Claims (7)
- 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌(i)을 1∼40중량부, 프로필렌 성분을 45∼89몰%, 에틸렌 성분을 10∼25몰%, 필요에 따라서 탄소수 4∼20의 α-올레핀 유래의 성분 단위(a)를 0∼30몰%의 양 함유하는 프로필렌·에틸렌·α-올레핀 공중합체(ii)를 60∼99중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.
- 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌(i)을 1∼40중량부와 하기 (a)와 (b)를 만족하는 프로필렌·에틸렌·α-올레핀 공중합체(ii)를 99∼60중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.(a)프로필렌 성분을 45∼89몰%, 에틸렌 성분을 10∼25몰%, 필요에 따라서 탄소수 4∼20의 α-올레핀 유래의 성분 단위를 0∼30몰%의 양 함유.(b)시차주사형 열량계(DSC)에서의 흡열 곡선에서 융점(Tm, ℃)이 존재하는 경우에는, 융해열량 ΔH가 30J/g 이하이고, 또한 C3 함량(몰%)과 융해열량 ΔH(J/g)의 관계에서 이하의 관계식을 만족함.ΔH < 345Ln(C3함량 몰%)-1492, 단 이 경우, 76≤C3함량(몰%)≤90
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시차주사형 열량계(DSC)에서의 흡열 곡선에서, 1OO℃이상에 융점(Tm, ℃)의 최대 피크가 존재하고, 그 융해열량이 5∼40J/g의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로필렌·에틸렌·α-올레핀 공중합체(ii)의 필요에 따라서 함유되는 탄소수 4∼20의 α-올레핀이 1-부텐 및 또는 1-옥텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 프레스 성형에 의해 얻어진 1mm 시트에서의 헤이즈가 30% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.
- St계 또는 에틸렌계 블록 공중합체를 함유하지 않는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물로서, 이하의 (A), (B), (C), (D)를 함께 만족하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.(A) 토션(torsion) 모드에서의 동적 점탄성 측정(1Orad/s)에서, -25℃∼25℃의 범위에 손실 탄젠트(tanδ)의 피크를 갖고, 그 값이 0.5 이상이고,(B) 상기 동적 점탄성 측정으로부터 얻어지는 저장 탄성률 G((20℃)와 G'(100℃)의 비(G'(20℃)/G'(100℃))가 5 이하이고,(C) JIS K7196에 의거하여 측정되는 바늘 침입 온도(℃)가 1OO℃∼168℃이고,(D) 척 간 30mm, 인장 속도 3Omm/분으로 100% 변형을 주어, 10분간 유지한 뒤에 제하(除荷) 10분 후의 잔류 변형이 20% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물로 되는 성형체.
