(2)발명의 목적
종래의 기술로는 본 발명인의 것으로서 상부 압박 방식의 접철형 이종물질 수용장치가 있었으며, 본 발명은 상기 선행의 개선에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
본체의 내부에 수용부가 구성되고, 상기한 수용부의 상방에는 개폐형 작동부가 구성되며, 상기한 작동부는 하부로 접혀지는 형태의 접철부에 의해 지지되어 있음과, 상기한 작동부의 하부에는 수용부의 하부 밀폐부를 파괴하는 것이 가능한 개방구가 형성된 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
작동부를 압박하는 것만으로도 수용부를 개방하는 것이 가능하고, 또한 별도의 도구 없이도 상방에 형성된 작동부를 통하여 혼합된 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

이종물질 수용장치{omitted}
본 발명은 접철식으로 수용부의 저장공간을 개방하는 것이 가능한 이종물질 수용장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 기술로서는, 본 발명인의 것으로서, 상방에서 접철부를 압박하면 수용부의 하부를 밀폐시키고 있는 밀폐부가 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 기술이 있었으며, 본 발명은 상기한 기술의 것에 개폐형 작동부를 부가하여 사용의 편리성을 향상시키는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
그리고 다른 기술로서는, 작동부를 압박하면 접철부가 접철되면서 용기목의 상단에 씌워진 밀폐형 박판을 파괴하도록 구성된 기술이 있으나, 상기한 기술과 본 발명은 그 목적이 다르다.
종래 본 발명인의 기술은 접철부가 접철되면서 수용부의 저장공간이 파괴되는 기술이지만, 본 발명은 접철부의 상방에 개폐형 작동부를 두어 혼합된 내용물을 별도의 도구 없이도 작동부를 통해 배출하는 것이 가능하도록 구성한 기술이다.
따라서, 종래 혼합된 내용물을 배출하기 위해서는 접철부가 형성된 이종물질 수용장치를 용기로부터 분리하여야 하였지만 본 발명은 접철부의 상방에 형성된 작동부를 두어 상기한 문제점을 극복하고자 한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 수단으로서는, 본체의 내부에 수용부가 구성되고, 상기한 수용부의 상방에는 개폐형 작동부가 구성되며, 상기한 작동부는 하부로 접혀지는 형태의 접철부에 의해 지지되어 있음과, 상기한 작동부의 하부에는 수용부의 하부 밀폐부를 파괴하는 것이 가능한 개방구가 형성된 것이다.
그리고 수용부의 하단 밀폐부를 보다 용이하게 파괴할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 개방구의 단부에 별도로 제작된 보다 면적이 넓은 형태의 개방보조구를 부가할 수 있는 것이다.
작동부를 압박하는 것만으로도 수용부를 개방하는 것이 가능하고, 또한 별도의 도구 없이도 상방에 형성된 작동부를 통하여 혼합된 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 일실시를 도면에 의거 설명하면, 도 1에서 보인바와 같이, 이종물질수용장치(1)는, 본체(10)의 내부에 저장공간(12)이 있는 수용부(11)가 구성되고, 상기한 수용부(11)의 상방에는 개폐형 작동부(20)가 구성되며, 상기한 작동부(20)는 하부로 접혀지는 형태의 접철부(13)에 의해 지지되어 있음과, 상기한 작동부 (20)의 하부에는 수용부(11)의 하부 밀폐부(14)를 파괴하는 것이 가능한 개방구(15)가 형성된 것이다.
그리고 수용부(11)의 하단 밀폐부(14)를 보다 용이하게 파괴할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 개방구(15)의 단부에 별도로 제작된 보다 면적이 넓은 형태의 개방보조구(16)를 부가할 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용 시에는, 도 1과 같은 상태의 이종물질수용장치(1)를 용기에 결합한 상태에서, 보호용 덮개(30)를 벗기고 작동부(20)를 가압하면 도 2에서 보인 바와 같이(용기에 이종물질수용장치가 조립되었다는 과정 하에) 접철부(13)가 접히며, 동시에 밀폐부(14)가 개방보조구(16)에 의해 절취되면서 저장공간(12)의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하되는 것임과, 또한 상기한 상태에서 작동부(20)를 당기면 도 2에서 보인 바와 같이 구부(18)로부터 작동부(20)가 상향되는 것이다.
상기한 상태에 용기내의 혼합된 내용물은 개폐공을 통해 외부로 배출되는 것이다.
이종물질수용장치의 수용에 향이나 맛을 내는 내용물이 들어 있어 언제 어디서나 신선한 혼합된 내용물을 음용가능한 장점이 있는 것과, 또한 접철부가 접히는 것만으로도 이종물질수용장치의 혼합이 가능하여 음료나 주류 등 보다 넓은 영역에 적용할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 결합하여 사용하는 이종물질수용장치는; 본체의 내부에 수용부가 구성되고, 상기한 수용부의 상방에는 개폐형 작동부가 구성되며, 상기한 작동부는 하부로 접혀지는 형태의 접철부에 의해 지지되어 있음과, 상기한 작동부의 하부에는 수용부의 하부 밀폐부를 파괴하는 것이 가능한 개방구가 형성된 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 어서, 상기 수용부의 하단 밀폐부를 보다 용이하게 파괴할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 개방구의 단부에 별도로 제작된 보다 면적이 넓은 형태의 개방보조구를 부가한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질 수용장치.
