Description
The present invention relates to an upper-floor type suspension floor slab bridge, which is a type of bridge, that is, a thin concrete plate-like member supported by a cable is stretched in a state in which deflection occurs, and a column is placed on the suspension floor slab. It is related with the construction method of the bridge which supports the upper girder for standing up and forming a flat road surface on it.
The upper-floor type suspended floor slab bridges a suspended floor slab made of a thin concrete plate-like member, and supports the upper road girder by setting up a column on the suspended floor slab. The suspended floor slab is supported by a cable and prestressed in the axial direction, and is a sufficiently thin member that does not crack even when bending deformation occurs due to a live load.
The upper road type suspension floor slab bridge has an upper girder supported by the support on the suspension floor slab, so the vertical slope of the road surface can be arbitrarily set regardless of the deflection of the suspension floor slab, and it is highly versatile. Become. Moreover, the both ends of a suspended floor slab can be connected with an upper road girder, the tensile force which acts on a suspended floor slab can be transmitted to an upper road girder, and it can also act as a compressive force on an upper road girder. As a result, the horizontal reaction force acting on the abutment or pier is reduced, and the stability of the abutment and the like in the completed system can be improved.
An upper-floor type suspended floor slab bridge is generally constructed by the following process.
First, a cable is stretched between two abutments facing each other, supported by the cable, and a precast concrete plate is arranged between the abutments. Then, a pillar is erected on the concrete plate. As described in
However, the construction of the above-described upper suspension type slab bridge has the following problems.
If a structural unit in which a pillar is fixed in advance on a concrete plate is supported on a cable stretched between abutments, the cable is apt to become unstable because it deforms flexibly. For this reason, the structural units are sequentially arranged from a position adjacent to the abutment, the tops of the columns are connected to the abutment, and the tops of the structural units arranged one after another are sequentially connected to prevent a lateral fall. However, as shown in FIG. 16, when the
In the process of arranging the structural units 103 in this manner, when the vertical displacement is large, the top of the support column is connected to the abutment, and when the structural units are sequentially connected to each other, a large displacement occurs between them. Must be connected to allow. For this reason, a connection structure becomes difficult, the rigidity of the whole structure connected falls, and it becomes difficult to maintain the stability to a horizontal direction. In addition, the inclination of the support column also changes in the axial direction of the cable, and the concrete plate placed on the cable rod becomes unstable.
Further, when the structural unit is supported on the cable, the cable is deformed with a large curvature at a portion indicating the structural unit, and it becomes difficult to stably support the concrete plate of the structural unit.
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and its purpose is to support a structural unit, on which a column is fixed to a precast concrete plate, on a cable during the construction of an upper-floor suspension floor slab bridge. In addition, the stability of the structural unit against overturning is sufficiently secured, and an upper suspension type suspended floor slab bridge is constructed safely and at low cost.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
In this method, the precast concrete plate that is arranged along the cable and constitutes the suspended floor slab is divided into a precast concrete plate (hereinafter referred to as “type A”) in which a column is fixed in advance and a precast concrete plate in which the column is not fixed. (Hereinafter referred to as “type B”), and all or most of the type B precast concrete boards are first arranged at predetermined positions of cables stretched between abutments or piers. At this time, Type B can be supported on the cable in a stable state because the support is not fixed. This type B may be arranged by lifting a precast concrete board with a crane or the like and placing it at a predetermined position, or by hanging it on a cable stretched between abutments and moving along the cable. For example, it is possible to select an appropriate method such as arranging at a predetermined position.
After placing the type B precast concrete board as described above, the precast concrete board (type A) to which the column is fixed is suspended and supported by a crane or the like. It is placed and supported on the cable at a predetermined position between the type B precast concrete plates supported by the cable. And in order to prevent the fall to a horizontal direction and to support in a stable state, the top part of a support | pillar is connected sequentially from one abutment or a pier. At this time, since the weight of the type B precast concrete board is already loaded on the cable, even if the precast concrete board (type A) to which the column is fixed is placed on the cable, the vertical displacement of the cable Is small. Further, the change in the angle of the cable at the position where the type A precast concrete plate is placed is also small. Thereby, it becomes easy to stably support the precast concrete plate (type A) to which the support is fixed on the cable, and the structure in which the top of the support is connected to the abutment or the pier and the top of the adjacent support are connected. The structure can be simplified.
