내부에 길이 방향으로 형성된 장치공간상에 배관된 이송라인을 이용하여 용융된 수지를 통로로 공급되게 하는 성형틀과, 상기 성형틀 외주면에 다단 형성되는 안착면 및 안착턱과, 상기 안착면에 삽입 고정되고 한쪽 단부 내측에 고정홈이 형성되는 고정관과, 상기 고정홈 내측에 삽입 결합되는 연결단이 한쪽에 형성되고 다른 한쪽에는 안착턱에 밀착되는 손잡이가 형성되며 중간에는 일정한 높이를 가지는 성형돌기물이 일체로 형성되는 소켓 성형고무와, 상기 고정관과 소켓 성형고무가 성형틀에 결합되면 상기 성형틀에 상하 클린칭되어 성형공간을 형성하고, 이 성형공간으로 용융 수지가 흘러들어가 합성수지 하수관 단부에 소켓을 일체로 형성케 하는 상,하부금형으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 하수관용 고무패킹 소켓 성형장치.A molding mold for supplying molten resin to a passage using a transfer line piped in a device space formed in a longitudinal direction therein; a seating surface and seating jaw formed in multiple stages on the outer circumferential surface of the molding frame; and inserted into the seating surface.
