[시험예 1][Test Example 1]

상기에서 제조한 실시예 1~2 및 비교예에 대하여 피막 잔여물 여부, 캡슐 붕괴속도, 피부자극 및 외관에 대하여 시험하였다. 총 30명의 남, 여 실험대상의 상박 피부위에 지름 1.5cm 크기의 원 모양 내에 0.2g/cm2의 시료를 도포하여 10초간 일정한 힘으로 손가락으로 롤링하고 남아있는 피막잔여물정도와 캡슐붕괴속도에 대해 각각 1~10 및 1~5의 수치로 평가하였으며, 가압붕괴후 피부의 자극정도를 육안으로 판별하여 그 정도를 1~10의 수치로 표시하였다. 상기 실시예 1~2 및 비교예의 석류와의 외관의 유사성을 평가하기 위하여 20~40대의 여성 30명을 대상으로 관능평가법으로 상대 비교 평가를 실시하였다. 결과는 하기 표 3에 나타내었으며, 각 수치는 5회의 실험치를 평균한 값이다. 상기 표 3의 결과로부터 본 발명에 의한 무정형의 반투명 카라기난/한천 비드를 함유한 제형인 실시예 1 및 2가 기존의 2차 경화 캡슐을 함유한 제형인 비교예에 비해 석류의 외관을 잘 연출함을 알 수 있었다. 폴리머의 조합을 달리하여 피부 도포시 손놀림에 의한 피부위에서의 캡슐의 붕괴를 비교하기 위해 제형내 폴리머의 조합을 달리하여 실시예 1과 실시예 2를 시행하였을 때 실시예 1이 피부위에서 같은 회수의 손놀림시 캡슐이 빨리 붕괴되었다. 반면, 실시예 2의 경우는 캡슐을 붕괴시키기 위해 많은 손놀림을 가하게 되어 피부와의 마찰로 피부자극이 더 큼을 볼 수 있다.From the results of Table 3, Examples 1 and 2, which are formulations containing amorphous semi-transparent carrageenan / agar beads according to the present invention, produce better appearance of pomegranate than Comparative Examples, which are formulations containing conventional secondary cured capsules.
