- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 변속기는, 케이스에 회전요소를 선택적으로 고정하는 제1 브레이크 및 제2 브레이크와, 상기 중간 전동축의 회전을 전달하는 제1 클러치 및 제2 클러치와, 회전속도 순으로 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소를 구성하는 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 가지고,상기 제1 브레이크, 제2 브레이크, 제1 클러치 및 제2 클러치의 맞물림 및 비맞물림 상태의 설정에 의하여 상기 중간 전동축의 회전속도를 다른 4가지의 변속비로 상기 출력축에 출력하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트에 관하여,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 구성하는 상기 제1 회전요소는 상기 제1 브레이크에 의하여 케이스에 선택적으로 고정되고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 구성하는 상기 제2 회전요소는 상기 제2 클러치에 의하여 상기 중간 전동축의 회전이 선택적으로 전달됨과 함께, 상기 제2 브레이크에 의하여 케이스에 선택적으로 고정되고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 구성하는 상기 제3 회전요소는 상기 출력축에 출력회전을 출력할 수 있고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 구성하는 상기 제4 회전요소는 상기 제1 클러치에 의하여 상기 중간 전동축의 회전이 선택적으로 전달되는 하이브리드 구동장치.

- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 9 또는 청구항 18 또는 청구항 19에 있어서,상기 제1 클러치를 맞물리게 하여, 상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 구성하는 제4 회전요소에 상기 중간 전동축의 회전이 전달되는 전동상태에서, 전진단(前進段)에서 가장 변속비가 큰 기어단(段)이 형성되는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 9 또는 청구항 18 또는 청구항 19에 있어서,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트가, 롱 피니언 및 쇼트 피니언을 지지하는 공통 캐리어를 가지며, 상기 롱 피니언을, 상기 쇼트 피니언, 일방의 선기어 및 공통 링기어에 맞물려서 이루어지고, 상기 쇼트 피니언이 타방의 선기어에 맞물리는 라비뇨형 플래니터리 기어 세트를 구비하여 구성되는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 제2 브레이크에 추가하여, 상기 제2 회전요소의 역전을 방지하는 1방향 클러치를 구비하고, 상기 제2 브레이크 및 상기 1방향 클러치가 택일적으로 작동하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 변속기는, 제1, 제2 브레이크와, 상기 중간 전동축의 회전을 전달하는 제1, 제2, 제3 클러치와, 회전속도 순으로 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소를 구성하고, 제1 플래니터리 기어와 제2 플래니터리 기어로 이루어지는 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 가지고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어 및 제2 플래니터리 기어는, 공히, 선기어, 캐리어, 링기어를 구비하여 구성되고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제1 회전요소가 결합되고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어에 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제2 회전요소와 제2 플래니터리 기어의 링기어가 결합되고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어의 링기어에 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제3 회전요소와 제2 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어가 결합되고,상기 제2 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 제4 회전요소가 결합되며,상기 변속기용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제1 회전요소는 상기 제3 클러치에 의하여 선택적으로 상기 중간 전동축에 연결됨과 함께, 상기 제1 브레이크에 의하여 선택적으로 비회전부재에 연결되고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제2 회전요소는 상기 제2 클러치에 의하여 상기 중간 전동축에 선택적으로 연결됨과 함께, 상기 제2 브레이크에 의하여 선택적으로 비회전부재에 연결되고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제3 회전요소는 상기 출력축에 출력회전을 출력할 수 있고,상기 제4 회전요소는 상기 제1 클러치에 의하여 선택적으로 상기 중간 전동축에 연결되며,상기 중간 전동축의 회전속도를 증속하여 출력하는 증속 변속단은, 제2 클러치 및 제1 브레이크의 맞물림 상태로 실현하며,상기 중간 전동축의 회전속도를 감속하여 출력하는 감속 변속단은, 제1 클러치 및 제1 브레이크의 맞물림 상태로 실현하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 엔진에 구동 연결된 입력축과, 차륜에 구동 연결된 출력축을 구비하고,제1 전동기 및 제2 전동기를 구비하며,회전속도 순으로 제1, 제2, 제3 회전요소를 구성하는 플래니터리 기어로서, 상기 제1 회전요소에 상기 제1 전동기가 접속되고, 상기 제2 회전요소에 상기 입력 축이 접속되고, 상기 제3 회전요소에 중간 전동축과 상기 제2 전동기가 접속되는 동력분배용 플래니터리 기어를 구비함과 함께,복수의 변속단을 가지고, 상기 중간 전동축으로부터 전달되는 동력을 상기 출력축에 출력하는 변속기를 구비하고,상기 변속기는, 제1, 제2 브레이크와, 상기 중간 전동축의 회전을 전달하는 제1, 제2, 제3 클러치와, 회전속도 순으로 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 회전요소를 구성하고, 제1 플래니터리 기어와 제2 플래니터리 기어로 이루어지는 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트를 가지고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어 및 제2 플래니터리 기어는, 공히, 선기어, 캐리어, 링기어를 구비하여 구성되고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제1 회전요소가 결합되고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어에 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제2 회전요소와 제2 플래니터리 기어의 링 기어가 결합되고,상기 제1 플래니터리 기어의 링기어에 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제3 회전요소와 제2 플래니터리 기어의 캐리어가 결합되고,상기 제2 플래니터리 기어의 선기어에 제4 회전요소가 결합되며,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제1 회전요소는 상기 제3 클러치에 의하여 선택적으로 상기 중간 전동축에 연결됨과 함께, 상기 제1 브레이크에 의하여 선택적으로 비회전부재에 연결되고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제2 회전요소는 상기 제2 클러치에 의하여 상기 중간 전동축에 선택적으로 연결됨과 함께, 상기 제2 브레이크에 의하여 선택적으로 비회전부재에 연결되고,상기 변속용 플래니터리 기어 세트의 제3 회전요소는 상기 출력축에 출력회전을 출력할 수 있고,상기 제4 회전요소는 상기 제1 클러치에 의하여 선택적으로 상기 중간 전동축에 연결되는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 28에 있어서,상기 중간 전동축의 회전속도를 증속하여 출력하는 증속 변속단은, 제2 클러치 및 제1 브레이크의 맞물림 상태로 실현하고,상기 중간 전동축의 회전속도를 감속하여 출력하는 감속 변속단은, 제1 클러치 및 제1 브레이크의 맞물림 상태로 실현하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 28 또는 청구항 29에 있어서,상기 제1 전동기 및 제2 전동기가 설치되는 전동기부와, 상기 변속기가 구비되는 변속기부 사이에, 상기 중간 전동축이 관통하는 격벽을 설치한 하이브리드 구동장치.
- 청구항 28 또는 청구한 29에 있어서,상기 제2 브레이크에 추가하여, 상기 제2 회전요소의 역전을 방지하는 1방향 클러치를 구비하고, 상기 제2 브레이크 및 상기 1방향 클러치가 택일적으로 작동하는 하이브리드 구동장치.
