Claims (6)
- 면방향의 열전도율이, 350W/(mㆍK) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 시트 표면의 산술 평균 거칠기가, 5㎛보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 시트에 있어서, 이 시트의 열전도율의 최대값과 최소값의 차를 이 시트의 평균 열전도율로 나눈 값이, 0.1 이하가 되도록, 이 시트의 열전도율의 위치에 따른 편차가 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2 및 청구항 3 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시트의 전자파 차폐율이,전자파의 주파수가 100∼800㎒의 사이에 있어서, 60㏈㎶/m 이상이 되도록 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 청구항 3 및 청구항 4 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시트에 포함되는 불순물의 총량이, 10ppm 이하가 되도록 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 청구항 3, 청구항 4 및 청구항 5 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,부피밀도가, 1.6Mg/㎥ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트.
