Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- a. 적외선 반사층;b. 상기 적외선 반사층 상의 프라이머층;c. 상기 프라이머층 상의 유전체층; 및d. 상기 적외선 반사층 아래 또는 상기 유전체층 위에 있을 수 있는 흡수층을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수층이 (a) 500 nm에서 1.0 이하의 굴절률을 갖는 금속 및 (b) 1000°K에서 -100 이상의 ΔG°f을 갖는 물질의 합금 및/또는 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,1000°K에서 -100 이상의 ΔG°f을 갖는 물질이 주석, 인듐, 구리, 아연 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속이 은이며, 상기 물질이 주석인 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수층이 구리, 망간, 티타늄, 코발트, 철, 및 크롬 및 이들의 혼합물 및 합금의 산화물, 질화물 및 탄화물로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수층이 니켈, 코발트, 크롬, 스틸 및 이것의 산화물 및 혼합물로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수층이 CVD, 분무 열분해 및 MSVD로부터 선택된 방법을 사용하여 증착되는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수층이 20 Å 내지 300 Å의 범위의 두께를 갖는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전층이 금속 산화물, 금속 합금의 산화물, 질화물, 산소질화물, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 유전층이 티타늄, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 니오븀, 아연, 비스무쓰, 납, 인듐, 주석 및 이들의 혼합물의 산화물로부터 선택된 금속 산화물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 유전층이 10 중량% 내지 90 중량% 범위의 아연 및 90 중량% 내지 10 중량% 범위의 주석을 갖는 아연/주석 합금 산화물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적외선 반사층이 은, 금 및 구리로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,0.16 인치 두께의 투명 유리 기판 상에 증착되되, 상기 기판이 기판의 하나 이상의 면으로부터 50% 이하의 Lta 및 52 이하의 L*를 나타내는 코팅 조성물.
- a. 기판;b. 상기 기판 상의 적외선 반사층;c. 상기 적외선 반사층 상의 프라이머층;d. 상기 프라이머층 상의 유전체층; 및e. 상기 적외선 반사층 아래 또는 상기 유전체층 위에 있을 수 있는 흡수층을 포함하는, 코팅된 기판.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 흡수층이 (a) 500 nm에서 1.0 이하의 굴절률을 갖는 금속 및 (b) 1000°K에서 -100 이상의 ΔG°f을 갖는 물질의 합금 및/또는 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅된 기판.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 기판이 유리인 코팅된 기판.
- a. 기판 상에 적외선 반사층을 증착시키는 단계;b. 상기 적외선 반사층 상에 프라이머층을 증착시키는 단계;c. 상기 프라이머층 상에 유전체층을 증착시키는 단계; 및d. 상기 적외선 반사층 아래 또는 상기 유전체층 위에 흡수층을 증착시키는 단계를 포함하며,0.16 인치 두께의 투명 유리 기판 상에 증착되는 경우, 이 기판은 기판의 하나 이상의 면으로부터 50% 이하의 Lta 및 52 이하의 L*를 나타내는,코팅의 형성 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 적외선 반사층을 MSVD에 의해 증착시키는 방법.
- a. 1000°K에서 -100 이상의 ΔG°f을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 제 1 유전체층을 기판 상에 증착시키는 단계;b. 상기 제 1 유전체층 상에 제 1 적외선 반사층을 증착시키는 단계;c. 상기 제 1 적외선 반사층 상에 제 1 프라이머층을 증착시키는 단계;d. 상기 제 1 프라이머층 상에 제 2 유전체층을 증착시키는 단계;e. 상기 제 2 유전체층 상에 제 2 적외선 반사층을 증착시키는 단계;f. 상기 제 2 적외선 반사층 상에 제 2 프라이머층을 증착시키는 단계;g. 상기 제 2 프라이머층 상에 산소 장벽층을 증착시키는 단계; 및h. 상기 증착된 코팅층들을 가열시켜 하나 이상의 유전체층으로부터의 금속 이온을 하나 이상의 적외선 반사층에 확산시켜 흡수층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 코팅된 기판의 형성 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,하나의 유전층 및 하나의 적외선 반사층 사이에 블로킹층을 증착시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