The invention according to
In this method, a side wire having one end fixed to an anchor block provided on both sides of an abutment is connected to the vicinity of the top of a column disposed on a cable, and tension is introduced into the side wire. As a result, the displacement of the top of the column that occurs in the lateral direction with respect to the axis of the bridge to be installed is constrained by the tension of the side wires, and it is possible to prevent side rolls caused by wind during installation and the falling of the column in the horizontal direction. it can.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the construction method of the upper-floor type suspended floor slab bridge according to the first or second aspect, the member connecting the tops of the columns constitutes a truss that restrains the displacement in the horizontal direction. To do.
In this method, the member that connects the top of each column to the abutment or the pier constitutes a truss and has a large rigidity in the horizontal direction. And it protrudes in a cantilever form from an abutment or a pier, and a horizontal force is transmitted to the abutment or the pier. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the lateral displacement with a lightweight member, and the lateral stability of the support column can be improved.
The invention according to
In this method, the members that connect the tops of the columns are joined so as to be able to rotate around the horizontal axis at right angles to the axis of the suspended floor slab. It is possible to prevent a large stress from being generated at the top of the column. That is, when a precast concrete plate (type A) with a fixed post is placed on the cable, the cable is displaced downward by the load, and the top of the post is displaced with respect to the abutment or the pier with the precast concrete plate. However, the member that connects the top of the column and the abutment and the like allows the relative displacement in the vertical direction and restrains the displacement in the lateral direction. Also, the relative displacement in the vertical direction is also between the top of the precast concrete plate (type A) column already placed on the cable and the top of the precast concrete plate (type A) newly placed on the cable. It becomes easy to connect so as to allow.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the method for constructing the upper suspension type slab bridge according to the first or second aspect, a groove is provided below the precast concrete plate, and the cable is placed in the groove. The precast concrete plate is accommodated, supported on the cable, and temporarily fixed at a predetermined position.
In this method, a precast concrete board (type A / B) is lifted and suspended on a cable that is stretched, and the cable is inserted into a groove provided on the lower side of the precast concrete board (type A / B). As a result, the precast concrete board (types A and B) can be easily supported on the cable. In addition, the suspended precast concrete plates (type A and B) can be supported by the cable at any position along the cable, and a construction plan can be made according to the situation of the site where the bridge is to be installed. it can.
As explained above, in the construction method of the upper-floor type suspended floor slab bridge according to the present invention, when the precast concrete plates for forming the suspended floor slab are sequentially arranged on the cable abutted between the abutment or the pier facing each other. In addition, it is possible to suppress fluctuations in the bending of the cable, and a large displacement in the vertical direction of the precast concrete plate already arranged and the post fixed thereto. Therefore, it is easy to connect the tops of the arranged columns to the abutment or the pier and to connect the adjacent columns to support them stably.
In addition, the side wires stretched on both sides of the bridge to be installed can restrain the column tops on the precast concrete plates supported on the cable from being displaced laterally, and can be supported in a stable state. .

Next, it is one Embodiment of the invention which concerns on this application, Comprising: The method to construct | assemble the said upper-path type suspended floor slab bridge is demonstrated.
First, as shown in FIG. 4,
As shown in FIG. 4, a

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a
Then, the precast concrete board which forms a suspended floor slab is arranged on a cable. Two types of precast concrete plates are used, one with fixed columns (Type A) and one without columns (Type B). Type B precast concrete plates in the axial direction of

In addition, two
As shown in FIG. 8, the precast concrete plate is arranged on the
Thereafter, the precast
As described above, when the type A precast
Thereafter, type A precast
The connection between the columns by the connecting
The type A precast
Thus, when all the precast
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 13, the precast
As shown in FIG. 14, when all the precast
When the
Next, the
