复合螺纹
本发明涉及一种复合螺纹。
现有的螺纹是一种单旋向的螺纹。日本的山本晃教授在《螺纹联接的理论与计算》一书中将螺纹定义为：“在圆柱体的外表面或内表面形成的截面相同的线圈状突起部分称为螺纹牙，具有螺纹牙的柱体整体称为螺纹。”该定义所指螺纹是等截面完整螺纹，其螺纹为单旋向螺纹，即螺纹为左旋或右旋螺纹。这种内螺纹和外螺纹配合时必须是同一旋向螺纹。
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合螺纹。
本发明是这样设计的，螺纹由左旋和右旋两种旋向的螺纹复合而成，其左旋螺纹牙底与右旋螺纹牙底相互交叉，其左旋螺纹牙顶与右旋螺纹牙顶重合。
本发明结构新颖、简洁，用途广泛。

在图1中，其左旋螺纹牙底1与右旋螺纹牙底2相互交叉，其左旋螺纹牙顶3与右旋螺纹牙顶3重合。
在图2中，其左旋螺纹牙底1与右旋螺纹牙底2相互交叉，其左旋螺纹牙顶3与右旋螺纹牙顶3重合。
在图3中，其左旋螺纹牙底4右旋螺纹牙底5互交叉，其左旋螺纹牙顶3与右旋螺纹牙顶6重合。
在图4中，其左旋螺纹牙底4右旋螺纹牙底5互交叉，其左旋螺纹牙顶3与右旋螺纹牙顶6重合。
由于复合螺纹是由左旋和右旋两种螺纹复合而成，因而复合内螺纹既可以和左旋外螺纹配合，也可以和右旋外螺纹配合。复合外螺纹既可以和左旋内螺纹配合，也可以和右旋内螺纹配合。
复合螺纹是一种变截面的非连续螺纹，它已经突破了传统螺纹的连续且等截面的定义，因而具有很重大的意义。
复合螺纹可以制作成三角螺纹、梯形螺纹、矩形螺纹等螺纹。
复合螺纹可以用于螺纹紧固件的联接、螺纹件的传动等方面，具有广泛的用途。

Claims (5)

1、一种复合螺纹，其特征在于：螺纹由左旋和右旋两种旋向的螺纹复合而成，其左旋螺纹牙底与右旋螺纹牙底相互交叉，其左旋螺纹牙顶与右旋螺纹牙顶重合。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的复合螺纹，其特征在于：所述的复合螺纹为外螺纹。
3、一种如权利要求1所述的复合螺纹，其特征在于：所述的复合螺纹为内螺纹。
4、一种如权利要求1所述的复合螺纹，其特征在于：所述的左旋和右旋螺纹牙距相同。
5、一种如权利要求1所述的复合螺纹，其特征在于：所述的左旋和右旋螺纹牙距不同。
