Abstract

The present invention relates to a plow for a tractor, and more particularly to a plow for a tractor having a secondary crush plate so that a ground can be formed and a flattening operation can be performed.
The tractor plow according to the present invention comprises a plow frame, a moisturizing part mounted on the end of the plow frame for digging up the ground, and a plow for the tractor, which has a crush plate coupled to the plow frame for plowing the soil So as to further comprise a secondary crush plate. The auxiliary crest plate is coupled to the plow frame so as to be horizontally positioned on the ground at the rear of the moisturizing soil so as to flatten the soil that has floated from the crest plate to the ground.
According to the present invention, a pair of secondary crested plates placed horizontally on the ground at the rear of the moisturizer are mounted on both sides of the plow frame. Thus, the soil is horizontally V-shaped from the rear of the moisturizing soil, so that the soil is transferred from the rudimentary plate to the ground, and at the same time the auxiliary crushing plate located at the rear can flatten the ground.
According to the present invention, since the ground can be planarized at the same time as the formation of the furrow, the manpower and the working time used for the planarization can be reduced and the work efficiency can be improved.

Description

Plow for tracker

The present invention relates to a plow for a tractor, and more particularly to a plow for a tractor having a secondary crush plate so that a ground can be formed and a flattening operation can be performed.

Generally, a tractor plow is connected to the rear end of a tractor, and is one of the first tillage work machines that lifts the soil to a predetermined depth while being towed as the tractor advances. The main reason for plowing the soil with the plow is to improve the nutrition of the cultivated soil, improve soil fertility and fertility.

The tractor plow is equipped with a plow frame extending from the rear end to the frame or the rear end of the frame, and a moisturizing and crushing plate is fixed to the lower end of the plow frame. So, as the tractor plow advances, the soil is dug through the bottom moisturizing, and the crushed soil is pushed up while being guided by the stretched ridges in the moisturizing. The soil that has been pushed up along the rudimentary plate is reversed as it moves to one side (left or right) depending on the shape of the rudimentary plate. This floating soil is dampened by moisturizing and one side falls down, causing the land to have troughs and ridges regularly along a certain direction.

The plowing and plowing formed by this plowing work became a constraint to evenly distribute the fertilizer to the soil, and it became necessary to plan the soil after plowing work. And the work efficiency is lowered due to the manpower and the working time used for the flattening work.

Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0200074 (Aug. 2000) Korea public utility model 20-2010-0007755 (2010.08.02)

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plow for a tractor which can dig a ground to form a furrow and perform planarization.

In addition, in the tractor plow, the auxiliary ridge plate has a fixing part fixed to the plow frame and a flat part joined by the fixing part to flatten the soil, It is preferable that a pair is coupled at both sides of the plow frame so as to form a shape.

1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a tractor plow according to the present invention,
Figure 2 is a side view of the embodiment shown in Figure 1;
3 is a plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG.

1 to 3, an embodiment of a tractor plow according to the present invention will be described.

The tractor plow according to the present invention comprises a plow frame 20, a moisturizing unit 21, a ridge plate 23 and a secondary ridge plate 25.

The plow frame 20 is vertically coupled to the main frame 10 connected to the tractor.

Moisture 21 is mounted on the end of the plow frame 20 so that the ground can be sold.

The ridge plate (23) is coupled to the plow frame (20) so as to extend to the moisturizing unit (21) so that the soil raised by the moisturizing unit (21) At this time, the ridge plate 23 is curved to one side (left or right side) so that the soil pumped by the moisturizing unit 21 is reversed while being moved to one side (left side or right side).

The auxiliary crest plate 25 has a fixing portion 26 and a flat portion 28 and a pair of the plow frame 20 is coupled to each other so that the flat portion 28 forms a V-shape horizontally on the ground.

The fixing portion 26 is fixed to the plow frame 20 by abutting against the side surface.

The flat portion 28 extends diagonally to the ground at the fixing portion 26 to level the ground.

In the case of this embodiment, when the tractor is advanced and the plow is moved by the tractor, the soil buried by the moisturizing unit 21 mounted on the plow frame 20 is guided to the one direction 3 do. Then, the flat soil portion 28a of the auxiliary crest plate 25a coupled to one side 7 of the plow frame 20 is flattened while moving the soil which has fallen off the ground to the rear of the moisturizing unit 21.

When the soil removed by the moisturizing unit 21 is guided by the ridge plate 23 and is guided in the other direction 5, the flat portion 28b of the auxiliary ridge plate 25b, which is coupled to the other side of the plow frame 20, Flattened while moving. That is, the flat portion 28 of the auxiliary ridge plate 25 is flipped from the backside of the moisturizing unit 21 to the ground, and the flattened soil is flattened and flattened. In addition, due to the plowing, the furrow is formed and the ground is planarized, so that manpower and work time used for planarization can be reduced and the work efficiency can be improved.

7: one side 10: main frame
20: Plow Frame 21: Moisturizing
23: ridge plate 25 (25a, 25b): auxiliary ridge plate
26 (26a, 26b): Fixing portion 28 (28a, 28b): Flat portion

Claims (2)
