Abstract
The door gap interrupter has a hinge portion, a door coupling member, an inner gap cover, and an inner cover guide portion. The door coupling member includes a door coupling body inserted and fixed to the side depressed portion of the door, one side of which is coupled to the hinge portion, an inner extension extending to one side end of the door coupling body in a direction away from the door, And an outer gap cover extending in a direction away from the inner extension portion and having a concave arc shape in the direction of the inner extension portion. The inner clearance cover engages the inner extension and protrudes in a direction away from the door. The inner cover guide portion has one side coupled to the hinge portion and an outer side surface having an arc shape on the outside. The inner cover guide portion guides the rotation of the inner clearance cover and assists the function of closing the clearance of the inner clearance cover.
Description
The present invention relates to a door gap interrupter for a hinged door.
A hinged door refers to a door or window that is pushed or pulled open. The hinge of a male or female iron is put on the edge of the door (door frame) and door (door), and the hinge is pivoted or pushed It will open. The hinged door is usually pulled forward when it opens from the outside, and pushes it out when it is opened from the inside.
The hinged door is used as an indoor door in almost all buildings such as a home, a nursery, and a school. When a door is opened, a fingertip is frequently caught in a gap between the door frame and the door. In particular, infants with less attention are more exposed to these dangers, and injuries can be fatal.
Accordingly, there have been a lot of researches on a door clearance device of a door opening door, examples of which are Practical Registration No. 0201575 (a device for preventing the occurrence of a gap for a door) and Patent Registration No. 1244792 (safety door).
However, the conventional door gap interrupter has a problem in that it has a complicated structure, low durability, high manufacturing cost, and difficult installation.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art,
First, because the structure is not complicated, the durability is high,
Second, installation is easy,
Third, it is intended to provide a door clearance device with low manufacturing cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the door gap interrupter of the present invention may include a hinge portion, a door coupling member, an inner gap cover, an inner cover guide portion, and the like.
One side of the hinge part is coupled to the door, and the other side is coupled to the door frame, so that the door can be rotated about the door frame.
The door coupling member can be composed of a door coupling body, an inner extension, an outer clearance cover, and the like.
The door coupling body can be inserted and fixed in the side depression of the door. The door coupling body can be coupled to the hinge portion on one side.
The inner extension part may protrude from one side end of the door coupling body in a direction away from the door side.
The outer clearance cover may extend toward the other end of the door coupling body in a direction away from the door side. The outer clearance cover has an arc shape, and may be shaped to be concave in the direction of the inner extension.
The inner clearance cover may protrude in a direction away from the door side while being coupled to the inner extended portion.
The inner cover guide portion may have one side coupled to the hinge portion and an outer side surface having an arc shape on the outer side. The inner cover guide portion guides the rotation of the inner clearance cover and can assist the function of closing the clearance of the inner clearance cover.
In the door clearance interrupter according to the present invention, the inner cover guide portion can be composed of a coupling portion, a guide portion, an auxiliary cover, and the like.
One side of the coupling part is coupled to the inside extension part, and one side of the coupling part is bent to form a hollow along the length direction inside.
The guide portion may be formed in a circular arc shape so that both ends of the coupling portion are connected to each other in an arc shape.
The auxiliary cover can be selectively engaged with the notch groove of the guide portion to close the notch groove.
According to the present invention, the hinge part of the door gap interrupter can be constituted by a fixed hinge part, a supporting part, a supporting bar, a rotating hinge part, and the like.
One side of the fixed hinge part can be fixed to the door frame. The fixed hinge portion may have a support hole at one end thereof and open at least upward. The fixed hinge portion may have a cover guide groove penetrating upward and downward while being recessed along the outer surface of the support plate insertion hole.
The lower side of the support member can be inserted into the support member insertion hole. The support base may have a support bar lower insertion hole which is opened upward and closed downward.
The lower side of the support bar can be inserted into the lower side support hole of the support bar.
One side of the rotary hinge part can be fixed to the door coupling body. The rotary hinge portion may include a support bar upper insertion hole that penetrates at least downward and inserts the support bar. The rotary hinge portion can rotate about the support hole insertion hole with respect to the fixed hinge portion.
The door clearance device according to the present invention may have other types of hinges. The other type of hinge portion can be composed of a fixed hinge portion, a support bar, a rotating hinge portion, and the like.
One side of the fixed hinge part can be fixed to the door frame. The fixed hinge portion may have a support hole which is opened upward at one end and closed downward. The fixed hinge portion may have a cover guide groove penetrating upward and downward while being recessed along the outer surface of the support plate insertion hole.
The lower side of the support bar can be inserted into the support bar insertion hole. The support bar may have a latching protrusion protruding outward at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction.
The door clearance device according to the present invention has a reinforcing bar. The reinforcing bars are spaced apart from the hinges and engage the inner surface of the door frame. The reinforcing bar can form a space for inserting the inner gap cover between the
The door clearance device of the present invention having such a configuration is constituted by only the door engaging member and the inner clearance cover, so that the structure is simple, the bottom is small, and can be used for a long time.
The door gap interrupter of the present invention can easily be installed because the door interlocking member is coupled to the door side surface and the inner clearance cover is fitted to the door coupling member or the adhesive bonding is completed.
Further, the door clearance device of the present invention has a small number of parts, and the parts can be easily manufactured by extrusion molding, which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.
