Claims (9)
- Fe, Co 및 Cu 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 전이금속과 인(P)이 함께 수식된 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 아산화질소(N2O), 질소산화물(NOx) 또는 아산화질소와 질소산화물의 동시 분해용 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트는 실리카(SiO2)/알루미나(Al2O3)의 몰비가 10 ~ 300이고, 기공크기가 4 ~ 10Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속과 인이 수식되기 전의 제올라이트는 ZSM-5형, BEA형, USY형 및 MOR형 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인은 상기 수식된 제올라이트의 전체 중량에 대하여 0.03 ~ 15 중량%가 되도록 수식된 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속은 상기 수식된 제올라이트의 전체 중량에 대하여 0.01 ~ 45 중량%가 되도록 수식된 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인을 제올라이트에 수식시키기 위한 인의 전구체로는 H3PO4, (NH4)2HPO4 및 NH4H2PO4 중에서 선택된 어느 하나가 사용되며, 상기 인이 전이금속 전구체와 함께 수식되어, 제올라이트 촉매내에서 금속인산염(metal phosphate) 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 제올라이트 촉매를 이용하여 아산화질소, 질소산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물이 100 ~ 10,000 ppm 농도로 포함된 가스(gas)로부터 아산화질소(N2O), 질소산화물(NOx) 또는 아산화질소와 질소산화물의 동시 분해제거방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 분해제거방법은 직접분해 또는 선택적 환원분해인 것을 특징으로 하는 분해제거방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 선택적 환원분해는 NH3 및 탄화수소 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 환원제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해제거방법.
