Claims (6)
- 적어도 일단에 축경부(縮徑部)를 갖는 관체로 이루어지는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서, 질량%로, C : 0.05∼0.20%, Si : 0.1∼1.0%, Mn : 0.10∼2.0%, Cr : 0.05∼2.0%, sol. Al : 0.10% 이하, Ca : 0.01% 이하, Cu : 0∼1.0%, Ni : 0∼1.5%, Mo : 0∼1.0%, V : 0∼0.2%, Nb : 0∼0.1%, Ti : 0∼0.1%, 및 잔부 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 본질적으로 이루어지고, 이 불순물 중의 P 함유량이 0.025% 이하, S 함유량이 0.010% 이하인 강 조성을 갖는 강관에 냉간 가공을 행하여, 냉간 가공된 강관을 소정의 길이로 절단하고, 절단된 강관의 적어도 한쪽의 단부에 축경 가공을 행한 후, 강관에 비축경부의 인장 강도가 700MPa 이상이 되도록 담금질 및 템퍼링을 행하는 것을 포함하는, 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 강 조성이, Cu : 1.0% 이하, Ni : 1.5% 이하, Mo : 1.0% 이하, V : 0.2% 이하, Nb : 0.1% 이하, 및 Ti : 0.1% 이하로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 강 조성이, Cu : 0.05∼1.0%, Ni : 0.05∼1.5%, Mo : 0.05∼1.0%, V : 0.01∼0.2%, Nb : 0.003∼0.1%, 및 Ti : 0.002∼0.1%로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재의 제조 방법.
- 적어도 일단에 축경부를 갖는 관체로 이루어지는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재에 있어서, 질량%로, C : 0.05∼0.20%, Si : 0.1∼1.0%, Mn : 0.10∼2.0%, Cr : 0.05∼2.0%, sol. Al : 0.10% 이하, Ca : 0.01% 이하, Cu : 0∼1.0%, Ni : 0∼1.5%, Mo : 0∼1.0%, V : 0∼0.2%, Nb : 0∼0.1%, Ti : 0∼0.1%, 및 잔부 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 본질적으로 이루어지고, 이 불순물 중의 P 함유량이 0.025% 이하, S 함유량이 0.010% 이하인 강 조성을 갖고, 비축경부의 인장 강도가 700MPa 이상이며, 또한 상기 축경부가 담금질 템퍼링 조직 그대로인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 강 조성이, Cu : 1.0% 이하, Ni : 1.5% 이하, Mo : 1.0% 이하, V : 0.2% 이하, Nb : 0.1% 이하, 및 Ti : 0.1% 이하로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 강 조성이, Cu : 0.05∼1.0%, Ni : 0.05∼1.5%, Mo : 0.05∼1.0%, V : 0.01∼0.2%, Nb : 0.003∼0.1%, 및 Ti : 0.002∼0.1%로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 에어백 인플레이터용 보틀 부재.
