end bulkhead portion) and BB (center crossbeam portion) of each
Bridge construction method through the vertical step correction of the T-type PS girder (100,200) of the present invention>
First, since the vertical step correction of the
First, to prepare the girders (100,200) according to the present invention, these girders (100,200) can be referred to as the PS-T
As shown in Figure 3a Apart from the fabrication and transportation of the
Thus, the bridge is constructed as a
Accordingly, when the construction of the bridge
Next, as shown in FIG. 3b, the
Accordingly, the PS-type
Next, after the PC Tee inner girder 100: 101,102 is mounted, the PS Tee
At this time, due to the difference in the amount of pre-stress introduced into the PS-type
Therefore, if the vertical step is not canceled, the lateral inclination of the girders cannot be introduced constantly, and the upper flange is not easily connected in the direction of the girder perpendicular to the girder, which may cause defects after construction of the bridge.
Thus, the present invention is a vertical step of the girder by using the
At this time, since the
In other words, the girders are raised at both ends, that is, at the point, so that the vertical step in the center of the girders where the vertical step occurs most is corrected.
The reason is that raising both ends of the girders is necessary to uniformly adjust the height of the upper surface of the final upper flange of the girders.
In addition, it is most efficient to correct the vertical step only when the center of the girder is vertically aligned.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the prestress introduced to the girders raises the girders based on the largest girders, and the other girders are raised based on this, so that the upper flange of the upper girders of the final girders is kept constant so that the vertical step is corrected together. Do.
In this case, the pulling
As such, when the vertical step of each girder (100,200) is corrected and the pulling device is immediately removed, the girder (100,200) has no choice but to regain the vertical step of the initial mounting again. In order to maintain the girder (100,200) is constrained in the orthogonal direction to maintain the vertical step as it is.
To this end, the present invention inserts a horizontal binding
The girder (100,200) is constrained in the perpendicular direction of the axial axis by the tension force introduced to maintain the corrected vertical step, which is because each girder is manufactured to behave as an elastic body having elastic resilience within a certain range. It will play a very important role.
Next, as shown in Figure 3d to remove the
At this time, the removal of the
Thus, when the girders (100,200) of the final vertical step correction is seated on the bridge support, the upper surface of the upper flange of each girder is matched with each other, the state of the girder of the present invention because there is no separate slab forming work basically It can be seen that the construction work of girder and slab is completed.
When the live load is applied to each girder behaves integrally to share the load to resist, the integration of each girder (100,200) in the axial direction perpendicular to the integration behavior is made.
To this end, the present invention inserts a
As a result, it can be seen that the transverse tension member functions for integration in the perpendicular direction of the girder of the girder whose vertical step is corrected, and the transverse binding member installed in the cross beam shares some of these functions.
Accordingly, when the
At this time, the tee type
