Claims (5)
- 리니어 모터에 고정된 스테이터 커버와;상기 스테이터 커버에 일정 간격 이격되게 배치된 백 커버와;상기 리니어 모터에 의해 직선 왕복 운동하는 피스톤과;상기 스테이터 커버와 백 커버사이에서 상기 피스톤에 연동되도록 설치된 스프링 지지체와;상기 스프링 지지체와 백 커버사이에 장착되어 상기 피스톤의 운동을 탄성적으로 지지하는 메인 스프링과;상기 스테이터 커버에 구비되어 상기 스프링 지지체와 백 커버를 관통하는 연결수단과;상기 메인 스프링과 백 커버사이에서 상기 연결수단에 결합되고 상기 메인 스프링을 지지하면서 상기 피스톤의 초기 위치를 조절하는 초기치 조절수단과;상기 백 커버의 후방에서 상기 연결수단과 상기 백 커버를 상호 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연결수단은 상기 스테이터 커버에 고정되고 상기 백 커버를 향해 돌출되고 나사산이 형성된 볼트이고,상기 고정수단은 상기 백 커버의 후방에서 상기 볼트에 체결되는 고정 너트인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 초기치 조절수단은 상기 메인 스프링과 백 커버의 전방 사이에서 상기 볼트와 나사결합되는 초기치 조절너트인 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 초기치 조절너트는 상기 볼트에 체결되는 체결부와, 상기 체결부에서 반경방향으로 돌출되어 상기 메인 스프링을 지지하도록 형성된 시트부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 리니어 모터에 고정된 스테이터 커버와;상기 스테이터 커버에 일정 간격 이격되게 배치된 백 커버와;상기 리니어 모터에 의해 직선 왕복 운동하는 피스톤과;상기 스테이터 커버와 백 커버사이에서 상기 피스톤에 연동되도록 설치된 스프링 지지체와;상기 스프링 지지체와 백 커버사이에 장착되어 상기 피스톤의 운동을 탄성적으로 지지하는 메인 스프링과;상기 스테이터 커버에 구비되어 상기 스프링 지지체와 백 커버를 관통하는 볼트와;상기 메인 스프링의 내부에 위치되어 상기 볼트에 결합되는 제 1너트와;상기 백 커버의 후방에서 상기 볼트에 결합되는 제 2너트를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
