Claims (12)
- 크랭크축의 일단에 냉각 팬을 마련하고, 상기 냉각 팬으로부터 송풍된 냉각풍을 실린더나 실린더 헤드 측으로 유도하여, 상기 실린더나 실린더 헤드를 냉각시키도록 구성한 엔진에 있어서,상기 냉각 팬의 상방에 흡기 매니폴드(manifold)를 배치하고, 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 좌우 중앙에 에어 클리너로부터 공기를 흡입하기 위한 덕트를 마련하여, 상기 덕트의 양측으로부터 실린더 헤드에 배치하는 흡기 밸브, 배기 밸브, 연료 분사 노즐에 냉각풍을 송풍하도록 구성하고, 상기 덕트의 좌우 일측에 차폐판을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐판을 흡기 매니폴드와 일체로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐판을 흡기 매니폴드와 에어 클리너 본체와 일체로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐판 선단과 실린더 헤드 사이에 틈을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔 진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각 팬의 회전 궤적의 접선에 대하여 대략 직각 방향으로 상기 차폐판을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실린더 헤드 측방에 배치되는 머플러와 반대 측에 차폐판을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 크랭크축의 일단에 냉각 팬을 마련하고, 상기 냉각 팬으로부터 송풍된 냉각풍을 실린더나 실린더 헤드 측으로 유도하여, 상기 실린더와 실린더 헤드를 냉각시키도록 구성한 엔진에 있어서,상기 냉각 팬과 반대 측의 실린더 바깥 측에 냉각 팬으로부터 송풍된 냉각풍을 안내하는 커버를 마련하고, 상기 실린더와 대향되는 커버의 이면에 공기 안내판을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 공기 안내판을 2장으로 하고, 양 공기 안내판 사이의 틈이 테이퍼 모양이 되도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 2장의 공기 안내판의 일방을 타방보다 높게 연장하여 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 공기 안내판의 상방의 실린더 상부 위치에 수평 방향의 차폐판을 커버에 일체로 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 커버의 양측을 실린더 외주에 마련하는 핀(fin)의 형상에 맞추어 전후 방향으로 절곡한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 커버의 상부를 상방으로 연장하여 배기 매니폴드를 덮고, 이 커버의 상단을 상부 커버와 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
